Without wasting any moment, Tyrus hurriedly run towards Heratus’s private room.

“My friend, can you help me with my quests?” Tyrus said hastily after he went into his private room. Heratus was then shocked together with Kitus who are having a serious conversation before he came in slamming the door.

“What are the quests all about?” Heratus asked him after he regained from shock.

“It is to defeat a legitimate Buccaneer within 2 minutes and survive the space without using any spacesuits within 15 seconds.”

“I can help you with your first quest,” Kitus spoke to him willingly.

“Thank you, my friend. When I kick you, you must act like you have been defeated.” Tyrus told to him wisely.

“Hahahaha!” Heratus laughed at him and disbelief can be seen on Kitus’s face. “Tyrus, if you think you can do it just like that, you’re wrong. Even though, some of the quests don’t have specific rules. You still have to do it in a proper way, if not, it is still your loss. Most importantly, we pirates fight to death.” Heratus reprimanded him with seriousness on his face.

“Okay, let’s do this battle seriously, my friend. I have 4 minutes left in achieving the bonus quest.” Tyrus said and readied himself for battle.

Kitus nodded his head and he quickly launched an offensive assault towards Tyrus.

Kitus pulled out his dagger and attacked Tyrus aggressively. Tyrus is shocked by the dexterity Kitus has. It is too fast that his dagger is only 2 cm. away from injuring his left shoulder.

‘I need to take this battle seriously.’ He said to himself when he saw how his opponent attacked him with his relentless agility.

“Moron, show me how I can summon the spells I have,” Tyrus said to his watch telepathically.

“I forgot to mention about the Battle Mode, idiot.” The watch told him. Tyrus doesn’t know if he can still hold himself from being insane on what he heard.

Sou! Sou! Sou!

Three consecutive attacks were launched by Kitus targeting his chest, back, and neck consecutively.

‘This watch is the reason why I’m going to die!’ He thought with an outraged expression when he looked at his watch.

“What did you say, idiot?”

“Activate the Battle Mode, moron!” He shouted fuming in his mind. ‘I think I will not change the command name after the Upgrade Mode is activated.’

“Battle Mode has been activated.” The watch said. “Battle Mode has been deactivated.” He said again deactivating the Battle Mode.

“Yaaahhhh!” Kitus shouted when he launched a powerful kick towards Tyrus’s chest sending him 5 meters away from his last position. He was only stopped by the metal walls of the room from flying further. Tyrus then began to cough three mouthfuls of blood.

“Why did you deactivated it without my command, moron?!!!!!!” He is now beginning to lose himself in…if only he can kill this watch. He is truly infuriated by the fact that he is in the middle of a life and death situation, due to the unprofessionalism of this watch.

“You cursed at me, idiot!” The watch answered him defensively.

“What the f….. friend,” He said instead of cursing this pettish thing on his right wrist. “Activate the Battle Mode, moron.” He said gritting his teeth tightly.

“Battle Mode Activated. Summon Spell or Consume Power Ups?”

“Summon Spell, moron,” Tyrus said hurriedly when he saw Kitus running towards him at a lightning speed.

Kitus threw 5 daggers consecutively towards Tyrus who is now sweating from the danger he is in. He began to dodge all the daggers that are flying towards him like bullets.

One of the daggers flew 5 cm. in his left cheek after he dodged it and the other two flew 3 cm. just above his head. Thankfully, his current dexterity is comparable to the pirates who have ordinary potentials. If he reacted slower than what he had done, he might be dead by now.

He can now discern that Kitus is not an ordinary pirate but a mediocre.

“20 seconds before time runs out and quest 1 will be considered failed and the points will be compensated.” The watch told him as two more daggers are now only 5 inches away from stabbing his chest. Tyrus bend his body in a 180-degree angle when the daggers flew passed him just a mm. away from cutting his head. He sighed heavily swallowing some of the saliva that have gathered in his throat.

“Summon Spell, moron.” He said quickly as Kitus is now only two meters away from him.

“What spell you want to summon?” The watch asked him.

“Ice lizard, fire lizard, and dark lizard consecutively, moron.” Two-meter ice lizard began to form on both of his hand and he quickly launched it towards Kitus full force together with the fire and dark lizard, consecutively.

Kitus don’t have the luxury of time to dodge it as he is already running at full speed and the gap is only more than a meter away from Tyrus.

Boommmm!

Three consecutive booming sound can be heard as three different colored lizards slammed into Kitus. He was then sent flying 8 meters away from his last position and dropped on the floor unconscious. Heratus who is astonished on the scene he is witnessing hurriedly went towards Kitus to help him recuperate from the injuries he has. Heratus began to lift Kurtis to put him in his bed.

“Quest 1 has been successfully accomplished. 2 points has been added to your Stats Menu. You have 1 minute left in fulfilling the 3rd Quest.” The watch reminded Tyrus of the time that is left for him to accomplish his Quests.

Without even looking at Kitus or Heratus he hurriedly went out of the room going out of the spacecraft into the vastness of space. Luckily, the spacecraft is docking near the asteroid belt.

Without any hesitation, Tyrus jumped out of the spacecraft and suddenly felt eternal coldness inundating his whole body. After some time, he felt that his body began to resist the coldness.

“10 seconds left before Quest 2 is accomplished.” He feels excited after he heard it. Anytime soon, he can now accumulate a total of 10 or even 12 stat points.

“Quest 2 has been completed. 2 points has been added to your Stats Menu.”

“Quest 3 has been successfully completed. 5 points, added to your Stats Menu.”

“Bonus Quest achieved. 2 points has been added.”

“You have 12 total points, where do you want to spend it?”

The watch said on his mind in a successive fashion. Tyrus stayed in the vastness of space leisurely.

“Activate User Information Mode and go to Stats Menu, moron.” He said stimulated with his current achievements.

“User Information Mode activated.” The watch said on his mind. “All stat points has been added to strength.”

Information regarding his Status began to flash in his mind.

“Wait, WHAT???!!!!!” Tyrus shouted in the vastness of space with all his might horrified on what he just heard.

“How can you add those stat points when I never ordered you to do it, MORON???!!!!! You even told me I have the privilege on what stats I want to improve. Explain all those questions I asked you, moron!” He shouted in his mind fuming with insanity and his eyes is now red.

“It is due to the fact that the user has cheated.” The watch answered him.

“Cheated? When did I cheat, moron?!”

“When you completed Quest 2 without informing the Pirata System that you can survive space.”

“How can that be called cheating, moron?!”

“When you didn’t inform the Pirata System.” The watch with his deep archaic voice answered him firmly.
