Empire Of Jadase: New Day - Chapter 28
Inside a luxuriously decorated throne room, there can be seen five 10-12 meter tall lizards from tail to head. The lizard in the center is wearing a white fur robe and the others are wearing a black armor. All of them are in the middle of a serious conversation.
“Your Excellency, we will start our mission tomorrow.” Said a lizard like being beside the Emperor.
“Dzardo, are you sure your plan will be successful?” Asked the Commander who had accompanied Laquadia before.
“It is not about success it is about how we execute it. I assure all of you that my plan will annihilate those Jadasians!” Laquadia said resolutely. Dzardo is his new identity and he is loving it already.
“I believe in you, Dzardo. This is our only choice to turn the table. Let us rea….”

The Emperor hadn’t finished what he had to say when suddenly the door opened spewing a sweating Durtian. His face is indescribable, you don’t know whether he is angry, shocked or anxious.
“Sor..ry for the intr…us…ion but I have a ba…d ne…ws fro… from the 4th pla..n..et! Th..e Arch…bis…hop h..ad b..een cap…tur…ed!” Said the Durtian stammering. This Durtian is one of the Heralds of the Empire of Durtan. Heralds are tasked to deliver all the important information regarding the happenings in the battlefield during a war. No one can understand what he is saying therefore they looked at him like saying ‘repeat it again’.
“The Arch…bi..shop had been cap…tured.” The Herald repeated again with a more understandable words.
“What!?”
“Just when did this happen!?”
“Who captured him?!”
“This is unprecedented!”
Uproars like this can be heard resonating all over the four corners of the room. They cannot believe what they had heard. This news can make the tide of war in the 4th planet to be in favor of their enemies.
‘That lizard will really be in the lab of Deisham. He will surely suffer life worst than death. I wonder how Deisham captured that reptile.’ Laquadia said inwardly. He is not surprised to hear the news. It is expected that the Archbishop would be captured or killed by Deisham. The only thing that Laquadia is so curious about is how Deisham had captured the Archbishop.
“Everyone please calm yourself, we must not be carried away by this sudden news.” The Emperor said calmly. “How’s the situation in the 4th planet?” He added and looked casually towards the Durtian who had brought the bad news to them.
“75% of the whole planet is now in rubbles within 5 days of war. More than half of the waters of the 4th planet is now under the Ice Imperial Navy. The Commanders in the planet had estimated that it will fall within 3-5 days at the least.” The Herald reported everything he knew about the happenings in the 4th planet in an alarmed expression.
“How about the stronghold?” Someone asked the Herald nervously.
“It had been surrounded by the Ice Imperial Armed Forces in all directions. Our Armies are fighting to their death in the battlefield, my Lord. They are now on the verge of surrendering.” The Herald answered the question respectfully.
“Your Highness, we must execute the plan Dzardo had suggested immediately. It is our only hope in making this war favor us.” The Durtian beside the Emperor suggested with a determined expression.
“We cannot delay this; time is running and we are already in the brink of extermination.”
“If the 4th planet will fall, we don’t have any protection left. We will be in the face of death if that will happen.”
“Executing the plan we had is the only option we have left.”
Everyone then began to suggest the most appropriate things to do in this kind of unfavorable situation.
“Let’s execute the plan now. Can we do it Dzardo?” The Emperor said decisively and looked at Laquadia full of hope in both of his eyes.
“Of course, your Highness. Time is truly not in our hand. We must leave the planet within 2 hours and prepare everything that is needed in this mission within that time period.” Laquadia said seriously. But inwardly he is grinning excitedly.
‘This war will end earlier than I had expected. These lizards are too desperate enough to disregard all the things that is happening around them. How ignorant, and surely they are the one who lead themselves into death.’ Laquadia said inwardly full of happiness from making these Durtians walk towards his own schemes.
“Okay then, let’s board the stealth transport ship towards their Armada Command Ship.” The Emperor said seriously.
“We can only be in a stealth state within 3 hours, your Excellency. We need a Durtian who can fly faster than 3 hours towards Sylvestra 67.” The Commander suggested earnestly.
‘A stealth transport ship? This is more than I had thought, they really have a deep connection with that ally of them.’ Laquadia is referring towards the Guimduras Republic. This Nation are among those who have stealth technology at their disposal. It is really interesting for Laquadia to hear those information.
“I’ll fly the transport ship myself.” The Emperor said resolutely.
Everyone was shocked on what they heard the Emperor had suggested. This is unbelievable that a Durtian who is always busy every hour in his life is so excellent in flying a spacecraft like a racer.
“I never knew you are a racer, your Excellency. When did you learned it?” One of the Durtian inside the room asked the Emperor curiously.
“I’m a good racer when I am still a Crowned Prince. I still remember that my late Emperor, my father would always scold me day and night when he learned I am in a race track.” The Emperor said somberly when he suddenly remembered his late father.
“Sorry, your Excellency. I didn’t meant to offend you.” The Durtian said again with a sorry expression.
“That is why we need to kill those Jadasians. I’ll slaughter every last one of them.” The enmity he had towards the Jadasians is now a hundred times than before. “When I see that First Prince, I will surely make him suffer life worst than death.” The Emperor added full of killing intent.
‘Idiot, I am here. Can’t you see me? How pathetic, like father like son. I think I’ll call you the Current Godzilla.’ Laquadia is now laughing nonstop inwardly because of what the Emperor is saying.
If only the Emperor knew that the being whom he trusted so much is Laquadia he surely will go insane or even more than insanity. The Emperor had made Laquadia in Dzardo’s identity one of his trusted subordinates to the extent that he will execute the plan Dzardo had suggested. Even Laquadia cannot believe that being an escapee can lead to this kind of situation. He really made a best suggestion. If this is another Nation like the Guimduras Republic he doubts that infiltrating them will be this easy unlike this ignoramus Durtians.
“I think we should prepare now?” Laquadia asked everyone agitated.
“Let us meet in the Military Base no. 30, dismissed.” The Emperor said casually.
Everyone then began to walk out of the room. Laquadia immediately went towards the Military Base no. 30 as he don’t have anything to do or prepare. All the preparations are already inside his cunning mind.
‘The end is near.’ He said casually.
After he trapped those Durtians the Empire of Durtan will have no choice but to surrender. This is mating the King without making all his pawns moving. This is called helpless defeat and utter humiliation.
After an hour of traveling, Laquadia is now walking in a Military Base full of Durtians going in all directions. Spacecrafts of the Empire are in a frenzy as they landed in the dock and immediately went towards the sky after they are boarded by thousands of Durtians going into war. Powerful shields can be seen blanketing the sky as the whole planet is in a lockdown. The Home Planet of the Empire of Durtan is now in a full alert as the threat coming from the Ice Kingdom are getting intense. The stronghold is now on the verge of being overwhelmed by the Ice Imperial Armed Forces in every directions. This is what Laquadia had heard from all the commotions in the Military Base. These troops are not being deployed in the 4th planet but rather in the 3rd planet where the next defenses of the Durtians will be at full force. They know that the Ice Kingdom is now in an overwhelming force for them but they couldn’t give up in fighting for their Nation and for their sovereignty and freedom.
“Hey you, what are you looking at?!” One of the Durtian who have a deep voice shouted at Laquadia furiously.
“M…me?” Laquadia said pointing to himself curiously.
“Yes, you! Why are you in there when the whole Empire is now in a frenzy?! You are looking at your surroundings casually?! Don’t you care about our future?!” The Durtian said again, now with a more furious expression. He wears a green armor and he have a star on his right chest telling everyone who saw him that he have a higher status in the Army.
‘So you wanted to play a game with me huh? Let’s bring it on, lizard.’ Laquadia said inwardly and made a bashful expression. He’ll kill any Durtians he saw when given an opportunity.
“The Emperor sent me to wait for him because we had a mission to do.” Laquadia said sheepishly.
“The Emperor sent you here?! Hahahaha! Are you making a joke out of my face?! Get in here immediately, clown!” The Durtian said laughing crazily not believing what he had heard from this clown.
“What is happening in here, Dzardo?” Someone asked Laquadia behind with a curious tone.
When Laquadia heard the voice he made a pitiful expression in his face.
“Commander, this Durtian is insulting me that I am such a clown.” Laquadia said pitifully towards the Durtian who accompanied him 5 days ago. He surely will play this game until he is satisfied.
“He insulted you?!” The Commander said furiously. And looked at the Durtian who insulted Laquadia with a maddened expression.
“N..no it is just a mis…..under… standing, th…at’s a…all.” The Durtian said stammering. He cannot believe he had insulted a Durtian no one dared to offend. He is now shuddering all over his body.
“It is not a misunderstanding, Commander. He told me that I am an idiot and also he commanded me to slap my face and to kowtow to him a hundred times.” Laquadia said in a wretched state in a midst of being humiliated.
‘Now let’s see if who is a true clown between us.’ Laquadia said inwardly. He really wanted to make this Durtian his laughing stock.
“It’s….”
“Shut up, you dunce!” The Commander said stopping the Durtian who is now in the midst of collapsing.
He truly cannot believe in his wildest dreams those words Laquadia had said. He wanted to defend himself but how? This is an utter act of mischievousness. He is now shaking not because he is afraid, but because of what he is seeing. Laquadia is smiling towards him lavishly like that of mockery, derision and ridicule. This is the face of a Godly being whom you cannot afford to offend even you have billions of lifetimes.
“I di…..”

The pitiful Durtian hadn’t finished what he had to say again when he was slapped in his face violently. He is now flying high up in the air and landed 20 meters away from his position before.
“You wanna die?!” The Commander said again furiously.
‘Is this Durtian the Emperor himself? I cannot believe that the Commander would act like that to me. He even wanted to kill me. Who is this Durtian really?’ He is now in a wretched state after he was slapped violently by the Commander. The Durtian is now wishing to the Universe that he can go back to the past. If he will, he is not going to face Laquadia whatever happens. This is what being helpless and hopeless means. He is in the lurch of dying today.
“What is happening in here?” Someone said with a deep voice.
“Your Highness.” The Commander said and bowed respectfully towards the Emperor who is now wearing a black space armor. “That Durtian had insulted and had said worthless words towards Dzardo.” The Commander added after he finished his bow.
“Is that true?” The Emperor asked the wretched state Durtian. He is accompanied by 9 more powerful Durtians wearing a black space armor on their body.
“N….”
“Are the insults and humiliation he had done to me not enough for him to be sentenced to death, your Highness?” Laquadia said cutting the words of the Durtian who had insulted him a while ago. He dint want to waste his time not killing a single Durtian in this scheme of his.
“Of course, he deserves to die.” The Emperor said resolutely towards Laquadia. “Kill him.” He ordered the Commander with a bold expression.
“Please, I am a vic….”
Slashhhh!
The Durtian hadn’t finished what he had to say again when the sharp blade slashed his neck quickly that a beam can be seen after the sword had been slashed. This Durtian is really in an absolute and total despair. He even cannot defended himself from a pointless death.
Laquadia truly deserved to be called an actor; the best word is a schemer. He is too cunning even playing with this Durtians in their own territory is like blowing a dust.
“We are now complete. I think it is time to annihilate those Jadasians?!” The Emperor said not paying any attention to what had happened before.
“Where’s our spacecraft then?” Laquadia said curiously.
“That one.” The Emperor replied and pointed his fingers towards a majestic spacecraft.
“Let’s not waste our time.” The Durtian beside the Emperor said and hurriedly walked towards the spacecraft. He is then accompanied by the Emperor, Laquadia and the others boarding the spacecraft.
After they went inside, the Emperor immediately went into the cockpit and powered its engine. They then began to fly rapidly towards the space. Outside, the spacecraft can be seen camouflaging to its surroundings. It is now in a stealth mode traveling towards the Sylvestra 67 Armada Command Ship of the Ice Kingdom.
‘Anytime soon the Ice Imperial Armada will be lit up like a fireworks in space. Laquadia, you’ll die in my hands.’ The Emperor said inwardly full of killing intent and anxiousness.
‘All of you will now be in my hands. Thank yourself for being too insensible.’ Laquadia is now smiling inwardly. Anytime soon this war will be at its end.
