Douluo Dalu: Wulin’s Legend - Chapter 110 The Fated Battle! Part 2
Qing’er saw the hundred Fire Arrows flying in her direction and knew Feng Feng was seeking to take her down by suffocating her in a rain of arrows.
Immediately, a purple Spirit Ring glowed behind Qing’er, and she turned illusory before splitting into multiple copies of herself.

Feng Feng was surprised by the multiple clones that Qing’er produced
and was unable to determine which was the real one.
With no options left, Feng Feng could only split her Fire Arrows up and attack all the clones.
However, against just ten or so arrows, Qing’er was perfectly capable of dodging them with ease.
Not to mention Qing’er had her speed boosted even further when she used her clone Spirit Ability.
Fire Arrows flew around the side of the arena while Feng Feng and Qing’er played a game of cat and mouse.
On the other side of the battlefield, Xiao Wu hopped around Ning Yuzi like a little ghostly rabbit, kicking at him in random intervals.
Ning Yuzi could only block her attacks desperately. He was unable to read her unpredictable movements, and it only irritated him further.
After a while of one-sidedly getting abused, Ning Yuzi couldn’t handle it anymore and roared, smashing his fists into the ground as his Purple Spirit Ring glowed brightly.
It was Ning Yuzi’s area damage Spirit Ability. Since he wasn’t able to catch Xiao Wu, he would attack the area around him to hit her.
“No!” Little Yue yelled to Ning Yuzi. He didn’t know about Xiao Wu’s Spirit Abilities.
“Ha! You think you can hit me with that!” Xiao Wu giggled before suddenly disappearing from their view.
Suddenly, she reappeared on the other side of the arena, right behind Feng Feng as she said, “Boo!”
Feng Feng was shocked by the sudden voice behind her back and quickly lost focus of trying to hit Qing’er.
Feng Feng quickly turned around to face Xiao Wu, barely defending herself from Xiao Wu’s grappling techniques in time.
Little Yue hurriedly released her Spirit Rings. Frost began spreading outwards with her in the centre, while chains of ice grew outwards, aiming to confine Xiao Wu.
“Young Miss!” Ning Yuzi cried out in alarm before using all his speed to reach Feng Feng’s side.
However, a cage of black Blue Silver Grass burst out of the ground, cutting Ning Yuzi’s dash short and trapping him inside.
Ning Yuzi let out a roar and smashed his fist into the black cage, causing some spiderweb-like cracks to spread throughout the prison.
With his nearly Spirit King level power, Ning Yuzi sought to break out of the cage in the next smash but was quickly countered by Tang San once again.
The black coloured Blue Silver Grass spawned all around Ning Yuzi, creating cage after cage and trapping him inside.
Within seconds, it was impossible to see Ning Yuzi’s figure anymore as multiple Blue Silver Prison’s encased him like a cocoon.
Wulin looked over to Ning Yuzi and sighed, ‘Ning Yuzi is really getting bullied today, isn’t he?’
Mu Bai took the chance that Wulin wasn’t looking to strike at him, “Brother Wulin, don’t look away from me!”
“White Tiger Intense Light Wave!” Mu Bai opened his mouth wide.
Inside, a bright light seemed to be gathering within Mu Bai’s mouth. Once the light reached a critical level, Mu Bai released a roar, shooting the Light Wave as well.
Wulin’s eyes turned back to the bright projectile flying towards him.
He calmly summoned his Primal Energy Staff and manipulated its shape to become a large tower shield, like a wall.
Mu Bai tried to follow up with some close combat, but Wulin’s strength utterly outclassed him.
After a few collisions, Wulin kicked Mu Bai flying all the way back to Oscar and Jiang Zhu.
At this time, Little Yue’s Ice Chains were rapidly reaching Xiao Wu and Feng Feng, but it was already too late.
“Hehehe, Little Yue, you are too late!” Xiao Wu giggled, while Qing’er dashed to confront the Ice Chains with her clones.
“Sister Feng Feng, look at me~!” Xiao Wu spoke in a soft and attractive voice, drawing the attention of Feng Feng.
Her eyes made contact with Xiao Wu’s. They seemed different than they usually were.
Behind Xiao Wu’s back, a yellow Spirit Ring glowed lightly. It was her second Spirit Ring, Charm.
The ability trapped Feng Feng in confusion for a moment, but the Skull Type Spirit Bone protected her mind.
It didn’t even take a second for Feng Feng break away from Xiao Wu’s charm, but it was enough for Xiao Wu to act.
Xiao Wu already had her hair wrapped around Feng Feng’s neck with a foot on her back.
“Have a taste of my Waist Bow!” Xiao Wu yelled, before propelling Feng Feng flying out of the arena.
“Sister Feng Feng!”
“Feng Feng!”
Little Jing, Little Yue and the other girls cried out in alarm.
Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to stop Feng Feng from leaving the arena.
Wulin turned to Feng Feng just in time to see her being thrown away and smiled, “Not bad, are you planning to get rid of all of them before facing me?”
Suddenly, the ground under Wulin glowed as a runic symbol appeared under his feet before exploding into a massive pillar of flames.
“Hahaha! Sixth Brother, how do you like my Evil Phoenix Flames?” Ma Hongjun roaringly laughed as he put his hands on his hips.
Jiang Zhu finished healing Mu Bai for the second time and looked at the pillar of fire, “Did we defeat him?”
Mu Bai got back to his feet while shaking his head slowly, “Not likely. We have something bigger in store for Sixth Brother.”
As he finished saying this, a calm voice sounded from within the flame pillar, “Ooh, just the right temperature.”
“Fatty, I was feeling a little chilly today, so this warmed me up real nice. I will have to repay you with a fist of love…”
Crack!
A loud cracking sound appeared from the centre of the flame pillar, in turn causing the flame pillar to break and disperse.
In the centre, Wulin was no longer there. Instead, he was already flying through the air at insane speeds aiming directly at Feng Feng.
Whether it was Tang San, Ma Hongjun or Mu Bai, none of them was able to react fast enough to stop Wulin from reaching Feng Feng.
With his sudden leap from the centre of the flame pillar, Wulin’s appearance also changed.
His ash grey fur no longer covered his entire body but seemed to congregate to his wrists, ankles and neck.
His short ash grey hair also became incredibly long like a woman’s, extending as far as his hips.
This appearance was the symbolic appearance of his Monkey God Transformation, his Third Spirit Ability, which increased all his physical stats by a couple of times.
Wulin gently caught Feng Feng’s waist in mid-air and summoned his Primal Energy Staff, elongating its length to the ground.
He stabbed the staff into the ground and rested both feet on the body of the staff while he held the top with his spare hand.
His appearance resembled a monkey hanging on a tree, his long tail also poked through his clothes and wrapped around the staff.
“Hubby… I’m sorry, I let my guard down.” Feng Feng looked up to Wulin and gave a pained smile.
A fiery pepper like Feng Feng never liked losing, and just now she was about to be the first person out.
She was, as others would see her, the weakest link.
Even if Feng Feng was up against two opponents, she felt that she should have been able to last a little longer.
At the very least, until Little Yue or Little Jing was able to back her up.
Wulin smiled gently and consoled her, “Don’t mind it too much. Even though you are a vanguard, you are not suited to fight like this.”
“You are much better suited for fighting armies, large numbers of Spirit Masters with your dominating firepower.”
Wulin pulled her waist a little closer so he could kiss her head, “Since they couldn’t deal with you, they must be getting pretty desperate now.”
“I will handle the rest, and you stay back.”
With his final words, Wulin kicked off the Primal Energy Staff, reaching high in the sky as the Primal Energy Staff began to dissipate.
Without Wulin’s contact and Spiritual Power supply, the Primal Energy Staff was unable to keep its tangibility and disappeared.
All eyes were on Wulin since he caught Feng Feng from mid-air, he was even higher than some of the stands in the arena.
Wulin slowly flipped as he descended back to the arena, making one rotation and two front flips before crashing onto the arena floor.
Crackle!
Wulin landed on the arena with both feet, the impact creating a small crater with spiderweb cracks originating from Wulin’s feet.
The audience was stunned and awed by Wulin’s display of physical strength and bodily control, ooh-ing and ah-ing as they pointed at him.
There were even some females talking about how they wished to be saved like that, becoming fascinated with Wulin.
Wulin helped Feng Feng stand up on her own before motioning her to go back to Little Yue.
“AAARGH!”
Suddenly, the black cocoon that contained Ning Yuzi began to show cracks, golden lights making their way through the small gaps.
The cocoon only lasted a moment before the whole cocoon exploded in a bright golden explosion following Ning Yuzi’s roar.
The light faded away, revealing Ning Yuzi with a slightly dishevelled look as he panted heavily.
He looked around before locking eyes with Tang San, a wave of deep anger surged through his eyes, and he looked ready to charge.
“Yuzi,” Wulin called out to him, breaking him from his rage.
Ning Yuzi looked over to Wulin and saw Feng Feng as well, his face quickly turned to relief before guilt, “Young Master, Young Miss…”
“It’s fine. Come back here. I will deal with the rest of this round.” Wulin interrupted him as he beckoned him with his hand.
Ning Yuzi had a dejected expression on his face as he quickly made his way to the back of the group.
However, he was quickly confronted by Little Jing with a hard face and her hands on her hips, and her nine long tails swayed in all directions.
“Kneel!” Little Jing pointed at a spot in front of her and ordered.
Ning Yuzi didn’t question Little Jing and immediately kneeled in front of her, staring at the ground in front of him.
Suddenly, he felt a soft touch on his head.
Little Jing continued to pat Ning Yuzi’s head like a puppy, “There, there. It’s okay. You didn’t do anything wrong.”
Ning Yuzi looked up slightly, “But! Because I wasn’t able to control my opponent, Young Miss almost got eliminated!”
“Ning Yuzi, It’s fine. We didn’t expect you to be able to defeat them since we also know the movement technique they use.”
Perhaps a little curt, Rong Rong also decided to speak.
“Against someone of similar Spirit Power, the Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track is practically an invincible movement technique, especially against someone who has never faced it before.”
Rong Rong looked at Ning Yuzi and smiled, “You are our friend, so we will be able to teach you some things about this movement technique and how to counter it.”
Little Jing moved in a bit to whisper to Ning Yuzi, “Actually, I haven’t even done anything in this fight! So, you don’t have to be sad.”
Ning Yuzi looked between Little Jing and Rong Rong as he was overwhelmed with emotion.
He put both hands on the floor and smashed his head onto the arena floor before yelling, “Thank you, Young Misses!”
On the VIP stands, Ning Fengzhi watched as Ning Yuzi kowtowed to the girls and sighed with a hand on his face.
“Why is Yuzi kowtowing to the girls, are they bullying him?”
Emperor Xue Ye laughed lightly in response, “Who knows, the younger generation is very funny sometimes.”
“Well, just let them do what they want.” Gu Rong’s raspy and deep voice eerily sounded from Ning Fengzhi’s side.
