Falling In Love With The Devil - 34 You Are Mine Only!
“Bo Jiang will now pass you the document of reference for the final agreement. When you are satisfied, Mr. Chen please sign at the bottom of the last page of the official document. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Vice President Bo Jiang. ” Ying Yue smiled to her audience while propping her chin up on the table and while her other hand was still tightly intertwined with Jun Feng’s one.
Bo Jiang sighed in his head, ” So basically you are just pushing everything to me…(¬_¬)”
Not long after, Chen Li sighed the contract and passed it onto Ying Yue who mindlessly signed it, bored out of her mind.
” Gosh, thank god Noah was here or I would already be sleeping! ” Ying Yue thought as she turned to her boyfriend with an excited expression.
” She’s cute…but she’s probably thinking about buying ice cream…(¬_¬)” Jun Feng thought, seeming like he completely understood her personality now.
” I now announce our cooperation official! ” Ying Yue declared, ” Dismissed! ”
Starlight’s people went out and resumed their task and the executives of Chen Corporation gradually left the room, ready to leave.
Yet, in the room, there were still four people: Chen Li, Bo Jiang, Ying Yue, and Jun Feng – his bodyguards waiting outside.
Ying Yue wanted to hurriedly drag Jun Feng out to go buy ice cream but both Chen Li and Bo Jiang stopped her at the door and demanded explanations.
” Arghhhhh! Just leave me alone! ” Ying Yue lamented in her head as she turned to face them.
” What do you guys want? ” Ying Yue breathed in exasperation.
” … ” both kept quiet as they felt awkward to have others around to hear their conversation.
” If you have nothing to say then goodbye! ” Ying Yue turned away and left with Jun Feng.
Nonetheless, Bo Jiang hurriedly asked the question that was prickling his heart since the beginning, ” Is he your boyfriend? ”
” Yeah, so what? ” Ying Yue affirmed turning her head slightly.
Bo Jiang’s pupil dilated and he felt those simple words turn into deadly swords, piercing his still hopeful heart. His throat got dried and he trembled, trying to open his mouth to say something about Jun Feng but he couldn’t, ” Nothing…”
” Since when have I become so weak? ” Bo Jiang felt despair creeping into his heart.
After hearing his response, something flashed in Jun Feng and Ying Yue’s eyes at the same time but Jun Feng still led Ying Yue to leave.
Her petite built slowly disappeared, till the darkness of her shadow was nowhere to be seen.
Both men were left stuttering in confusion and despair but they couldn’t seem to gather up the courage to run after the couple.
Leaving, Chen Li frustratingly gritted his teeth and felt his heart slightly squeeze, creating an uncomfortable feeling settling into his heart – I barely met her but why does she always make me feel weird?
As for Bo Jiang, he slowly walked back to his office in shock. His face devoid of any expression, his ears caving into silence and the whole world around him turning black, mirroring his heart’s tragedy.
He weakly sat at his desk. Bo Jiang saw all the piles of important documents that needed to be taken care and he laughed.
The inner demon raged out and with a swift movement, he threw all the documents on the ground, creating a deafening sound in his gigantic office.
The papers flew in the air and landed on the floor, creating a beautiful image of hopelessness on the floor.
Still not satisfied, Bo Jiang punched his desk, his fist flowing out a river of bitter blood. While tainting the desk with his hand, Bo Jiang’s lip trembled and remembered the first time he met Ying Yue.
…
In a desolate alley, Bo Jiang stood there, his face lifted upwards like a lone wolf howling to the moon, hiding in the coat of darkness from the fallen city night.
The rain poured down hard on the man and mixed with the blood of the dead bodies laying on the cold hard floor.
” Hey, you freaking idiot! Not only there is blood on you everywhere but you are still standing there like an idiot waiting to die? ” a young girl yelled at him.
She approached him and handed him her umbrella, ” If you wanted to die, you could have just let those people beat you up to death, don’t make me worry about your life if you are just going to end it. ”
Ying Yue unapologetically cursed at him, looking at him like he was the worst dumbass on Earth.
Immediately after handing him her umbrella, Ying Yue ran away as she was now the one that was going to be soaking wet.
Bo Jiang slowly looked down to his bloodied hand that barely held onto the umbrella’s handle which eventually fell: his broken wrist too weak to hold it.
The black umbrella dropped into the water puddle forming around the man.
With her keen senses, Ying Yue turned back and confirmed that the boy was so weak that he couldn’t even hold an umbrella properly.
Ying Yue cursed him in her heart and ran back to him.
She then proceeded to rip her white T-shirt, making it into a long bandage.
Ying Yue skillfully wrapped the umbrella’s handle onto the stranger’s arm with the tissue, making the umbrella lean on his shoulder, supporting it and barely blocking the rain from touching him too much.
Finishing her bow at his wrist, Ying Yue looked satisfied with her job and told the man to lean onto the wall.
When he sat down, Bo Jiang finally saw the face of the girl: her hair dripping wet onto her slim neck, her clear eyes and her rosy lips forming an unhappy expression made the girl look very cute.
Bo Jiang lowly chuckled at her sight before he felt himself weaken, his eyelids drooping and drifting into a deep sleep, ” Thank you…”
He barely whispered before sinking into utter tenebrosity.
…
Remembering their first meeting, Bo Jiang felt his reason snap and resolved himself to take her back.
Ruffling his usually neatly combed hair, his aura instantly changed – from sophisticated to wild – a beast ready to be released and go on a rampage.
” Ying Yue you are mine, mine only! ” Bo Jiang laughed cynically, a dangerous light flashing into his somber eyes.
