God Reborn - Chapter 1 Rebirth

“Hold him down, do not allow him to move” a female voice spoke above me. “This will only hurt for a little, I think” the voice continued as she stabbed a needle into my arm and into a vein. Instantly I begin having a seizure and I could feel my body shutting down, I take my last deep breath before I close my eyes in defeat as I know I will die as all the previous test subjects had. “Dammit” the female angrily screams hitting a male besides her, “I thought injecting a child with the serum would work!” “Shut down this experiment we already wasted far over the original amount invested into it and still did not receive any good results, and throw this damn kid in with the others” the woman says as she begins walking away while taking her phone out and calling someone.

“You heard her” the man who was previously hit by the woman during her moment said with a sigh, “Shut everything down, after everyone is evacuated bring down the building with C4, leave no evidence of anything ever happening here” the man coldly says as he looks at the child body infront of him, “get his body out of here” the man says and begins walking the same way the woman walked away untill he reaches the end of the corridor and turn the cornor disappearing from the scientists who were previously hold the child down eyes.

“Come on then” one of them says and they all get to work cleaning up and taking everything important while one of them carries the dead child outside of the large building which is located on a cliff which faces a large body of water. The man looks at the child one last time before tossing him over the side and watching his body hit the water and slowly sink until it is out of his sight. With a dejected sigh at the failed experiment the man walks back into the large building and as soon as he does, a large explosion goes of inside causeing parts of the building to collapse and other parts to burn that managed to remain standing to slowly burn from the expulsion.

“No evidence left behind” the previous male who was hit by the female stands next to her again away from the building and explosion that had went off and speaks those words.

“Indeed” a lose end often ruins everything the female thinks to herself as she replies to the man. As they are looking at the burning building a limo drives up from behind them and the driver steps out opening the door to which the male and female both enter after which the driver shuts the door behind them and hurries to the driver seat getting in before the car drives quietly away from a would be peaceful morning view if not for the burning building blocking part of the sunrise.

A couple minutes after the couple drove away down by the beach a body floats up of a young child who was previously injected with the serum. The child looks dead but surprisingly if one looks closely they could see the childs eyes are wide open and are filled with rage.

The child who has only survived thus far through his will to get revenge digs his fingers deep into the sand and pulls himself out of the child water and onto the warm sand. The child through his last strength manages to flip himself onto his back and stares at the blue sky which is peaceful as if does not see the events happening bellow it and prays to anyone who would listen to fulfil his old promise to his father in his stead so he can rest in peace knowing his father’s dream of 1 day restoring the company he owned to be best and the richest as it was before. After this one last final wish the child slowly gave in to death and his body went limp.

Just as the childs body went limp a mysterious black flame appears above his head and enters into his body causing the many injuries and cuts from the large fall into the water to heal at a rapid pace.

The child open his eyes but they are now not filled with rage but ancient wisdom that even scholars would not dare look at for they would feel how incompetent they truly are.

“I swear by my honor, I will accomplish your last wish, I thank you for providing me with a new body to live and to grow my strength, from this day on I, Lae Haru will take on your name and live on as Luke Crates to fulfill your wish and restore your father’s company.
