Don’t Misunderstood! - Chapter 85

“I don’t know, don’t ask me!” Klein shouted as he angrily shove his palms into Calix’s face, trying to stop the other man from giving him such a heated gaze

“Hey!” Calix complained, having someone push your face away is not necessarily a good experience especially if that person is someone that you shared a kiss with not just once or twice

Calix tried to stop Klein from pushing him away but being gentle seems to not be working

Calix was left with no choice and he can only be a bit forceful. His hands went to grab Klein’s wrists and he placed them above the owner’s head, causing their position to be a bit…. sensual

Klein’s vision spun as he was forced to look directly at Calix that made his heartbeat so fast he feels as if it would come out from his chest already

“You don’t know? So, you let just anyone kiss you on the lips?” Calix asked coldly, his mood turning sour at the thought he was having

Klein felt insulted at that. Does Calix think that he is a frivolous man? Please, he’s already in college when he receives his first kiss and that is with Calix!

How dare this man think in that way towards him?

Klein’s chest was filled with anger and since he cannot move his hands, he could only use his forehead

Bang!

Klein uses his head to hit Calix, momentarily making the both of them dizzy

The hold that Calix has over Klein’s wrist loosened, giving the latter a chance to escape from him

In anger, Klein raised his foot to mercilessly kick Calix. “Bastard! Asshole! Jerk! Scum! Douchebag! I don’t just let anyone kiss me!” Klein shouted as either his feet or hands hit Calix blindly

Today might be the day that Klein has become the most violent and the poor Calix is the one in the receiving end. He was almost a hundred percent sure that he would have bruises later thanks to Klein’s ‘bullying’

“W-wait! L-let’s talk calmly, okay?” Calix said as he tried to block the blows he was receiving

Unfortunately,  it seems like his ‘abuser’ don’t have the slightest bit of a plan to stop whatever he was doing

“Calm your face, you bastard! How dare you belittle me in that way!” Klein raged as he continued hitting Calix nonstop

Even Klein doesn’t know the reason why he was being like this. All he can see was red for Calix thinking that he is a frivolous man

Klein was too focus on his work that he can only let out a surprise sound when Calix slammed his lips again into his

‘This asshole…’ Klein thought angrily but he still melted into a gooey puddle. All his anger seems to have vanished thanks to the kiss and before he knew it, his back was already against the tree trunk

Klein was once again drowned in the 5th kiss that he and Calix shared. If that wasn’t enough, he can even feel Calix’s malicious hands on his cheek and waist

The fireworks never stop exploding inside the both of them and the kiss only ended when they run out of air

“B-bastard…” Klein said weakly with his legs wobbling. He can’t believe that he would become this powerless just because of a kiss

“Ready to talk with me calmly now?” Calix asked gently while marveling at how soft Klein’s expression becomes

Whenever Klein became this soft on him, he would always want to care and pamper him

“T-there’s nothing to talk about” Klein replied while moving his head to the side,  once again trying to avoid looking directly at Calix

He has a lot of worries in his head and one of them was Calix might hear his fast breathing heart

“There is. We literally kiss each other five times. We have to talk about that” Calix insisted while using his fingers to comb the strands of hair that fell into Klein’s forehead

Klein turned into an even softer tofu as he shuddered from Calix’s touch. “W-what do you w-want!” Klein tried to be fierce but he failed

His voice was as weak as it could be and if Calix wasn’t supporting his waist, he might have fallen into the ground already

“I’m confused, I don’t know why I want to kiss you but I want us to clarify things. I felt something from that kiss, are you the same?” Calix asked and he can feel his heart palpitating in fear for Klein’s answer

Klein didn’t expect that Calix would be this direct about it and he had another urge to run away

Unfortunately for him, Calix noticed that and he was trapped between the man’s arms

“I-I don’t know okay? Let’s stop talking about this, I have to go!” Klein said yet he still can’t look at the person he was having a conversation with

“Why are you freaking out so much?” Calix questioned. “If you felt something with the kiss say it, if not then say it too. Why do you want to run away?”

Calix released a helpless sigh. Here he was, trying to have a decent conversation with Klein but this guy was doing all his best to run away from the issue

“I-I’m not freaking out! I just don’t want to talk about it!” Klein bluffed causing Calix to become frustrated

“Fine then, I’ll change my approach. I will count one to three. If while in counting you stop me, I will not kiss you and that means you didn’t feel something with our kiss. But if you let me continue, I will kiss you” Calix said in a statements manner. He was not asking for Klein’s permission at all

He can only do this since Klein was freaking out too much to give a definite answer

“One…” Calix started

“W-wait, I didn’t agree!” Klein cried out yet Calix still continued counting

“Two…” Calix stared at Klein with a burning gaze as if he was preventing the latter from trying to stop the kiss

“W-wait… a-ahhh… uhhhh” Klein became a jumbled mess

“Three…” Calix finished the countdown and as soon as that happens, Klein tightly closes his eyes

He was waiting to receive his kiss but even after a few seconds, he hasn’t received it. As a result, Klein opened his eyes again to see the side of Calix’s face

“You didn’t stop me, that means you felt something in our kiss too” Calix said in a tone with finality

He gave Klein a chance to deny things but this guy didn’t take that chance. That means that he definitely felt something with the kiss!

“H-huh… I-I didn’t… n-no…”

Calix almost become dizzy watching Klein grasping for words to say and he could only sigh

“I get it, you’re afraid and freaking out. I think pushing you would be too much for you. How about we take this slow, alright?” Calix asked gently with a smile as he pats Klein in the head

He also isn’t completely sure about his own feelings. He knew that there is some but it still hasn’t fully bloomed

Since Klein is clearly freaking out too much, Calix could only take things slow. Besides, this is also a good chance for him to be more sure about his feelings

“W-what slow. There is nothing to be slow — argh” Klein was not creating a sentence with proper thought due to how chaotic his mind was and Calix can’t help but realize that it was a bit cute

“Alright, alright, I already think that you are cute. No need to do this” Calix teased

“I-I was not trying to be cute!” Klein finally managed to let out a complete sentence with proper thought

“Hmm? Then are you saying that you are just naturally cute?”

“That’s now what I was saying!”

“Then you mean, I just really find you cute?”

“I also didn’t say that you bastard!”

“But you also did not deny it”

“I’m denying it, I’m greatly denying it!”

“Huh? What was that? I couldn’t hear you”

“Calix!” Klein warned with a fierce look and Calix decided to stop

“Okay, I’ll stop now” Calix gave up and Klein’s mouth was left hanging open

He was completely expecting Calix to continue fighting against him like usual. He was about to continue acting angry yet Calix gave up just like that. Klein doesn’t know what to react anymore

“Let’s just go back. The others might be waiting for us” Calix said and he didn’t even wait for Klein’s reply. He hold the other man’s hand as they walked side by side

Klein is not sure what is happening anymore. Why can’t he say ‘no’ and why is he just letting Calix do whatever he wants?

Why is he being carried away and surrendered at Calix’s whim?

And lastly, why does it feel kind of heartwarming when Calix intertwined their fingers together to the point that Klein can’t look at other things anymore except for their hands
