Elemental Kingdom - 4 Water Kingdom
Inside the Water Kingdom’s lands, a group of a hundred men who were in tattered clothing had just returned. Each and everyone of them were wearing long faces.
They marched with a gloomy atmosphere so much that even the people who awaited their return almost burst out crying.
A woman who had a beautiful blue hair looked as if she was on her early twenties had made a dash towards the hundred men. She looked as if she was looking for someone, but regardless she couldn’t find after searching for so long she asked to no one in particular, “Father? Where’s my father!” She demanded to see her father but at the end no one answered her as they too were ashamed.
After a moment of silence. “No- No way…… He… He said that he’d return……..” She started sobbing midway as her speech couldn’t be discerned the longer she spoke. Eventually only the sounds of crying were heard through out the land. But even those crying sound was soon covered by the sounds of rain drops.
Dark clouds gathered around the woman who had started crying. “Princess! Please get a hold of yourself.”
A man who wore an azure blue armor spoke as his brown eyes look straight at the woman. Without warning, the man then hugged the woman. “It’s okay. It’s still not yet finished, we’re still here. As long as we are still alive then there’s hope.” He repeated this words as if it was a lullaby calming the woman down.
As he continued saying it eventually he felt that he was saying those words not just for the woman in front of him but to himself who had almost lost all hope.
“Alisha, I’m here, as long as I’m with you I’ll make sure that no one can hurt you.” The man then held the cheeks of Alisha. “We’ll have our revenge! It’s just that we need to back down for now. We are outnumbered by those Ice bastards, but we will crush them. It may take a month, a year, a decade, but I swear. I’ll spare no effort to have revenge but we need to secure our survival first before we do that.”
The man then gave out a smile towards Alisha. She then nodded and stopped crying.
“Sorry for letting you see that embarrassing side of me, Albert…. Thank you.” After saying so she blushed.
Albert Cree Silva, the strongest disciple of the former Water King. He had already far surpassed what the Water King had achieved when he was at the same age as him. Though the Water King still has a higher rank in terms of magic, Albert should’ve reached the same power level. Though currently the territory of the Water Kingdom had been declining alongside its resources, Albert had not been given enough time and resources to further advance his talent.
Just as they thought everything was finally all calmed down, a tower of flames suddenly burst fort towards the sky. Most of the children saw it and thought that it was beautiful but to the adults they had gotten very worried.
They had the fear of the unknown, The pillar of flames had been so close to their territory that they started to worry.
Seeing it the current leader of the Water Kingdom Princess Alisha had sent a squad to scan the area and find out what had caused it.
