A week has passed after Shi Li announced his position of the Heavenly Fist Sect’s sect leader. Many would’ve expected some sort of great transformation, either positive or negative. But instead, nothing has changed.

The life within the sect was as usual as if nothing was changed in the first place. Some were reading cultivation techniques, while others were sparring with one another. But behind this facade, all of them knew that something big was gonna happen to the sect.

Shi Li sneezed as he rubbed his nose. ‘Is someone talking about me?’

Putting that in the back of his head, he looked down at the papers laid down in front of his desk. It ranged from urgent papers that concerned with the standing of the school, to minor papers that had a topic like the repair of the training grounds.

Even though he was a reincarnated being that held a lot of experience, Shi Li still couldn’t wrap his head around the things he was looking at.

Admitting defeat, he sighed and told Elder Li to come take the papers and deal with them.

‘Even after all the experience I’ve been through, I’m still muscle-brained like my previous self,’ Shi Li couldn’t help but let out a self-deprecating laugh.

He recalled through his memories, from the start where he wanted to grow stronger since he wanted to protect everyone those dear to him, to the time the old man gave him that technique that would change his standing in life.

He even remembered being ambushed by two assassins from the Yan clan, to which he killed them with no effort. He participated in the disciple recruitment event, became an inner disciple of the Heavenly Fist Sect, and gained his first rival, Tian Jiaoren.

With the technique, he was called by the elders as they were skeptical of his combat prowess, which gave him the chance to inherit the Heavenly Fist Sect’s inheritance, giving him the position of sect leader, which he deemed as honorary for a while.

He cultivated his way to gain the strength of a Dao Path realm, killing off the branch of the Yan clan in his hometown and even killing of the patriarch of the Hui clan.

He gained a new comrade, Cai Luiyin, who was currently in another place, trying to charge through the False Dao realm. He fell into a coma as his mana clone, Illis was born in the world of Erudys.

Both of them had amnesia and sought ways of recovering their memories, and they did. Illis even has an herb in his brain! ‘Is this related to me having a key in my brain?’ Shi Li chuckled.

Then a few months later, Illis and him meet, as well as Terry, the mana clone of Jie Xiuzhen, his true master which gave him the mission of making the Heavenly Fist Sect a Grand level sect.

And now, here he was, the sect leader of the Heavenly Fist Sect. He didn’t even know how to make the sect grow to a Grand level sect.

‘I don’t even know my mother’s name,’ Shi Li sighed at the thought.

There were too many things that he didn’t know. He didn’t even have answers to it, but he knew, with enough strength, he’ll be able to find it all out.

All of a sudden, his head started aching as a loud voice resounded throughout his brain.

“Master, enter the pocket world, quick! Something special is happening!”

This voice came from Xiao Hei, the relic spirit that governed the pocket world Shi Li held. Without hesitation, Shi Li entered the pocket world. As he looked around, Illis stood up and came towards him.

“Father! Just a while ago, the pocket world started rumbling!”

Shi Li looked at Illis and asked, “Do you know the reason as to why?”

Illis sighed dejectedly as he shook his head. “Sadly Father, I do not know. I was immersed in the sensation of reaching Level 13. Maybe Xiao Hei could know why?”

Shi Li called for Xiao Hei and Xiao Hei appeared in front of him in his bird form. “Xiao Hei, could you tell me what’s going on? Why did you summon me here?”

Xiao Hei explained, “The reason as to why I summoned you, Master, is that”

“The pocket world is expanding!”

“What?!” Shi Li was surprised. Illis’s eyes widened as well. “Why did that happen then?”

“The pocket world is expanding because of you, Master!” Xiao Hei replied with excitement.

Shi Li pointed at himself. “Me? What did I do?”

“You may not know this but, Master, to truly have control over the relic, you must not only have to bind it with a drop of blood, but also”

“Assume the position of the Heavenly Fist Sect’s sect leader!”

All of a sudden, cracks started to form throughout the hall, with glimmering golden light beneath those cracks. The cracks grew larger and larger as it covered the whole space until

Bang!

The hall that had an area of 4 square kilometers was no more. What replaced it was an area the size of 25 square kilometers, over quadruple the previous area of the hall.

Shi Li saw that the remnants of the hall didn’t dissipate, but rather turned into golden energy that travelled to the four cardinal directions.

In each of these four cardinal directions, a tower started to rise up as its height reached over a hundred meters tall. The floor they were standing on was replaced with earth as plants and shrubs bloomed out of nowhere.

Trees also started to pop out randomly, with their leaves different shades as a pathway made out of finely carved stone formed under their feet and extended towards the four towers at a high speed.

But that wasn’t all.

A house was being erected in a few moments right in front of the three, which was made out of intricately carved marble and exuded a grandiose aura. It had three floors with multiple rooms in all of them.

The dark ceiling that used to cover the hall was also gone, being replaced with the skies, clouds, and the sun.

If one were to tell someone that this place was previously a shabby hall, they would slap the one that told them that it was impossible. But here it was.

Shi Li froze in place due to shock, but recovered just a few minutes after. He looked at Xiao Hei, only to be shocked yet again.

Xiao Hei was not in his bird form anymore, but rather, in a form that was human. His irises were black, so was his hair. The robe he was wearing was pitch black as well. If not for that, then he would be called the cutest child that ever existed.

Shaking his head, Shi Li asked Xiao Hei, “Is the expansion done?”

Xiao Hei looked at Shi Li with a smile. “Yes, Master. But it’s not over yet.” He then pointed towards the four towers. “Take a look at the top of the towers, Master.”

Shi Li looked at the top of the towers and was shocked to see a sphere of golden energy forming on each and every one of them.

Before he could shout, the four spheres headed towards Shi Li’s body at the speed of light, assimilating into his qi base.

Shi Li was shocked that the golden energy entered his qi base, but he knew that this was a special opportunity, so he sat cross-legged on the ground and circulated the golden energy all over his body.

Bang!

His qi base grew larger and his qi grew purer as he reached Qi Creation Stage 6.

Bang!

His qi base expanded yet again as he reached Qi Creation Stage 7. His meridian pathways were twice as wide than before, allowing him to circulate even faster.

Bang!

His qi base grew yet another time as his qi compressed into a silver mass in the center. His meridian pathways expanded to five times as wide than previously, making the circulation of qi even faster than before. He reached Qi Creation Stage 8, but he didn’t stop there.

Bang!

With the loudest explosion that occurred throughout Shi Li’s body, his qi base rapidly expanded to an unimaginable size as his qi turned golden, just like the golden energy that entered his body. The meridian pathways in his body expanded to ten times as wide than before, making his control over his qi as fine as possible.

He opened his eyes as a two beams of golden light headed off to nowhere, travelling at the speed of light. He stood up and examined his qi base. To his delight, it was now at the size of the smallest pocket world!

‘Thanks to the golden energy, not only have I reached a qi base the size of the smallest pocket world, I’ve also reached Qi Creation Stage 9!’

He clenched his fists and punched towards the sky, sonic booms rippling through the air. With his strength at 10000 ren, he could even fight against a Dizui realm cultivator without utilizing his force multiplier!

He looked at Illis and saw that some of the golden energy also went through his body, allowing him to easily reach Level 15, the Gold Body stage!

Illis now naturally exuded an aura that shone brightly, like a star in the sky. He looked at Shi Li and said excitedly, “Thanks to you, Father, I’ve saved time on reaching the Platinum Body stage!”

Shi Li smiled as he said, “Continue on cultivating, I’ll just check the inside of this house.” He pointed towards the house in front of them.

“Xiao Hei, come with me,” Shi Li commanded, to which Xiao Hei followed.

As they entered the house, a sign stood in front of them. This wasn’t those wooden signs you could see throughout the cultivation world, but rather, a holographic sign that was similar to the interface Illis uses.

And on the sign, it said.

‘Welcome to the Heavenly Fist Paradise.’
