God Of All Systems - Chapter 91
At a known location within the same region as the Sun Alchemy City, a sect was situated at a mountain foot; numerous natural factors contributed to the sect’s magnificent scenery. The mountain was the shape of a sword; from the sword-shaped mountain was a flowing-down stream that seemed to flow within the sect; down the sword-shaped mountain were numerous buildings and structures that seemed to be the sect residences. Many disciples roamed within the sect as they wore green robes with swords either on their backs or on the waist.
Like all sects hierarchy in cultivation multiverses, there are levels in which the sect members and locations are ranked; outer, inner, and core, with the core area being the location where the more prominent disciples, core elders, and the sect leader of the sect reside. It was a normal day of training and missions to accumulate sect points for the disciples, while some elders performed their daily task of carrying out orders and teachings.
At the large sect’s gates with magnificent sword designs, two men, one burly, tall, and equipped with a heavy long sword on his back; the other, slim, short, while equipped with two normal swords, stood patrol at the gate entrance with casual expressions. They both wore green uniforms with sword emblems hanging from their waists, representing their sect.
“Have you heard about the sect competition happening next month?”
“Yes, martial brother, I did; I think it will be an easy win like last year; those weak disciples from other sects won’t even stand a chance against our Spirit-huh?”
The two patrolling men casually chatted, but before the burly man could finish his sentence, he saw two individuals approaching from the distance; he frowned and squinted his eyes, trying to see who was coming from the distance; the other patrolling disciple noticed his partner express a questioning gaze as it also drew his attention. They both stared in the distance as they watched the two men approach the gate steadily. The burly man became alerted as he slowly placed his hand on the hilt of his long sword; he loudly spoke.
“You are within the territory of the Spirit-!”
But before the burly man could finish his bellowing sentence, his body became separated in halves. The slim man stood next to his sliced partner as he casually stared at the two approaching men; he was unreactive to the situation as he had a smirked face. It’s not that he doesn’t care; it’s that he hasn’t even realized that his comrade was already separated in half; his brain is still in the process of completing his arrogant smirk. Three seconds later, he realized his partner didn’t finish his sentence; he turned his head to his left and was introduced to the shocking reality, his comrade was dead, separated in halves.
“Huh!?…!” Body Separate!
Patrick and Raleigh steadily walked towards the large sect gates; hovering above the gate was a large sword; the large sword hovered horizontally with three golden words on it, ‘Spirit Sword Sect.’ This time, Patrick walked hands-free from his coat pocket with his ten rings of omnivastance equipped on his fingers; as usual, Raleigh walked behind his master with his normal posture. Patrick was walking towards the gates of the Spirit Sword Sect as he set eyes on the hovering sword with the ‘Spirit Sword Sect’ on it, understanding Patrick’s intentions by him staring at the hovering sword; Grace’s voice sounded.
[Passive Nature: Administrative Authority; With an intent/will/thought, everything/anything in conceptualized existence and beyond, known and unknown, existent or non-existent, will willingly obey you, Patrick Alexander King]
With Grace’s words, the space/void where the burly man stood or occupied; willingly separated in half as it separated the burly man with it; three seconds later, the space the other patrolling man occupied also separated as it divided the slim man with it. Seeing this scene didn’t change the expressions of Patrick or Raleigh; instead, the master and servant duo steadily continued their pace towards the gates of the Spirit Sword Sect.
Standing before the large closed gate, Raleigh walked past Patrick and stood closer to the gate as he held his right index finger, resting it on the shut gate. He then casually pushed as the large gates of the sect, combined with the walls, all fell inwards the sect, causing a loud boom.
At the same time, within the core area of the spirit sword sect, a man clad in luxurious green attire floated in a lotus position within a closed-room chamber; the man had shut eyes as he indulged in his cultivation, multiple swords of different colors revolved behind the man as they radiated with overwhelming essence. But as if perceiving something, the man slowly opened his eyes; he grinned as the next instant, he vanished from the closed-room chamber with a swish.
“Hey, what happened?!”
“What was that sound?!”
“Are we getting attacked?!”
“Nonsense! Who would dare attack our spirit sword sect? They would only be seeking death.”
Hearing the loud booming sound coming from the gate entrance, the sect disciples fell into commotion; some expressed their thoughts, while others became alerted. Not long after, multiple figures in long green robes flashed across the sky over the clustered disciples as they headed towards the sect’s gate.
“Look! The sect elders are going towards the scene; it looks like there is going to be a serious fight; let’s go!”
A disciple enthusiastically bellowed as soon after, hundreds of figures began flashing towards the sect’s entrance.
Raleigh stood by the destroyed sect’s entrance; the large fifty feet long gate and the wall it was attached to were now completely demolished. Raleigh then stood sideways as he gave way to his master. Patrick watched as Raleigh casually destroyed the sect gate with a slight push of his index finger; with Raleigh standing sideways, Patrick walked past him as he stepped inside the spirit sword sect. But the next instant, over twenty elders of the spirit sword sect flashed as they appeared in the air, hovering above Patrick and Raleigh. Seeing their destroyed sect’s entrance, the twenty-plus elders assumed dissatisfied expressions as one bellowed.
“Who dares attack the spirit sword sect!?”
But despite the elder’s disgruntled bellow, Patrick and Raleigh didn’t even spare the arrived group a glance. Patrick stared in the distance within the sect as he saw some disciples appearing from different locations and clustering around, but his attention wasn’t on the nearby disciples; it was more as if he was looking at someone far in the distance.
“Handle them.”
Patrick spoke while maintaining his gaze; he wasn’t at the scene anymore.*
“As the high primordial wishes.”
Raleigh placed his right hand on his left chest as he respectfully bowed at a forty-five-degree angle; although Patrick wasn’t there anymore, he still bowed and responded.
“What!? Where did he go!?”
The elder who previously bellowed exclaimed with widened eyes; the other hovering sect elders weren’t an exception either; some had doubtful and baffling faces as they stared at where the silver-haired Patrick was, trying to comprehend whether a person was standing next to this red-haired man or if it was their imaginations. But witnessing this shocking event, one of the twenty elders squinted his eyes scrutinizingly; he then sent a mind transmission message to the other hovering elders.
‘Elders, I think we must act rationally; as much as I want to kill anyone who dares cause trouble in our Spirit Sword Sect, I am forced to evaluate the level of threat first. If you all have noticed, there were two men before, and now there is one, but that’s beside the main issue-‘
‘Library Elder, what do you mean by the main issue?’
‘Haven’t you guys noticed that despite our widely spread reputation and power, these people still dared attack us, and openly in broad daylight at that? Again, that’s beside the main issue here; the main problem is that despite my high cultivation of someone at the Star Entity realm, I can’t sense this person’s cultivation at all, neither his blood Qi or spirit Qi. It’s as if he isn’t there at all.’
The other hovering elders listened to the library elder’s words as they tested the theory; seeing that the library elder was right, the other floating elders assumed serious countenances, they instantly lost their previous arrogant and disgruntled attitudes as some even gradually clenched their fists and gnawed their jaws, displaying their caution to the intensity of the situation. But without even collecting their thoughts, they heard the tall red-haired man speak.
“Finally, His Primordial Highness has permitted me, which means I can unleash my true nature while properly serving His Primordial Lordship; he is truly magnanimous.”
Raleigh spoke as he ran his two hands in his hair, steadily running his hands from the front to the back of his head, raising his head after, and staring into the sky. Plastered on his face was a bright smile, but his smile gradually changed from a happy smile to that of maniacal as he shifted his gaze to the floating elders. The current Raleigh was different from the previously cool and collected hands-behind-him obedient servant. His eyes, which had the infinity symbols stared at the hovering elders like preys. He opened his arms wide as he spoke with a psychopathic tone.
“Are you done with your little mind meeting?”
Hearing Raleigh’s words, the elders instantly assumed serious and cautious expressions as one bellowed.
“Attack!”
“Sky slaying sword,” “Jade impending sword formation,” “…sword technique,” “…”
The elders spoke multiple sword cultivation techniques as the sky above the sect entrance turned colorful the next moment. Over twenty sword techniques and formations were activated as they all aimed at one individual; some were large spiritual swords, some thousands of small size swords, and some sword formations from which swords constantly emerged. Although different styles, the common fact was that these were all sword cultivation techniques. Without hesitation, the elders immediately launched their numerous sword attacks at Raleigh.
Raleigh stood arms spread as he watched the incoming numerous sword attacks, but then.
[Ding! Passive Existence/Being: The Known]
[All sword techniques from present to the origin of this timeline and the previous timelines comprehended]
[Creating sword technique, …sword technique created]
[The thought, ‘Sword’; Since all beginnings start with a thought, you are now the absolute primordial ancestor of the concept ‘Sword’]
Raleigh’s ‘First Eternity System sounded as it displayed the data of the newly created sword technique, but Raleigh didn’t bother reading the info; instead, he remained standing, arms spread as he embraced the full destructive force of the sword attacks. The next moment.
BOOM! SWOOSH!
Booming sounds reverberated in the surroundings as they caused the earth to form countless cracks; the impact of the sword attacks landing on the ground made a crater that spread within a fifty-meter radius of the sect entrance. The disciples, spectating the fight far in the distance, expressed widened eyes and opened mouths as they became amazed by the destructive power their elders could unleash. But while the disciples in the distance showed exhilarated expressions, the elders who attacked had the opposite.
The elders had seen their multiple sword technique attacks land on the ground on the red-haired man, but instead of being happy that they might have killed this enemy, their faces became even darker with dread. They watched below as they saw the unsettled dust, which blocked their view; an elder swung his arm as it cleared the clouds of dust, but what awaited them was an unbelievable surprise. The red-haired man they attacked was nowhere to be seen, but suddenly, they heard the same familiar voice coming from above them.
“For elders of a reputable sect, that was one miserable first impression. How disappointing.”
Within the deepest parts of the core area of the Spirit Sword Sect, Patrick stood on a wide platform as he faced a certain man; this was the same man that was cultivating within the previously mentioned closed-room chamber. The man sat on a throne made of swords as multiple colored swords hovered around him while radiating with brilliant energies; the throne was on the same platform as Patrick.
Patrick stood far from the man while staring at him expressionlessly; he spoke.
“Hello, System user.”
The man exaggeratedly widened his eyes.
*(Note: Patrick’s speed is basically omnipresence, but he can choose to reduce it, the reason I don’t use ‘then, he wasn’t at the scene anymore’ is because the word ‘then’ implies the passage of time, even if its a zeptosecond, and Patrick is everywhere at once.. Don’t forget his passive nature, ‘Presence Shift,’ which he uses to choose which present version of himself he wants to be at. You’re welcome! 🙂
