Eternal Darkness: Reincarnated with A Star Wars System - 32 Chapter 32
Once we got back to the chest we started examing the reaming 3 items within the chest.
The first item was a skill book.
/————————-
Name: Fire Ball
Type: Skill Book
Rarity: Uncommon
Description: Upon using the skill book the user will learn the spell Fireball. The spell costs 50 mana.
——————————/
I will be honest the spell was…weak. For example, look at the Shaman, he was spamming this spell even though it was doing nothing to us. I did not want to waste my mana on this spell so I just gave it to one of the Zakuul Knights.
The second item appeared to be a necklace.
/————————-
Name: Pendant of Flame
Type: Accessory
Rarity: Epic
Description: A pendant of fire iron that was infused with the soul of a Flame Elemental.
Basic Effect 1: Grants 500 mana to the wearer.
Special Effect 1: Grants 25% Immunity towards fire.
Special Effect 2: Every 72 Hours the wearer is able to summon the Fire Elemental to fight alongside the wearer in combat.
Special Effect 3: Grants the ability to summon a cloak of flame around the wearer that burns nearby enemies and gives the wearer 50% immunity to flames. Can only use this ability every 24 Hours.

[As you can see I am trying to make the equipment more complex and diverse]
This was an amazing necklace!
I asked if anyone wanted it but they all said I should be the one to wear it since I am the only person that uses magic within the group.
When I put on the Pendent I felt a surge of mana come into my body. I put this wonderful feeling aside and looked at the next item within the chest.
The next item within the chest looked like a spear. Kir’s eyes visibly glowed when he laid his eyes on the spear and I could understand why when I examined the spear.
/————————-
Name: Imp hero’s spear
Type: Weapon
Rarity: Epic
Description: It is said that the owner of the spear was a great hero among the Imps. It is said that he was slain when he went up against an army of humans alone, but not until he managed to slay hundreds of humans.
Special Effect 1: Grants the User the special skill: Heroic Sacrifice. When the user is facing against all odds for something he cares about the user will receive a bonus of 300 to Endurance and Strength.
Special Effect 2: Grats the User the special skill: Hero’s Blessing. The user is given the ability to surpass his limits at the cost of his lifespan.

Wow…this weapon is overpowered. I can see why Kir is drooling over this spear.
Without a second’s hesitation, I handed Kir the Spear.
I ignored his reaction and looked at the finale item within the chest and to my disappointment, it was only a Longsword of Fire…
With the floor finished I noticed something. How can I lead these people without proper strength? Most of the dilemmas I have been facing has been solved by the others and not by my own strength. I wished to become strong enough to solve my problems by myself and it appears the System gave me an answer in the form of a quest.
/—————————-
Mission Name: Training 2
Description: The host worries over his lack of strength.
Requirements: Become strong enough to clear floor 31-50
Rewards: Random Skill, A System draw, and Job advancement.
—————————-/
I accepted the quest after a moment’s hesitation. Can I really complete this quest with my own strength?
How will know if I don’t try?
We walked to the checkpoint and returned to the surface.
….
Once we made it to the surface I marveled at the town we have managed to build.
We now had many wooden houses and we even managed to train a few guards from the citizens.
Many of the supplies we could not find or build ourselves have been bought in the city nearby.
It was nearing the night so I went to sleep.
When I awoke in the morning I found that we had some new ‘visitors’
They claimed to be Adventurers that were hired to find out what happened to the Knights that I previously killed before.
When I examined their levels I found that they were weaker than many of the people within the outpost.
They insisted that they wished to enter the outpost but we had to refuse them, if they were to see the technology within the outpost then they would probably cause us a lot of trouble.
They argued with us for hours before they finally gave up and left the outpost, hopefully, this doesn’t come back to bite me in the butt later on.
…
After a few hours passed inside the office in the nearby city sat a man and the adventurers.
“So you’re saying there is a camp at the valley where the Knights were heading?” the Man asked the adventurers.
The man pondered in silence before asking the Adventurers to leave.
Once the Adventurers were out of the room the man commanded a man standing at the side nearby “Have a group of Knights observe this ‘outpost’ for a few days, I want to know everything about it.”
“As you command my lord.” the servant says before rushing out of the room.
