Drazon - Chapter 96 96

Princess Shiva was quite annoyed at the weather of this new and unknown world they were in. Princess Shiva never witnessed heat before since she was born in the North. She was used to snow and ice. Shiva wasn’t accustomed to this kind of weather, but due to Drazon, she stayed with him as he was on his journey. They continued towards the volcano, and along the way, they battled multiple fire-slimes and tried to avoid some too, as they were tired.
Drazon had improved at using his water element abilities. Drazon continued to splash his way to the bottom of the volcano. Drazon needed to climb up to the top of the volcano because he wanted to use this opportunity to grow mostly his fire element abilities. Princess Shiva was supposed to wait at the bottom of the volcano.
Shiva was scared, but she accepted the fact that she couldn’t hold Drazon back. Drazon started climbing up and shouted to Princess Shiva, “I’ll be back in at least a day. If I don’t come back in a week, you should leave me here.” When Princess Shiva heard that he’d maybe be back in a week, she yelled back at him, saying, “I’ll see you tomorrow, honey.” Drazon flinched when he heard what Princess Shiva said, but continued to climb up.
When Drazon reached the top, there was boiling lava as bubbles kept floating to the top and popping. Drazon had found a level five fire-slime absorbing energy. It had also noticed Drazon and gotten ready to attack him. Drazon panicked a little because this monster was a higher level than him, but he wasn’t going to stop here. He conjured up a water ball and sent it towards the fire-slime.
The fire-slime absorbed the water attack as if nothing happened and continued to attack, as it charged towards Drazon in rage. It spat out a fireball as Drazon dodged it and sent out a water breath attack. Drazon opened his mouth and spewed out several gallons of water at the fire-slime. The fire-slime roared out in pain before stabilizing and charging towards Drazon again. Drazon was shocked as he thought that would work, but due to the level difference, it didn’t do much damage.
Drazon dodged the charging fire-slime once again as he decided to go all out and stop holding back. The aura around him started to turn blue. He charged up water energy. Drazon wanted to finish this battle with one attack after removing about 75% of his water energy. He finally unleashed a massive water attack. “Water Blast”! Drazon shouted out in pain from the massive energy drain. It hit the fire-slime as it reduced it into nothing.
Drazon fell on his knees while panting. He had defeated a level five monster and was happy that he went all out. Drazon was experiencing extreme pain as it seemed like his body had reached the limits of level three. As Drazon tried to get up, he had experienced way too much pain as he had slipped and fallen into the lava. Drazon passed out and fell to the bottom.
