Don’t Misunderstood! - Chapter 87

“You do realize that this is not the time to laugh, right?” Klein asked, thinking that Calix would agree but he, unfortunately, didn’t receive the reaction that he wanted

“But I think it is the time” Calix replied with an irritating shrug. Over the days, he already knows how to kind of go around with Klein

If he talks too seriously, this guy would literally freak out as if the world is going to end any moment from now

The best course of action was to take was to deal with Klein in a well, rather childish way

“God! You don’t know how much I want to kill you right now” Klein said frustratedly with clenching his fist in front of him

“As for me, you don’t know how much I wanted to kiss you” Calix said as he stared directly at Klein’s soft and moist lips

Calix has to confess something and that was… he can’t stop thinking about the kiss and how he wanted to do it again

Whenever he sees Klein, his eyes can’t stop themselves from staring at those lips. He always had an urge to kiss this panicky guy

It’s like Klein has awakened his…. ‘desires’ that he didn’t know that he even had

“G-Gosh! Stop being a pervert, y-you’re disgusting!” Klein became conscious and he tried to cover his lips much to Calix’s regrets

The ‘perverted guy’ wants to continue staring at the lips he had kissed 5 times already

That sounds a little too perverted but Calix can’t help it. Who asks Klein to have those thirst-inducing lips?

“Kleeeinnn! What’s taking you long? I want my pizza as soon as possible!” Shane shouted outside the bedroom while knocking on the door

Klein hurriedly run to make sure that his door was lucky and he almost had a heart attack when he found out it wasn’t

With heart turning into a group of galloping horses, Klein pushed the lock in the doorknob, creating a loud clicking sound

“J-just w-wait for me. I’ll be there in a minute!” Klein shouted back panicky before walking back to Calix

“Y-you fix this! You have to get out without Shane seeing you!”

Maybe if Klein was not panicking, he would realize that if he didn’t drag Calix into his bedroom, he wouldn’t have to worry about Shane

Just how hard it is to push Calix away from his doorsteps compared to dragging him all the way into his room

“Nah, don’t want to” Calix replied as he rolled off Klein’s bed. The scent of sweet milk assaulted his nose and it was such a familiar scent that he always smelled from Klein

Calix turned into a complete asshole in Klein’s eyes and he immediately went to pull the guy away from his bed

“Move you asshole! Don’t dirty my sheets!”

Klein tried his best to pull Calix but he don’t have much luck. Just why does this guy have to have stronger physical strength than him?

“Klein, are you talking to someone? Why do I hear a familiar voice?”

Klein’s body stiffened at hearing that and he immediately covered Calix’s mouth with his palm

“Y-you’re too nosy! Just sit on the sofa or something, shoo!”

“Do you realize that your attitude has become meaner?”

“Well, do you realize that you are asking too many questions? Gosh, it’s like you’ll also ask me how the universe works!”

“Gasp! You’re so mean hmph!”

Only when Klein heard the sound of Shane’s heavy footsteps fading did he heave a sigh of relief that is perhaps too soon

In the next second, Klein felt something soft and wet in his palm. When he look at Calix, he saw the bright glint in the man’s eyes

Klein’s eyes widened in realization and he quickly took back his hand while wiping it in his clothes

“Fuck, are you a dog? Why would you lick my hand?”

“Why won’t you ever calm down? Even our friends already realized that there is something wrong with you these past days”

“Nothing is wrong with me unlike you!”

Due to how much Klein changes, it would be a surprise if the people close to him don’t realize his change

To mess with Klein, Calix fake a yawn as he positioned himself in a more comfortable position in a bed that is not his

“Yeah, yeah, you’re right”

Klein can sense the sarcasm from that and he narrowed his eyes. How dare this guy ‘look down’ on him?

“Why are you even here?” Klein inquired. Maybe if he fulfilled what Calix wants, this guy would immediately get out of his sight

“To eat pizza” Calix answered while pointing at the pizza box on the other side of the bed

“Really? You intruded in my apartment to eat a freaking pizza?” Klein asked as if Calix was insane

“Apparently yes so calm down, have a seat and let’s enjoy the pizza together”

“You’re dreaming if you think that I’ll eat pizza with you”

“Want to take a bet with that?” Calix taunted and it was successful as Klein gave an immediate “Sure!” as an answer

“Alright” Calix took up the challenge while Klein look at him with utmost confidence

Moments later

“You’re so evil!” Klein complained while taking a bite of his pizza. The two of them are now in the bed, sharing a box of pizza together that Klein has to admit tastes good

“I just did what I have to do” Calix answered while watching Klein eating the pizza while sulking

It was wrong of Klein to challenge Calix right now since there is currently a simple way to win

Calix was tempted to say that he’ll kiss Klein if the latter won’t eat pizza with him. No matter what Klein answers, Calix is still on the winning side since he would either have a kiss or he could eat with Klein. It was simply a win-win situation

Much to his regret, Calix didn’t use the kiss card in case it makes Klein go all freak out again

“Threatening to yell so that Shane would know that you are here is something you have to do?” Klein asked with an eye roll

If that is what Calix has to do then he really is a complete asshole

“Uh-huh” Calix replied while moving next to Klein that panics and moved away from him

“Widen the distance and I’ll shout” Calix threatened and Klein look incredulously at him

“First, you use that to threaten me to eat pizza with you and now, you’re also using that to sit next to me?”

Calix knew that he was being shameless but what could he do? It’s the only way for him to spend more time with Klein to help them figure out their feelings

“Just eat” Calix said as he gently shove the pizza in his hand to Klein’s mouth that accepted it with a glare before realizing what is happening

“W-wait! Did you just feed me with a pizza you already took a bite with?” Klein asked in disbelief

“Psh, we already did worst than that. Are you going to freak out again? Freaking out because of a kiss is still understandable but to freak out because we have an indirect kiss? Tsk tsk tsk”

Calix clicked his tongue while shaking his head, causing Klein to feel insulted

“I-I didn’t freak out! I never freak out!” Klein insisted and Calix had the audacity to chuckle at that

If Klein was not freaking out then who does? Calix can even remember the myriads of expressions projected by Klein’s face and to be honest,  those are all cute expressions

Calix had an urge to capture those moments and frame the pictures

‘Dang it, I think there is something wrong with me’ Calix thought

“Stop chuckling! I really didn’t freak out! Tch, it’s just a kiss, I could do it with anyone without thinking much about it!”

Calix’s eyebrows raised at that and he just had an idea

“Really? You can? How could I believe that without proof?” Calix said provocatively and Klein easily fell into his trap that even kids could notice

“Then I will kiss you!” Klein blurted out and he immediately regretted that in the next second

Damn his mouth. How could he say such a thing?

“Okay then, go kiss me now if you’re not afraid” Calix nonchalantly replied despite how badly he wanted Klein to be true to his words. Evident in how fast his heart was beating

“I-I… I’m not afraid! I’ll really kiss you!” Klein feigned courage yet he can feel his palms sweating a bit due to nervousness

“Okay, go on” Calix nodded his head as he waited for Klein to kiss him

“I-I’m not kidding! I’ll really kiss you, stop me now if you’re afraid!”

“No, I’m not afraid”

As if to show how ‘unafraid’ he was, Calix even rested his back into the headboard as he leisurely waited for Klein’s kiss

“Come, give it your best shot, Klein”
