Don’t Misunderstood! - Chapter 84

“How ironic, you asked me to stop having these feelings but look at you…” Calix purposely trailed off as he looked at Klein’s luscious reddish lips that seem to be inviting him using that seductive lip bite

“Just a kiss alone already made you this flustered. Did you like it that much?” Calix asked in ridicule. He was still in character but both of them knew that the way he spoke those words have a deeper meaning in them

Klein felt like Calix was asking that question to him directly and not to his character. That got him thinking

Yes… he did like it but…. why?

Whether it be the first, second, or third time, all of those kisses are something that both his body and mind didn’t repulse

In fact, it even stirred up his insides and made him crave for more

As a result, Klein became even more flustered. He opened his mouth to try and say something but no words were coming out of his throat

He doesn’t know if his mind went blank or it became one big mess. His eyes automatically blurred the other students around him and the only person he could see was Calix

If not for his reactions being perfectly in line with the script, the others would have figured out already that there was something wrong with him

“I-I… u-uh..” Klein stuttered as he once again tried to force some words out from his mouth but for the second time, he was unsuccessful

“Your Majesty, I didn’t imagine that my kiss would affect you this much. Did I perhaps, make your heart flutter while giving you butterflies in the stomach?” Calix continued and Klein unconsciously took a step back

Those… those things indeed happened. Calix badly wanted to hear the real Klein’s answer. Unfortunately, only through this could he prevent Klein from running away from him

“If that’s the case then…” Calix trailed off again as he took large strides to reach Klein that got scared

Klein tried to run away but before he knew it, his body was already trapped between the table behind him and Calix’s burning body in front of him

The taller man moved too close to Klein to the point that the latter was forced to lay his back into the table

Calix played along and he placed his body on top of Klein that earned them another round of “ohhhs”

This… this scene is not part of the scene anymore. No matter what, the whole production is still made up of students. The university wouldn’t allow them to film something too explicit

“W-what are you doing?!” The man below asked nervously. It wasn’t his character that was talking anymore but the real Klein

“What do you think?” Calix asked back playfully while his hand went to touch Klein in the cheeks

Klein almost got dizzy at this unexpected outcome and he didn’t even know where to look anymore

“I won’t let you run away from me anymore. If my kiss is something that would make your mind and body frozen, I would gladly bestow it” this line is not from the script anymore

At first, it made the audience confuse but then they soon ‘figured’ it out. It wasn’t rare for actors to ‘ad-lib’. And in fact, Calix’s words are not hard to connect with his and Klein’s character

In the story, Clyde has always tried to become a perfect Emperor. As such, he always pushed Ryden away or he himself would run away

Calix words made people think that his character simply don’t want the Emperor to run away from him anymore when in reality, he was saying those words to Klein

‘This jerk, is he going to kiss me again?’ Klein wondered but his heart for some reason was filled with anticipation

In the next second, Calix starts lowering his head again and Klein immediately closes his eyes, waiting for the kiss

However, instead of a kiss,  what he received was a whisper into his hears

“I’ll ask you again. If you don’t want me to kiss you, stop and resist me. Otherwise, we would have our fourth kiss”

Klein can feel how warm Calix’s breathing was and it increases his own body temperature

He got all hot all over him. He knew that he should stop this and resist but he didn’t

He just left his eyes completely shut even when Calix covered the side of his face again with his hands to shield them from prying eyes

For the second time today and for the fourth time ever, Klein felt Calix’s lips into his

Just like the first, second, and third time, Klein felt like fireworks has exploded in their point of contact

The soft sensation in his lips has melted his insides yet again. He thought Calix would only give him a peck but he didn’t expect that this man would give him a longer kiss

Thus, Klein panics. What if other people saw this? What would they think? How would they react? How would Klein react?

As a result, Klein pushed Calix away from him with misty eyes. He looks like someone that was wronged as he bit his lip hard

There are still some lines they have to finish but Calix decided to cut it short after seeing Klein’s facial expressions

“A-and, that’s all. Thank you!” Calix announced and everyone in the room clapped their hands

“Bravo! Bravo! I really felt like the Emperor and Duke turned into real people!” Henry commented positively

At normal times, this would have made Klein very happy but right now, all he can feel was the storm inside him

“I-I… need to go to the comfort room” Klein said before running away, making the left behind people confuse

Calix watched Klein’s retreating back for a moment before chasing him

“Klein, wait! Let’s talk!” Calix said while grabbing Klein’s wrist that the latter instantly took back

“N-no! There is nothing for us to talk about!” Klein almost shouted, grabbing the attention of the other students in the hallway

“You know that there is and you’re running away from it!” Calix said back frustratedly. Just why is Klein so set on running away?

Calix tried to grab the other man’s hand again but Klein just resisted madly

“Shut up! Shut up! I already said there’s nothing to talk about!”

Klein cannot believe that he let Calix kiss him not just once but four times! How stupid was he?

This turned everything into a giant mess that he wishes to run away from. His side that always confront problems directly was nowhere to be seen anymore

Klein’s loud voice was attracting too much attention and Calix decided that he should just keep his mouth shut for now. It isn’t good to make a big scene

But even then, he still continued chasing Klein that wants nothing back to get away from him

“Stop following me!” Klein shouted angrily, his movements turning faster until he was already running

There were already a lot of eyes following the two of them and Calix can only try to be forceful

Calix grabs Klein’s wrist again but this time his hold in it was stronger than before

Calix moved to the front as he starts dragging Klein away from the place with a lot of people

Klein didn’t make that easy though. “What the! Let go! Let go of my hand!” Klein shouted while putting his weight into his feet to stop himself from being dragged away

“If you want more people to watch us, continue shouting” Calix said and that finally shut Klein’s mouth

The looks he was receiving has made him uncomfortable and he could only let Calix drag him

After some time, the two arrived at a secluded area of the university that Klein felt is familiar

This area was the place that he saw Calix getting confessed with. At that time, Klein only thought that he would be watching a ‘juicy’ scene

What he didn’t expect was that he would be seen by Calix and this guy would assume that he likes him and he is some sort of a stalker

In the next second, Klein found his back against the tree he used to hide before. His forehead was drenched in sweat and some strands of his hair sticks to it. But even then, he still looks as handsome as ever

Calix wasn’t much different from Klein. The incident earlier also messed with his hair and caused him to sweat

Both of their faces were red in color while their chest was moving erratically. They were both out of breath after moving that fast earlier

“Klein Arceus Ferrer,  why did you let me kiss you?” Calix asked urgently even though he still hasn’t caught his breath back

That was the question he badly wanted to know the answer and it is also a question that took Klein by surprise

He didn’t expect that Calix would ask him directly like this. It’s giving him too much pressure!
