Hacker System - Chapter 21 Sneaky Shifu
He wrote that he would be able to complete the task. Ting knew that when he gave this reply, he needed to be committed to this assignment.
He wouldn’t be able to back out of it, well he could, but after saying that is able to complete the assignment he would most likely would a bit of reputation. Maybe dropping his hacker ranking.
Everything was about reputation, the world ran on reputation. If you didn’t have a good reputation, how are others able to trust you?
If you had a boyfriend or a girlfriend unless they love you unconditionally, you needed to keep up the good reputation.
Say, if you were caught cheating by your significant other, their rating of you would be at rock bottom. Same with reputation, if you were caught stealing and got a criminal record, it would be a lot more difficult to get a job.
If you had murdered before and got pardoned and wanted to become a teacher. Chances are you will never get the job.
Ting needed to commit to this once he sends his reply. After making sure he wrote what he wanted to say in his reply. He pressed the send button.
In his reply, he wrote that he was able to do it but the reward money was not enough, he asked for 3x the amount, which totaled 6000USD. This was a lot of money compared to the money he earned from his mobile game.
However, the reason why might be because there wasn’t a lot of people downloading his game. There may be a large number of downloads for his game compared to small games, but compared to the giants of the mobile game industry it was like a drop in an ocean.
Ting pressed the send button after he thought about it carefully. Now, there was no going back!
After sending his reply, He called up the system interface and looked for his System Credit balance. Ting’s System Credits totaled 3200.
Ting didn’t know how much it costs for taking one of these courses for stealth. He didn’t know if there were any courses for stealth, but, Ting knew that the learning dimension offered many courses.
Otherwise, why would he need to search for courses when he opens the interface. If there were not many courses to choose from then he didn’t need to search for them. All he needed to do was open the interface and find it in a few seconds if there weren’t many courses.
He needed to check if there were some stealth courses in the learning dimension. Therefore, he quickly asked inside his head for his assistant to send him to the learning dimension.
“Sending you there now.” Ling Zhou’s voice sounded.
Hearing Ling Zhou’s voice, his vision started to slowly turn dark. After an unknown amount of time, well only a few seconds had passed but for Ting, it was like sleeping.
It’s something like having no dreams when you sleep and it suddenly is bright outside. This was the same situation when his conscience fades.
Finding himself in the learning dimension, Ling Zhou’s voice sounded in his head.
“You have been successfully transported to the Learning Dimension Realm.”
“Well obviously, I can see that myself.” Ting nearly wanted to facepalm.
Ignoring that, he walked toward the table with the interface with all the courses on it. Ting pressed the search bar and searched for stealth courses.
When he entered stealth into the search bar, he found out that there were tons of stealth courses; there were stealth courses that focus on many different types of stealth that stealth could be applied to.
Looking at the list of stealth courses, he found that it was unlike when he learned programming languages, where he could enroll into an All Programming Languages course where he would be able to learn every single programming language.
Even though he learned only the Intermediate course for it, he now has the knowledge for every single programming language that existed. This was very useful, however, Ting couldn’t find a course like that for stealth.
Thinking about it, he cursed. It was like his system wanted to get as much System Credits out of him as possible.
Ting could only helplessly sigh and look for one that would help him with the task on hand.
Ting refined his search word for stealth to robbery stealth. After searching for a few minutes, he finally found one that suited his situation.
He opened the course and more information about the course was displayed on the interface
***
Course: In-and-out Stealth [Beginner]
Description: This is the go-to course for a break and enter. By the end of this course, you will have the skills to sneak around and lower the chances of getting caught.

Ting sighed, if he wanted to get this course to advanced he would require a ton of System Credits. He pressed on the enroll button and it asked Ting to confirm his decision. Ting pressed confirm and a voice sounded out.
“You have successfully enrolled into the In-and-out Stealth Beginner course.” A voice could be heard around him inside the room.
Ting’s surroundings changed all around him. The colors of his surroundings slowly losing its colors.
When his surroundings started to regain color, Ting found himself in a completely new place. When he looked around, he found out that he was in a classroom. This was to be expected because almost everytime he enrolls into a course he will be taught about the topic the course is about.
Then, after he gets taught and given knowledge, he will need to use that knowledge and apply it into the situation the course puts him in, gaining experience and improving upon it is the best course of action.
While Ting was thinking of all that, a man appeared out of nowhere. It was quite frightening, he was in one of those big halls where one would sit for a lecture at a university. This was to be expected from someone who is supposed to teach him about stealth.
They need to be at the pinnacle to teach him. This was thanks to his system because his system provides him with the ability to enter the Learning Dimension. The people who teach the courses are the best of the best. Otherwise, why would the courses enrollment fee be so high?
Ting does not know how and where the Learning System gets the teachers from. Maybe they are all created from the system, or brought throughout time and space, or came from a different dimension. Ting doesn’t know, maybe when he lies on his deathbed looking at his children ― if he had any ― and when he takes his last breath in the world, then maybe at that moment he will get the answers to what he had been thinking about.
“Don’t space out” The man voiced out. “If you space out while you’re in enemy waters it could mean life or death, or getting arrested.”
Ting came back to reality, he came here to learn stealth abilities, not ponder on pointless thoughts. He would think about them only when it was time to.
