Forced Marriage: CEO’s Sweet Little Wife - Chapter 119
Sarah sat back in her chair with a cynical face, she looked at Andrew who looked annoyed in her eyes, how could not, this young doctor of mixed caucasoid and middle eastern blood was Vino’s errand man, since from the start she would have no respect for Andrew.
for Andrew, he was used to dealing with patients with Mental Illness where the patient has a disorder of emotional effects, he must be able to dig and have deep talk heart to heart with patients in person, the balanced character and acted to be fun as a friend to be able to assume the cause and determine the type of mental disorder, and helped the patient to suffer. Mental health disorders, also known as mental illness, are mental health conditions that involve mood, worrying, and behavior as Sarah was currently experiencing, mental disorders the part of psychiatric disorders.
Andrew believes he can make Sarah feel better even if it takes a lot of time.
Andrew took another seat, he took the initiative to sit face to face with Sarah, she was a beautiful woman– even though her face was pale without the make-up that usually decorated her face but it couldn’t be denied that her face was really beautiful– pulling her body, Sarah slightly avoided the doctor’s gaze, ignored this handsome eyes.
“What are you doing, why are you sitting in front of me, don’t you understand that just seeing your presence makes me uncomfortable!” she brushed her hair with her long, curly fingers, letting her hair fall loose and messy, her eyes twinkling sharp and sinister but nothing startling Andrew.
“Let’s have a little short interview!” said Andrew, ignoring Sarah’s sarcasm.
“Geez!” Sarah raised her hands with an annoyed face. “Even breathing in the same room with you irritates me!” She gripped her teeth.
Andrew laughed at Sarah’s words. “Are you a comedian, how could a top model like you, who has a straight face and poker face, have hidden talent? I was amused by the ridiculousness of your remark just now!” Andrew raised his hand and pointed a ballpoint pen at Sarah.
Sarah rolled her eyes. “I’m not kidding, being with you in this room makes me sick!” She hissed in a low voice.
Andrew shook his head, he never felt intimidated by a patient’s remarks but Sarah was completely different.
“Are you ready to do a short interview session with me, you are a talented, yeah, talent in the entertainment world, you are used to attending formal events, attending talk shows on television, interviewing me is just a small thing for you, isn’t it Miss Sarah?” Andrew asked.
Sarah slammed her back against the back of the chair, she tightened her arms across her chest, there was no interest on her face, she wanted to get out of this room right away, no! She wanted to get out of this country immediately and go home, home? Where? Wherever that can make her feel a little more comfortable.
“Well I’ll start with the first question for you, I hope we can work well together this time!” Doctor Andrew said.
When Andrew looked at the sheet of paper in his hand he chuckled and made Sarah suspicious.
Sarah frowned and asked. “Shouldn’t you be the one getting psychiatric help, you laughing to yourself without anything funny? You should have taken care of yourself first before helping me.” She said sarcastically.
Andrew raised his head. “You’re right, I should have skipped the first question since I already knew the answer.”
“Oh yeah, what’s the question, your words just make me curious.” Sarah peeked at the paper but she couldn’t read the small letters.
“If I read the question then you are obliged to answer it!” Andrew made a deal.
“Never mind, just ask.”
Doctor Andrew’s traps are never wrong, he always manages to throw the bait. “The question is: how are you feeling right now?” one eyebrow prancing around with a faint smile.
Hearing the words from Andrew’s lips Sarah was silent for a while, but she had promised to answer Andrew’s question, she just needed time to think so she could give the best answer.
“If you’re having trouble, I’ll give you a few choice points, a. Very bad, b. You’re worried about something, c. Avoids socializing, d. Happy, is there one that’s perfect for you?”
Sarah took a deep breath before picking up the points that Andrew threw.
“I’m worried about something,” she answered with a worried face, it was clear on her face.
“Me too, I always worry about something even more, like when we are together like this, I still have anxiety that I can’t explain.” Andrew tried to reassure Sarah, telling them that the choice of the woman in front of him was not wrong,
“Isn’t anxiety a human trait, everyone can worry about something, a mother can worry about her daughter when her daughter is late for school when her daughter is sick when the kids don’t pick her call, a mother has graded anxiety, and you… worry about something, that’s not a bad thing.”
Sarah’s choice was not an awful one but Andrew’s words were terrible, after hearing a sentence that should make Sarah feel relaxed and comfortable but in reality, it was the opposite.
“I hate my mother…” Sarah hissed with a straight face, she didn’t even change her sitting position.
— Oops, I made a mistake, Andrew thought regretfully, but he had to get over this awkward situation.
Andrew glanced at the point of the second question that he had compiled on the paper in his hand, the question was about the opinion of the people closest to the patient, and Andrew knew that Sarah didn’t have many friends especially here. So he has to come to his conclusions.
“Sarah, you are an attractive and talented woman, I’m sure you are also a lovely person, people like you don’t deserve hatred, you should be able to open your heart and see the potential in you, you are a great woman.”
Sarah glared at Andrew’s face, it was clear that she didn’t agree with what Andrew had just said.
“Who are you to give me such value, we don’t even know each other, we just met and your relationship with me is only patient and doctor, every time we have a consultation session, you make me feel confused,” Sarah said with a frown on her forehead.
Andrew glanced at the third and fourth points of the questions written on the paper in his hand.
Ask the burden of the patient, the feeling of the patient at this time, and ask about his family environment.
He nodded his head faintly, he had to get the answer to this two-point question.
“I know that you are uncomfortable with my face, some patients praise my good looks too much, but if one or two patients are distracted, isn’t that normal?”
Sarah was getting annoyed at Andrew’s words.
“You burden me, like my mother, you are too confident in what you have, I hate people who have beautiful lives while I don’t!” She hissed with a face full of hatred.
–well, the burden of her life is feeling unrivaled, jealous, unhappy. Andrew shook his head, he was struggling with his mind, what a heavy feeling if it was continuously planted in the heart.
“My mother is a warm and pleasant person, she always calls me, if even once I don’t pick up the phone or ignore her messages she will babble incessantly when I pick up the phone the next day.”
Sarah was silent with a tense face hearing Andrew’s words.
–didn’t she just say about her mother? Does she feel burdened by her mother? I had to dig deeper into her relationship with her mother and family. Andrew noted the important points of Sarah’s words, he felt his job was easier because Sarah was a typical person who was easily provoked emotionally.
“Wow, your life is very beautiful, from a warm and understanding mother to a handsome, charismatic, and great young doctor!” It sounded sarcastic. Sarah doesn’t seem to like the mixed-blood physics of Dr. Andrew’s.
“Yeah that’s how it is, my mother has a stomach disease and it makes her always remind me of healthy food. I thought that she would always worry about me, then what about her mental health, that’s why I decided to go back to school and take a psychiatrist.”
“Amazing story, please continue ..” Sarah invited Andrew to continue the story of his closeness with his mother which was very contrary to her life experience.
Andrew widened his smile. “Maybe one day I’ll take my mother to see you.”
“What, what?” Sarah lifted her back to hear doctor Andrew’s words, she couldn’t believe her hearing.
“Our relationship is not so close that I have to meet your mother,” Sarah said with a blush on her face.
“No problem, my mother likes chatting with my patients, she likes to make food and share a few stories. She is a lonely woman since I often go out of town and travel out of the country. Maybe, you can be her friend.”
Sarah’s face looked disbelieving, for some reason Andrew’s words – maybe just a small talk – but made Sarah’s chest flutter.
“Your story reminds me of someone.” Sarah’s face was gloomy. “But, I lost her…” The eyes narrowed, holding back the tears that filled her eyelids.
I lost her, as you losing her, and all that’s left was the only hope that never gonna happen.
