Gaming Sword Magician - Chapter 196
“Why are you all so gloomy. I’m all better now!” City Master Aliyah’s words made Butler Azan, Jin and Fiorin entire body tremble.
They weren’t the only ones that felt that way. Everyone who was familiar with her voice trembled in glee and shock.
They shifted their focus onto her. Everyone’s jaws dropped open when they saw Aliyah standing upright and healthy.
Their pupils immediately contracted as they dumbfoundedly stood there. They were too happy to see her bing with life.
“Long Live the City Master!!!” Her appearance had caused the crowd to instantly break into an cheerful uproar.
Her blonde, curly hair were braided to reveal a cute and dainty face. Soft brown skin delightfully compliments her eyes and mouth and makes one remember that she was the most beautiful woman in the Red Cliff City. Glistening brown eyes, set elegantly within their sockets, watched gently and delightfully over her children and knights.
“Come here,” she said, opening her arms wide to hug her mischievous little one’s.
“Mother, we missed you so much,” Jin and Fiorin ran into her embrace with tears of joy streaming down their eyes.
They couldn’t believe what they are seeing but wished that it was all true.
“You’ve both grown up so fast. I was delighted to know that you both bravely entered the Scorpion-kin desert and acquired the Desert Heart Mystic Lotus for my sake. I’m extremely proud of you both. If he was alive, yours father would feel the same too.” Aliyah said while wiping the tears off their face. Her children were young and brave and that made her delighted.
“I wish this is all true,” saying that under their breath, Jin and Fiorin buried their face in her warm motherly embrace.
After a while…
“Master, I’m glad to see you back on your feet, but how did this miracle happened?” Azan asked while gently gazing at her with respect and a little bit of love.
“It’s all because you three have befriended a hidden expert,” Aliyah smiled revealing her pearly white teeth.
“What?” the three were confused.
They said, “Except for Master Benjamin, we don’t know of anyone that’s an expert at the art of healing.”
Seeing their confused expression, City Master Aliyah began to explain what happened to her.
Hearing her words, the astonishment in their hearts suddenly magnified by several times.
“Not only is Life Taker a Talisman Master, Formation master, and a beast tamer but he is also an elixir master.” They exclaimed with a surprised look.
What a surprise! Elixir Master Benjamin was completely stumped; when he heard City Master Aliyah’s words, he was stupefied in place.
‘With what face did I offered a lecture to an expert that can create a perfect rank rejuvenating heart elixir!’ He feels so embarrassed that his babyface turned beet red. He felt like jumping inside a river, he felt like hiding under a rock but in the end, he laughed it off.
“Let’s go,” Looking at the the City master cuddling with her children, a smile formed on his face, and he then walked away with his attendants.

As they were reaching near the entrance of the Grand Canyon, Whittaker received a notification from Advance Guide.
“I suppose City Master Aliyah has announced my good deeds to everyone.” Whittaker thought with a beaming smile while looking at the blinding Sun in the skies.
He didn’t help her out because of fame, but becoming famous made him happy.
In the monster tower, reputation had a variety of uses. Though it was mainly used to acquire quests with unique rewards or obtain help from powerful city guards.
‘Though I don’t know what to do exactly to get unique quests. According to the “Records of monster tower”, it’s very hard to get access to such a quest that gives unique items as reward.”
It’s said that a contestant needs to actively participate in Alliance wars to gain alliance reputation, only then will there be a chance to get such a quest.
While contemplating this matter, Whittaker reached the Grand Canyon.
“Thanks for the ride. King eighteen, you can rest now,” Immediately, he got off of King Eighteen back and recalled it into his soul space.
“I should hide myself so that no one will notice me!” After using a advance grade invisibility talisman to camouflage himself, Whittaker ventured inside the Grand Canyon littered with contestant killers.
The entrance to the Grand Canyon was a small ravine that led to the depths of the canyon. It allowed only a small of people to pass through at a time. Steep vertical cliff faces flanked the ravine on both sides.
He was calmly walking near the edges of the steep vertical cliff that flanked the ravine on the left side.
Clang! Bam! Peng! Suddenly, he heard resounding battle cries.
