Goblin Adventurer - Chapter 1 Adventure Star

Guts arrived In front of Adventurers Guild, he is being escorted by that guard and call himself ‘Rustin’ till its Very Entrance, ‘he really is thoughtful’ he thought.

He didn’t know, the Guard only wanted to make sure that this Goblin means no harm.

Guts Immediately entered, but ‘Rustin’ still at the entrance of Adventurer Guild, leaning at the wall and staring at him seriously.

“What’s wrong with that guy” Guts thought and looking back at Rustin, he then shake his head and stand still, looking infront again.

What he saw was people were Talking and Drinking, different kind of races in a different tables, laughing and singing.

They’re like Bees he Thought, they’re everywhere he thought.

What he didnt know is that he already caught attention the majority of them, they caught a glimps of his clothed Horn, and saw his green skin, some almost being panic, some were trembling and gripping their weapon’s hilt. But its good he’s being escorted here, Who knows what will happen if isn’t.

Rustin only observing, but because the sudden change of atmosphere he is ready to mediate.

But all is well and done well, Rustin didn’t notice himself but he’s already famous ‘Guard’ and ‘Protector’ of this city so majority of Adventurer continue their business after they saw him escorting and observing this ‘horned one’.

“You’re really one heck of hard a worker City Guard Captain eh?” said by the newly entered full of silver armored tall guy from top to bottom to Rustin, small silver round shield on his left arm, sheathed short sword on his right arm while its gripping its hilt, three horizontal sheated daggers on his back, all of those are even mithrils. Even his helmet were silver and two protruding curved horn on every side. Even his inner garment, his black chain mail made of mithril. Meaning this person is rich!.

“Nah, don’t worry about me being here, go, do what you have to do, Ill leave anytime now anyway.” Said by Rustin whose hand’s now crossed leveled to his chest while still leaning at the wall and still observing Guts.

“He he, I, again will solo hunting those stupid Kobold’s habitat for good! Easy hunting, easy money!” Said by silver Guy, Slowly ascending to the nearest ladder while continue laughing

“Cheh! Kobold Slayer bastard!” Snorted by Rustin, after he saw Guts entering throught the backdoor along with Receptionist Mei Ru, he Immediately turn back and walk away outside the Guild.

Guts then arrived infront of the Receptionist

“Can I register as an Adventurer? the name is Guts” he respectfully said.

“Hai Hai~!, I’m Mei Ru! Your Receptionist, welcome to our Adventurers Guild!” The Curly browned Haired girl said smiling and bow to him and reach a piece of Paper and a Needle and Immediately said.

“May you please Drop your Blood anywhere on this paper? it is called ‘Adventurer Sign Paper’ as all of your ‘Status’ alone will projected here, each and every Adventurer can have one, then you can use this needle and stitch your index finger and drop here… can I also ask how old are you Mister?” she still smilingly ask.

“12” Guts said quietly

“eh?” and quietly whisper to his ear

“12 yrs old? you are Minor in Human perspective, but thats not a problem here! because anyone who wants to become an Adventurers are welcome, are you sure?” she seriously said

“uhhh, ye-yeah?” though im only 12 day old. he thought.

“oh okay, Done!” as she finished writing another set of paper after she asks Guts more about, what, when and where thing.

“Im also Done here” as Guts emerald Green blood already drop to an ‘Adventurer Sign Paper’, Mei Ru surprised but then she called another receptionist.

“Jiya, If you may” Mei Ru said and smiling to Jiya, a Deep black hair and pale skin Girl, another receptionist.

“yes yes~ Ill handle it for you” Jiya said, like this kind of thing is usual.

“come sir Guts Ill be briefing other Adventurers know-ho-to and know-what-to-do rules” Mei Ru said then she open a door at the side of the reception desk and Guts follow her.

“Sir Guts this is your ‘Adventurer Sign’, others called it Stat Card or Status Card, the Paper changed after some dropped of blood from ‘Index’ finger”

then Mei Ru reached it out to him, but not like the last time kind paper, this is more like a ‘laminated ID’ then he saw his Stat(Status).

“also your Skill is ‘{}’ which is Empty for now, but you can purchase a skill book, there are many kind of Bookshelves here at Kerashval, Ill accompany you to one of them later” she smiled

“and as you can see, Status is letter that encrypted there but it also can converted to Numbers, it didnt indicate by numbers for some reason, also the Status rankings are from F to SSS+, F is the Lowest and SSS+ is the Highest, also when you up to level-2, your Status as level-1 is fixed as it is, and it didnt even Upgrade at all, then you will be even more stronger when you level up to 2.” she reach a couple of Papers.

“uhm, Im sorry, for further question, about that, and anymore concern please asks our Guild Master, because your question is beyond your level” Mei Ru helplessly bow.

Status Range – [1-10(F), 11-20(E), 21-30(D), 31-40(C), 41-50(B), 51-60(A) 61-70(S), 71-80(SS), 81-90(SSS), 91-100(SSS+)]

Stat increase – After Every battle, stat can accumulate, stronger stat will accumulate if you can kill an overpowered enemy.

Note: you will still level up even if you have an (F) rank range though, but you are weak in a long run.

Leveling Up Condition: Random, Higher Leveled Monster Kills (or meet a certain requirement).

Leveling Up Location: There are called [Sand of Hourglass] in every main city

“Here” he give 1 Gold

“uh?” Mei Ru surprise.

“Please give me your Card” she Immediately mumured to the ‘Status Card’ after Guts gave it to her, it then illuminated.

“Done” she return the Status Card.

“So far, and for now I wont give you a Headache, After or During you level up, like I said last time, my superior will talk to you about it, okay?” Mei Ru said

“There are so many things that an Adventurer needs to learn, not only provided by an Adventurer Guilds, but also by Interacting to other Adventurers, so one needs to be friendly, like that, one can gather self information.. okay?” Mei Ru then said and form a peace sign. Then she briefed him other useful and even almost useless information, like Laws of ‘Adventurers Laws Law of Racism’, whats the highes level of an adventurer, and the like. She even insert her favorite dish in the middle though.

“by the way you can read all of that in a Hallway, but let me remind you dont show your Status to others okay? thats adventurers biggest secret, giving that is the same as giving them your own weakness” Mei Ru said while wiggling her index finger near at the very face of Guts

“Im done reading all of it, also your Mission and Vission, it says that…..”

Guts is saying but Mei Ru hastily cover his mouth

“wha-? theres no need, really! as long as you can read, thats enough!” she said Panickly, Guts confused

“and Congratulations on becoming an Adventurer!” she bowed, and thats the end of their conversation or so we thought.

“lets go to bookshelf then” she said happily

“um” Guts nod.
