Great Tyrannical Deity - Chapter 85
“Illis, go die!”
Illis’s eyes shrunk as he saw life flash right in front of his eyes. All of the events that Illis was in, may it be small or big, flashed in this instant.
‘I can’t die here! Not until I truly know who I am!’ he mustered all of his courage and condensed all of his strength towards his right fist.
“Hah!”
Illis shot out a fist that wasn’t like the ones he shot before. It was more firm, more condensed, and more powerful.
Yet sadly, it was blocked by a light blue barrier. Illis was confused until he looked at the person who conjured the barrier.
“Master! What are you doing here?” Illis looked at Terry with shock.
Terry replied with a frown, “What do you think I’m doing here?” He pointed towards the two blades in front of him. “Protecting you of course!”
Illis was jolted back from his half-dazed state and hastened his process of reverting back to his original form. Without hesitation, he ran as far away as he could from the two.
Terry looked at the running Illis with a smile. “Why do I have a soft side for my disciples? Haha! I’m just an Anima after all.”
He then looked towards Tian Auria who had a lot of killing intent in his eyes.
“Who are you? And why do you block me from killing my target? Get out of the way!” Tian Auria snarled.
Terry smirked. “Well first off”
“He’s my disciple.”
Terry retracted the barrier blocking Tian Auria’s attacks and condensed all of his strength into a point in his fist. He then striked at Tian Auria’s chest dead center, flinging Tian Auria far away.
Crash!
The audience in the arena hurriedly made way for Tian Auria to land on as they didn’t want to get caught up in the process.
Seconds later, Tian Auria stood up like nothing happened and charged towards Terry.
Terry had a serious expression on his face as he looked at Tian Auria. Raising two fingers up, he said, “Second, I’m a master that really dotes on my disciples. I won’t let them die that easily.”
He clenched his fist as he shot out a punch yet again towards the charging Tian Auria, flinging Tian Auria off from the stage.
Tian Auria gritted his teeth as he stood up once more to charge at Terry.
Terry looked at the pitiful state of Tian Auria and sighed. “Kids these days don’t know when to stop.”
He grinned. “Well neither do I.”
Once again, he shot out a punch towards Tian Auria, who was now used to flying for a small distance.
Tian Auria, who was going to stand once more, was shocked that Terry went closer towards him and stood in front of him.
Terry exhaled as he said, “You know what? I’m getting tired of this.”
He continued, “But you aren’t…since you’re from that clan.”
Terry condensed all of his strength into that single fist. He then channeled all of his aura to cover his fist as well. Gradually, the aura swirled around the fist, slightly glowing white on the center.
He then shot it towards Tian Auria without hesitation.
“[Azure Star Fist]!”
Rather than crashing into a part of the arena, Tian Auria crashed through the walls and continued to fly for a little bit more until he fell tens of kilometers away from the arena.
Gritting his teeth, Tian Auria endured the pain he felt and stood up. He then opened his spatial rift and grabbed a black crystal that was crescent-shaped.
Infusing special energy within it, he said, “Matriarch, I have failed to kill the target.”
“I repeat. I have failed to kill the target.”
In another part of Erudys.
“Matriarch, I have failed to kill the target.”
The person who was holding another black crescent crystal was shocked to hear this statement. This person was the matriarch of Tian Auria’s clan.
The matriarch softly muttered, “That can’t be”
“We’ve planned so far for this”
Standing up, she walked towards a man and sighed. “Cousin, I have failed you. The guy named Illis wasn’t killed.”
The man felt deep sorrow. He looked at the sky as tears slowly fell from his eyes.
“In my world, I couldn’t avenge my son.”
“But in this one, I failed as well?”
The man kneeled to the ground and screamed at the top of his lungs.
“WHY ARE THE HEAVENS UNFAIR!”
