God Of All Systems - Chapter 93
Patrick tightly gripped the face of the sect leader with his left hand as he spoke; while maintaining his lazy eyes and an unimpressed expression. Holding the man by the face, Patrick corner-eyed the ten-plus millions of skeleton heads as they constantly screeched at him, almost meaning for him to let their master go. The screeching noises of the skeleton heads reverberated the entire surroundings of the sect and beyond; one could see the outlined circle soundwaves ceaselessly coming from the group of skeleton heads as they spread in the distance. Some Spirit Sword Sect disciples who lived in the core area of the sect heard the bellowing screeches as the next moment, heads began exploding. These same events were happening all over the Spirit Sword Sect as thousands of disciples’ heads began exploding in synchrony.
Seeing the continuous bellowing screechings of the millions of skeleton heads, Patrick grinned in annoyance as the next moment; he physically flashed from his spot while leaving the man in the air; simultaneously, the ten-plus millions of skeleton screeching heads weren’t there anymore. Patrick was then standing at his previous spot while holding the sect leader by the face, just like before.
‘WHAT!? How– what happened!? I couldn’t even sense what had happened! My chaos spirits, mixed with my sword maniac qi, suddenly weren’t there anymore; it was as if he erased them from the sky! where they killed all at once!? Who is this man– system! help-‘
“You seem terrified! Don’t worry; we’re just getting started.”
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!…
Patrick watched the terrified face of the sect leader as he interrupted his analyzing thoughts; he spoke as he simultaneously threw the sect leader in the nearby sect residences, causing a loud resonate boom after. The sect leader continuously crashed into the sect buildings as the crashing force instantly demolished the buildings he crashed into, which caused the continuous booming sounds.
The sect leader, Jin Ban, felt his body getting crashed into hundreds of sect buildings as they were left demolished behind him; due to Patrick throwing him by the face, he crashed into the buildings by the back. As a Star Sovereign, which was a realm higher than the Star Entity realm, physical pain was the least of worries when in battle; so even though Jin Ban was sent crashing into thousands of stone and cement buildings, he wasn’t feeling the slightest of physical pain. Nevertheless, he was being used as the object to destroy the sect he had built, which he immediately realized.
‘I can’t control my body; at this rate, I will continue crashing until I reach the nearby city– system!’
<Passive Skill: Physical Enhancement>
The sect leader, Jin Ban’s body, had crashed into over five thousand buildings now, realizing an important fact, he immediately used his passive skill, physical enhancement; the next instant, the sect leader’s body became bulkier, increasing his body mass in the process. Due to his body weight increasing, the sect leader’s body heavily crashed into the ground, which later continued gliding into the earth as it left a huge body trail behind; not long after, Jin Ban’s body slowed as it finally stopped. Jin Ban lay in the compiled earth as he saw the large body trail he left behind; he raised his head and saw a figure standing over him; it was Patrick.
FLICK! BOOOOOM! RUMBLE!
Patrick had thrown the sect leader as he then walked and came to where the sect leader would stop; he stood and held his right middle finger in a flickering position as if waiting for someone; then a second after Jin Ban’s crashing body stopped, and raised his head, Patrick casually flicked his finger on Jin Ban’s forehead as it caused an even louder booming sound after. Jin Ban’s head dug straight into the ground as he continued slamming his head into the ground, digging even deeper into the earth. The location they were now at was ten miles from the core area of the sect, which was almost to nothing considering the vastness of the Spirit Sword Sect. An enormous crack appeared where Patrick stood, spreading within ten square miles of the Spirit Sword Sect (6,400 Acres).
Patrick watched as Jin Ban’s body kept crashing into the earth; he carefreely inspected his fingers.
“Grace, run a diagnosis of my strength– please.”
“Diagnosis complete, Master’s strength and power have multiplied infinitely than the previous you, Master.”
“Hmm– does this mean my passive nature of ‘holding back’ isn’t helpful anymore?”
“Yes, Master. Due to you surpassing yourself every zeptosecond, the shortest unit of time measured in existence, you have to learn to control your strength consistently; your passive nature of ‘Holding Back’ could only hold back the previous physical you. Now your strength is at the point only you, Master, can think of holding yourself back, not any skill or passive nature can.”
“Hmm– I reckon it was a burden trying to hold back my strength.”
“Not at all, Master, although I’m part of you, I only exist as a thought in you. You are a completely absolute and separate existence with or without me.”
“….- let’s never mention this topic again.”
“As Master wishes.”
Patrick chatted with Grace for a minute; he almost expressed a disheartening expression after hearing Grace’s last sentence; he ordered Grace as she replied respectfully, nodding to her reply after. The next moment.
RUMBLE! RUMBLE!…
Standing over the crater where he flicked the sect leader into, a loud rumbling sound reverberated in the surroundings as Patrick saw thick purple-ish energy leaking from the hole; the next moment, the earth began trembling as the nearby almost-demolished buildings began crumbling down completely.
A minute ago, while Patrick chatted with Grace.
After Patrick flicked his forehead, Jin Ban felt his body instantly dying for a moment before he regained consciousness. Blood spurted from his seven apertures as the flicker force heavily injected his body into the earth, with his head constantly banging and digging into the ground. After fifteen seconds, his body stopped as he remained lying in the now three-thousand-foot-deep crater.
“Pain! I am an eight-stage Star Sovereign, and he could make me feel pain– cough! Spurt!. System– use that ‘item.”
Jin Ban lay within the crumbles of the crater with torn clothes and bleeding apertures as he strugglingly uttered, coughing blood in the process; but then he spoke to the system, but instead of immediately following its master’s request, the system screen surfaced in Jin Ban’s view as it asked.
<Master, using that ‘item’ would bring you endless pain and would lead you to a painful death; do you still wish to use it?>
“Didn’t you… calculate that I would neither survive nor escape?… I wish to use it– cough, whether I use it or not, this fight will end with me dying anyway– cough.”
<Using god-level sacred treasure, ‘The Sword Devil’s Incarnate Seed>
<The Sword Devil’s Incarnate Seed: An object which fell from the god domain; holds 10% power of the Sword Devil God. It can temporarily elevate the host’s cultivation base to a one-star Saint and experience its full power when consumed. Because its an object from the god domain, anyone below the God realm who consumes it will suffer an inevitable and extremely painful death, as it contains power no one lesser than a god can control>
The next instant, a purple-ish diamond-shaped crystal appeared from thin air as it floated in front of Jin Ban; the diamond-shaped crystal radiated with godly essence as it blinked as if it was a heartbeat, with every blinking, the purple-ish essence within the crystal constantly shone brighter and brighter. The next instant, the diamond-shaped crystal forcefully attached itself to Jin Ban’s forehead as it caused the crater to burst with thick purple-ish godly energy, filling the whole crater and some even leaking from within.
Patrick stood by the crater entrance as he saw the godly purple-ish qi continuously leaking from within; the next unimaginable instant, a completely different individual, was hovering above Patrick.
The being that floated in the space above Patrick was completely different from the previously described Jin Ban; this individual had purple skin, was ten feet tall and had a slim body, and was half-naked with his upper body displaying his perfectly outlined muscles. He had long black hair mixed with purple stripes; the man’s eyes were completely dark with two shining red glows as pupils; he had a masculine face, yet handsome face. On the center of this being’s forehead was the diamond-shaped crystal, which constantly flickered with godly purple-ish essence. The devilishly handsome, ten-foot-tall purple man floated above Patrick with hands behind him as he assumed a godly persona. He opened his lips as his heavy, yet charming voice resonated in the surroundings.
“You are the one bothering my incarnate?… Destroy your cultivation and serve me for the rest of your life; then maybe, I might consider letting you live.”
RUMBLE!..CRACK!…
The man’s voice caused the space to crack instantly, the Qi in the surroundings instantly ceased its swirling, and the wind became nonexistent. The destroyed surroundings and buildings instantly returned to their previous normal states before they got demolished, the crater, where Jin Ban was, and the cracked earth, instantly mended as everything disappeared. It was as if nothing had happened. The man remained, hovering in the space as he stared at Patrick with disdainful eyes as if Patrick wasn’t worthy of being in his presence.
“I have a better offer, kill yourself and spare me the one-sided toying.”
RUMBLE!.. CRACK!… SHATTER!…
Patrick spoke as his voice instantly shattered the space-void, revealing the ravaging chaotic void after, his words sounding even more arrogant as he slowly rose to the same height as the purple-skinned man while staring at the man with his lazy eyes and bored expression. The space barrier around Patrick and the man were no more; both parties stood in the center of the ravaging chaotic void as they stared at each other. But despite Patrick’s arrogant words, the man remained calm and collected as he spoke.
“Although it’s just a puny Saint realm vessel, it should be enough to-
BOOM!.. POOSH!
The man didn’t even finish his sentence when a breeze sent him flying into the stratosphere, his body instantly shattering into multiple pieces after, but almost instantly, the pieces merged back together, assembling the same man. The man stopped in the stratosphere as he observed his body, but then, crack! A crack sound resonated; the man touched his forehead only to realize that half of the diamond-shaped purple crystal had been cracked. With this realization, the previously calm and collected man, with a god-like persona, assumed a dark and emotionless expression as he angrily uttered.
“You… a trash existence from some trash race… dare lay a hand on this god!? I shall make you experience death a trillion times; I shall lock you in the infernal chaos realm, to suffer for all eternity– Sword Dao– Never ending infernal sword rain!”
The man spoke with an annoyed expression as he then opened his arms wide; a golden character appeared from thin air as it floated before the man, the golden character was the word ‘Sword,’ the next instant, the floating ‘sword’ character entered the man’s forehead as his red glowing pupils glowed even brighter. The man then snapped his right fingers as the next instant, the skies above the entire outer region of the central continent were shaded with swords; there were now uncountable swords hovering in the space over the outer region, the next second, the man thrust his finger downward as the countless number of different-shaped swords launched for their target.
Patrick had slightly breathed from his nostrils as his breath reflected from the ground, sending the man into the stratosphere after. He then heard the man angrily express his dissatisfaction as the man’s next action caused him, and everything else in the outer region, to be covered in the shade. Patrick stood as the countless swords began raining at him. The swords began landing on the ground as they caused booming sounds to reverberate in the surroundings; the swords were so fast that one couldn’t even see they were swords; it was like it was raining.
The man hovered in the stratosphere as he watched his countless swords launch at Patrick; he then bellowed.
“How dare you challenge me? Do you know who I am!?”
But then Patrick appeared in front of the man, holding his finger in the flickering position, he replied.
“A grain of sand in the desert.”
