Forced Marriage: CEO’s Sweet Little Wife - Chapter 117
Ashley and Sunny exchanged nervous glances in a room, in front of them was an arrogant senior woman who showed with piercing eyes.
Sunny asked Ashley with a nervous wink. Did they make a mistake to be called personally to this senior-looking unfriendly room, after Azka and Reo who confused them, and now this senior also made both of them confused?
Ashley shook her head. She could not guess what mistakes they had made, whether playing on the beach violated the rules of these bossy seniors.
“I saw that you two got along well with her, is it right? so I called the two of you personally tonight.” said the senior woman folding her legs, she sucked in the cigarette in her hand deeply and then exhaled the smoke by raising her head, the puff of cigarette smoke danced in the air until it merged in the sweep of the night wind that broke through behind the window.
“With her, with whom, who…?” Ashley whispered Sunny with a confused face, Sunny answered with a shake of her head and frowned on her face, she didn’t understand.
The senior woman got up from the couch, approached the two women who were already wearing pajamas, she touched Ashley’s shoulder and made the bespectacled woman surprised by her touch.
“The girl who made a mess at X cafe, isn’t she your friend? Where is she tonight? I didn’t see her in the first place?” asked the senior.
“Aahh…” Sunny and Ashley answered in unison, both of them just understood where this conversation was going.
“Did senior mean Vira?” Sunny asked.
“So her name is Vira?” The senior repeated the name that came out of Sunny’s lips.
“She didn’t go to this retreat,” Ashley said to the point. Why did they have to get into trouble because of Vira today, even when Vira wasn’t here?
The senior’s face looked strange, there was an obvious annoyance on her face. “Isn’t this retreat mandatory for first-year students? How can she not attend this event?”
Sunny and Ashley shook their heads in unison. “We have no idea why she didn’t come to this event, we don’t know why.” Sunny replied with an innocent face.
The female senior took a deep breath. She took another puff of the cigarette tucked between her fingers. “Okay, now both of you can leave my room.”
Without wasting any more time, Ashley and Sunny immediately pranced, leaving the senior room with tense faces.
After a long way from the senior’s room, Sunny whispered to Ashley.
“I think she’s a wise senior considering what happened at X cafe, she dared to rebel against senior Deo, but why does her attitude look the opposite tonight. Did Vira do something to upset her?”
Ashley furrowed her brows. “You asked the wrong person, I have the same confusion as you. How could Vira be involved with that arrogant senior, she even keeps mentioning her name even though the person is not here.” Ashley hissed not understanding.
“You’re right, should we tell her?” Sunny asked.
“We have to tell her, but not now,” Ashley said trying to hold Sunny’s hand as she pulled out her cell phone.
“Why?” Sunny looks confused by Ashley’s words.
“Come on Sunny, my dear, she’s having a great time with her boyfriend, we’ll only ruin the moment if we call her now.”
Sunny began to understand Ashley’s reasoning, she nodded her head, agreeing with Ashley’s words.
“Maybe, she didn’t turn on her cell phone at this moment.” Sunny put her cell phone back.
“If she doesn’t turn on her cell phone, it’s a good decision. I can’t imagine she has to receive so many calls and messages from people who are always curious about her business.” Ashley feels sorry for Vira.
Apart from the female seniors, at the end of the stairs, Ashley and Sunny met Reo and Azka.
“Hey, you guys are from upstairs? Is there an assignment from seniors that you two have to go upstairs?” Reo asked curiously.
the first floor for first-year students and the second floor for senior advisers.
Sunny answered reluctantly. “More or less, that’s how it is.” The answer sounded ambiguous.
“It seems that the task given by seniors is not that fun, do you guys want to join our game, I guarantee it will be more fun!” Azka invites Ashley and Sunny to join their table where they are playing a game of truth or dare.
“Don’t we have a majors schedule too?” Ashley asked Sunny.
“Come on, this is going to be fun!” Azka got up from a sitting position, approached Ashley and Sunny, took the two girls by force, he didn’t care about his friends who didn’t seem to agree because this was an event per department and the two girls were in different majors.
Reo fetched a couple of beers and put them on the table.
“Let’s have fun tonight, forget about the seniors’ duties.” Whispered Reo.
Hazel just came out of his room, he looked the same as before, uninspired, he did not even follow any events. when he saw the uncomfortable Ashley and Sunny in the middle of the Engineering major– Reo’s and Azka’s major.
“Hey, what are you guys doing there?” asked Hazel, his deep voice grabbing attention, he asked Ashley and Sunny.
“Isn’t our department busy making barbeques near the beach, why are you guys even here, go! You have to help clean up the meat!” Hazel said.
Sunny and Ashley immediately got up, both of them immediately left the event majoring in Reo and Azka.
Reo and Azka looked stunned to hear Hazel’s words, it seemed they had made a mistake and made Hazel’s face even more wrinkled.
The two men immediately left the table and approached Hazel, lest there be any misunderstanding here.
“Why are you forcing the girls, doesn’t every major have their agenda?” Hazel asked Reo and Azka.
“We’re just offering it, those they choose and want,” Azka replied with an innocent face.
“Don’t lie, the art major is in the front villa, you must have forced the girls to come here.”
“You’re an art major and yourself here!” Azka replied with pouty lips.
“That’s because I chose the best room in this villa.” Hazel made an excuse. “Don’t bother Vira’s friends, you are a loser if you keep forcing the girls.”
Reo didn’t agree with Hazel’s words. “The two girls just came here without us forcing them, they just came from upstairs, it seems that seniors have a personal duty for them.” Reo only guessed.
Hazel turned towards the stairs, he knew that the upper floor was inhabited by seniors but what had that to do with Ashley and Sunny? He became suspicious.

Vino had just finished taking a shower when he came out of the bathroom. He was surprised to see his wife scratching her ear.
“Are your ears irritated?” asked Vino.
Vira turned her body, she was surprised to see her husband who was shirtless with a half-wet body.
“My ears are a little itchy, the old saying goes that itchy ears mean someone is talking about you.” Vira’s words made Vino chuckle.
“Did you live in the Edo period?” Cynically, he opened his arms to hug his wife’s body.
But Vira refused, the woman pushed her husband’s open chest with the tip of the index finger, “you’re still wet, you have to dry yourself first.”
“Oh come on honey.” Vino didn’t heed his wife’s words, he still attacked his wife who tried to dodge, but the more Vira avoided the more Vino got excited.
Vira slipped under her husband’s arm, she escaped and took a towel, and wrapped her husband’s back.
She hugged her husband’s back on a small towel.
“Couldn’t my husband dry himself properly? You’re making me anxious, how would you live if I wasn’t around?” Vira babbled to herself.
Vino turned his body, this time he could hug his wife’s body freely, “you can’t leave me, because my life will not be the same without you by my side.” He whispered in Vira’s ear, he kissed the nape of his wife with cold lips because he had just finished taking a shower.
“Come on my husband, I won’t leave you, you know that I have nowhere else to go but–” she tapped Vino’s chest with her finger.
“Are you sure?” Vino’s question made his wife frowned.
“Seems like you’re the one who’s not convinced,” Vira replied surprised.
“It’s not that I don’t acknowledge in myself, or don’t believe in you, but I’m afraid of the unpredictable game of fate, I’m afraid that one day, you won’t look at me again with this beautiful look in your eyes, you don’t say soft words like today, and you can’t be patience like it’s time to face me.”
Vira made a strange face hearing her husband’s words. “Why are you suddenly so melancholic?”
“I don’t know, I feel happy right now but also anxious.”
We never know the game of destiny in the future.
