Great Tyrannical Deity - Chapter 64
Illis opened his eyes after what seemed to be a long time. The first expression he had on his face rather than relief was that of shock.
“Where am I?”
Illis sat up straight and looked at his surroundings. He was currently inside a purple tent, covered with futuristic gadgets and machinery around him.
He slowly stood up and checked through the stuff one by one.

Illis scratched his head in confusion. “What’s with these genetic medicine stuff? Heart rate? Functionality?”
Looking closer, he saw something that made him jump up.
“I’m level 6?! That can’t be! System, stats!”

After confirming it with the system ,Illis laughed like he had never before.
“Haha! Maxwell…we’ll see who’s stronger at the tournament!”
All of a sudden, Illis felt light-headed, forcing him to hurriedly grasp on some sort of support.
“I think I’m gonna vomit…”
His senses were in disarray. He truly wanted to vomit.
Coincidentally, Terry came in with some items on his hands.
“Illis? Are you awa-”
His question was cut short as he saw Illis in a preidcament. He put all of the stuff he was holding onto a nearby table and went to Illis’s side.
“Are you okay?!” He grasped tightly on Illis’s body, making sure that Illis doesn’t fall.
Bit by bit, he moved Illis towards the bed Illis was previously resting on. He then attached wires on some parts of his body and did something on the machine that was hooked up onto the wires.
—
Recovery medicine application process starting.
Progress – 1%…2%
—
He typed commands on the module where the wires were connected, making sure that the medicine was being sent to Illis’s body as gentle as possible.
His typing seemed like a graceful dance of the hands, as if it was nature’s work. He looked at the current components of the medicine and saw that it was missing one ingredient.
He extended his aura towards the items he put previously on a table and grabbed one of them. He then brought it closer to the module, and retyped the commands to suit the new formula of medicine.
Illis looked at Terry with curiosity. He didn’t even know how he got here.
“Master…how did I get here?” Illis asked.
Terry looked at Illis and replied, “I was the one who brought you here.”
“B-but what about the training? The wolves?”
“That?” Terry tried to recall certain information. “Well, training would be delayed until you get better. And about the wolves…”
“They’re all dead.”
Illis’s eyes widened. He took a deep breath and asked, “Then who killed them?”
Terry looked at the module and continued to type commands. He then manifested a hand with his aura and pointed the forefinger towards Illis.
“It’s you.”
Illis’s body moved backwards a bit due to the shock. He couldn’t believe it at all. He pointed towards himself and replied.
“Me?”
Terry stopped typing commands and grabbed a nearby chair to sit on. He looked at Illis with seriousness and nodded. “I’m sure it’s you. You’re the only one in the forest. Who could it be other than you?
“You know how strong I am right? I can’t possibly kill a wolf at that level!”
Terry chuckled lightly. “Oh, but you did.”
He stood up and grabbed a metal ball with intricate carvings all over. “This is a Sight Recorder. It allows you to replay videos you’ve recorded at any given time.”
He smiled. “Your fight was the video recorded here.”
“Watch closely and tell me what you see.”
Terry manipulated his aura to suspend the ball in mid-air and started to play the video.
Illis look at the video with seriousness, only to end up shocked in the process.
A man was slaughtering the wolves in one hit, crushing their skulls. Blood and brain matter scattered everywhere, making the surroundings look like a living hell.
The man had an indifferent face, he did not care if he killed one or killed a lot. The only thing in its mind was to survive.
After it killed all of the normal wolves, it headed towards the silver wolf to finish it. But it ended up making the silver wolf flee.
Did the man care if it fled? No, it didn’t.
The man bent his knees to a right angle and aimed his right fist towards the wolf, blasting a white and crimson beam.
The beam then hit the wolf, making the wolf’s body wither as it howled and grimaced in pain,
In the end, all that was left was a black carcass, the only thing remaining out of that silver wolf.
The video finished and Terry put the ball on a nearby table. Illis was left in a daze with his jaw hanging.
Terry came closer to Illis and waved his hand left to right in front of Illis’s face.
“Erudys to Illis, are you there? Hello?”
Numerous amounts of waving later, Illis was jolted back to reality, absorbing the information within the video.
All of a sudden, Illis said, “The man…that killed all of them…was me?”
Terry nodded. “As I said earlier, yes that was you.”
“But that can’t be true!” Illis exclaimed. “You saw it right? The man had a lot of muscles! He’s also taller than me!”
Terry suddenly had a spark of enlightenment and laughed. “So that’s what your problem was! Come closer, I’ll tell you why that man was you.”
Illis followed as what Terry said and asked, “So? What’s the reason?”
After a few moments of silence, Terry replied with four words.
“You. Have. A. Bloodline.”
Illis sat straight after hearing that. He was confused. “What’s a bloodline?”
‘Man, having amnesia sucks so much,’ he thought.
Terry thought up of words that would help him explain it to Illis as easy as possible. Minutes later, he replied.
“A bloodline is a unique characteristic only available to you and to people with the same bloodline as you. The effects could be impenetrable defense, intrepid strength, teleportation…you name it, a bloodline with that effect exists.”
Illis understood, but he had another question. “Then what bloodline I have?” He wanted to find out.
Terry replied with an air of confidence, “A Grand Bloodline, the Ten Body Berserker bloodline!”
“Woah!” Illis’s eyes glistened…which instantly lost its light. “What effects does it have?”
“Uh…” Terry scratched his head. “It increases your stats by ninefold, hence the name Ten Body.”
“Hm…I think I get it now,” Illis thought about it for a while and nodded a few times.
“Now that’s resolved, let’s recover your memory!” Terry looked at Illis, just to see Illis with his jaw hanging. Illis’s eyes glistened brightly, he was waiting for it to happen for so long already.
But then he realized.
“Are you trying to prank me, Master? Is it something along the lines of killing a Gold beast before regaining my memory?” Illis asked in a cold tone.
Terry coughed. ‘This kid…would it get worse if I recover his memory?’
“Hehe,” Terry smirked. “I may be the cruelest bodybuilder in the world of Erudys, but by no means am I the meanest person there is.”
He continued, “Anyways, you almost died there so I should compensate you accordingly. Are you ready?”
Illis nodded repeatedly in excitement. “Yes!”
Terry nodded in response and opened up a spatial rift. “Oh yeah, after the next training session, I’ll give you a spatial rift. Just make sure to remind me.”
He grabbed an herb from the rift and closed it after. Illis looked at the herb and saw that there was nothing special. Looking more closely, he was astounded.
The herb emanated a faint green aura, seemingly warm and gentle to touch. Its leaves were jade green in color, its texture soft.
“What’s that?” Illis couldn’t help but ask.
“It’s the ticket to your memory being recovered,” Terry answered. “It’s called the Primordial Soul Rousing Herb.”
He continued, “It also goes by the name of Old Spice for some reason, the discoverer must be some kind of lunatic.”
Bringing the herb closer to Illis’s body, Illis felt that his soul was trying to reach out to the herb, as if the herb was meant to be for the soul.
Terry saw this and smiled.
“Well then, let’s start the memory recovery process!”
