Great Tyrannical Deity - Chapter 42
Hui clan.
A man hurriedly ran towards the patriarch as he had something urgent to relay. “Patriarch! Patriarch!” he madly shouted.
Even though the patriarch was doing some paperwork, he wasn’t some dense-headed person that doesn’t know what was going around his surroundings. He opened the door within his qi and let the man in.
“What’s wrong?” the patriarch asked.
The man stopped in his tracks and panted for a while. He recently got the message from another person so he ran here as fast as he could.
Taking a deep breath in, he replied, “Patriarch, there’s a male and female pair wreaking havoc within the Hui clan. Out of the 50,493 members within the clan, 5,362 members have already died thanks to them!”
The patriarch was flabbergasted. “What? That much already? Who are those two?”
The man respectfully replied, “The man is named Shi Li and the female is named Cai Luiyin. Cai Luiyin is the sole survivor of the recently destroyed Cai clan while Shi Li is unknown.”
The patriarch thought for a while and his face slowly turned grim.
“It’s probably that Huming brat that brought them here,” he sighed. He looked outside his room and saw the clan members being killed one by one. Suddenly, pure anger overtook his rationality. “Argh! Why doesn’t he use his real head when thinking? Why is it always the other head?!”
He calmed down and then said to the man, “If those two continue killing the members of our clan, who knows what’ll happen to us. Relay this to the other members except Hui Fuming and his family: Whatever you do, do not engage with those two.”
The man nodded and ran towards the announcement room, relaying the message to everyone…except some.
…
Gradually, the number of people that attacked Shi Li and Cai Luiyin reduced bit by bit. Cai Luiyin was confused from the sight. She then asked Shi Li, “Why are they retreating? Aren’t they supposed to retaliate against our attacks?”
Shi Li thought about the problem for a while and got to a conclusion. He replied, “The patriarch must’ve relayed to everyone that they should not attack us. That was a smart move by him. I guess we have to change to another plan.”
Cai Luiyin curiously asked, “What other plan?”
Shi Li replied, “We kill Hui Fuming and his family while we comply with whatever the Hui patriarch throws at us.”
Cai Luiyin frowned, “What if the patriarch offers a bad deal.”
Shi Li monotonously replied, “He won’t.”
…
Hui Fuming started to dash towards Shi Li and Cai Luiyin. Looking at the sides, there were no other people to be seen.
“Are they fighting both of them right now? Hehehe. I’ll be able to deal the final blow!” he maniacally laughed.
Minutes later, he was still running but suddenly, he was forced to lay down to the ground.
He couldn’t move a finger at all while his body was covered in white dust. A thought that someone was there flashed in his mind. “Who goes there?” he shouted.
In a few seconds, two silhouettes showed themselves in front of Fuming. One was a skinny yet handsome young man while the other one was a cold yet beautiful young woman. These two silhouettes were Shi Li and Cai Luiyin.
Shi Li was emanating an aura that stopped Hui Fuming from moving. Cai Luiyin stepped forwards Hui Fuming and grimly smiled. “How does it feel?”
Hui Fuming, still on the ground, started to madly curse at her. “B*tch, if I don’t make you mine today, I’ll torture you and make you beg for mercy. Argh! I want to dominate you so damn hard!”
Shi Li sighed. “People like this guy right here are really out of control.” He looked at Cai Luiyin and asked, “Do you want me to kill him or should I let you have the honors?”
Cai Luiyin unsheathed her sword that she recently bought. It was a blue sword emanating a chilling aura. “Let me do it,” she replied.
She slowly raised her sword as she continuously imbued her qi within it, making the sword give off a feeling of an extremely tall mountain standing in front of Hui Fuming.
Hui Fuming’s pupils shrinked. He finally snapped back to reality, as he knew…that he was going to die today.
“No! Don’t kill me! Don’t kill me, I beg for your mercy! I’ll give you everything I have! Please spare me!” he pleaded as tears started to fall from his eyes.
“Too late.” Cai Luiyin replied, “You had the chance when you didn’t meet me and my sister.”
The sword crashed towards Fuming’s neck, cleaving it into two. Blood splattered everywhere, hitting Cai Luiyin’s face. The tears that Hui Fuming shed was frozen on his face, contrasting the crimson red puddle that surrounded his body.
Shi Li slowly retracted his aura from the place where Hui Fuming was and left.
Cai Luiyin looked up at the sky and became teary-eyed.
“I’ve finally avenged you, my sister.”
