This old woman name is Gloriosa

She is the former Empress of the Kuja tribe before Boa Hanc.o.c.k took over, now she is more commonly referred to as Elder Nyon

She is diminutive in height, with very think lips, and wrinkled from old age

She also wears some king of sea green belt apparently meant to hold up the spotted print short skirt that all Kuja wears, also like most Kuja, she wears cape, her hair is white and she wears a oink flower on the left side of her head

Gloriosa said then point at Arthur
