Fun Fact: The name of May comes from the phrase of “Main” Heroine (May-in) because she is the main heroine of this story

“TIME”
TIME is an extremely powerful being that maintains the flow of time in the whole universe. He takes an appearance of 25 – year old man with short messy gold hair wearing a with a lab coat. He also wears a pair of slightly broken glasses over his tired eyes. He is one of the 10 guardians protecting the universe. His official title is “Guardian VIII, the guardian of time. He’s also ranked 8th strongest guardian among the 10
TIME wields 2 flint-lock pistols that he calls “Minute Hand and Hour Hand”. The Minute Hand can rewind time while Hour Hand speeds up time. These 2 pistols can fire enormous amounts of energy that could distort time and space on impact. TIME is a unique guardian because he is the only guardian who can visit other TIMELINES. He can also call other versions of himself (TIME’s) from other timelines to this timeline in order to help ‘himself’. His most devastating move is the “TIME LOOP”
As the name tells, TIME can trap anyone (including guardians) in this “TIME LOOP” forever in stuck in this endless loop of events
His personality is grumpy and acts like a single father caring 9 kids at the same time. To all of the guardians, TIME is (looks) the oldest to them. He is always tired and mostly just monitors in the “Grand Clock” instead of meeting other guardians directly. But he really cares about the other guardians’ safety and acts as the “guardian of guardians”
Currently, he is getting annoyed by LOVE and FATE’s constant meddling in the timeline and he’s trying to fix the mess they made

Meanwhile in the Grand Clock…
Somewhere in this white void full of floating clocks, TIME is seen typing strange symbols furiously in front of the infinite screens surrounding him, broadcasting in several different timelines. He stood in a clock face acting as a platform to maneuver in this infinite white void
“Where’s FATE?! I thought she promised to help me!” TIME continued to type as multiple screens glowed into a golden color as they were fixed. TIME looked over to countless of gray screens he has yet to convert
Suddenly, a cocoon made out of ribbons appeared in the middle of the void. The cocoon started to unravel as FATE emerged in the cocoon of ribbons
“Sorry, I had to meet a certain shy girl” FATE apologized at TIME
“Good, you’re back. Can you please start organizing the Delta timeline over the Finite Curve from Earth 1996 to 2018?” TIME ordered FATE in a professional way
“Sure” FATE obeyed and used her ribbons to type several screens at the same time turning them into a correct gold color
To be honest, FATE is already used to help TIME fix the timeline. After all, FATE sure does bend time a lot. You can say that FATE is TIME’s assistant
Suddenly, one of the screens turn blue instead of gold
“Wait, what is that?” TIME noticed the odd blue screen broadcasting a sleeping girl
FATE looked at the screen and froze, “Eilene” FATE thought
TIME noticed FATE’s stare “FATE, do you know this girl?” TIME asked
“Noooooo?” FATE said suspiciously while trying to maintain her emotionless face
As soon as FATE said that, multiple screens turned blue. TIME faced FATE with a furious expression on his face
“You know her! Don’t you?!” TIME exclaimed. FATE nodded in defeat
“You’re lucky that you’re helping me right now or else I would have put you in a time loop!” TIME yelled at the girl in frustration as he converted more screens in a much faster rate
FATE stared at TIME then looked over one of the blue screens broadcasting Eilene as she glows a blue aura as she absorbs more and more power
FATE sighs “Looks like you have a deal with this alone, LOVE” as FATE continued her work to help TIME fix the timeline

Central High, Rooftop 2:03 pm…
Eren was glad. He was glad that he confessed to May. In others viewpoint, it would be logical that a loner with an overly attached childhood friend to mix together
Eren sighed as he leaned on the roof’s guard rails “But, what was that?” Eren thought what he saw during May’s tournament. A panel, it looks similar to his but only colored red
“Does that mean she gained power like mine?” Eren wondered. And he knows that it should be possible. After all, she suddenly glowed red and gained supernatural speed
“Thinking something, buddy?” August suddenly appeared behind Eren as he joined him on the guard rails
“Nothing really” Eren replied
August looked at Eren’s face and grinned “You seem oddly happy, we’re you imagining again?” August said with a perverted smile
“W-What! No! It’s just…” Eren stuttered while August laughed
August stopped laughing and his tone suddenly turned serious and said “Well, either way. Have you noticed something off about Eilene?” August asked Eren
Eren paused as he tries to remember the last time he talked to Eilene. After his “date” with Eilene, she started to avoid Eren. When he calls Eilene for help, she always calls another club member to help him instead
“As the Library Committee President, it is my duty to look after my club members” August said “Is something bothering to her?”
Eren immediately thought Jess and her friends. Should he tell about Eilene’s bullying incident?
Eren decided to say it to August “Um, about E-”
[Important Event Triggered!]
“What?!” Eren exclaimed as he saw the notification that he received before May almost got run over by a bus. Fear of losing someone you care about flowed inside Eren’s mind
August was confused at Eren’s odd behavior “Is there’s something wrong?” August asked
“Sorry, August! I’ll explain later!” Eren ran down to the stairs of the school roof. He ran and ran “I need to go to May right now!” Eren thought

May sweeping the school hallways with a broom. May is filled with happiness, she finally confessed to Eren and he has approved her feelings and became her boyfriend
May giggled happily as she continued to sweep the floor
Suddenly, the lights of the hallways slightly flickered. May noticed the lights “Huh? Must be the faulty wiring” she stared at the bulb as continued to flicker in an unnatural way
“MAY!” she heard Eren screaming her name
May turned her head around and saw Eren running towards her. She was suddenly hugged by Eren
“Eren? What’s wrong?” May is extremely confused at her boyfriend’s sudden hug
“Are you hurt?” Eren asked her and quickly examined the environment. He won’t let that accident happen again! He braced himself to an incoming danger

…
…Nothing happened
“I don’t understand” Eren replied to himself. He was sure that he saw the notification right
“Eren? Are you okay? We still have to finish the draft with Eilene” May still confused and a bit embarrassed
Eren finally realized. May isn’t the only heroine he knows
“Eilene” Eren ran towards the library. “Eren! Wait!” May followed Eren

“Without me, you wouldn’t have any purpose in this world”
“It would be like you weren’t there, completely invisible”
Those words echoed inside of Eilene’s mind this past week. She hardly had any sleep last night.
“What if she was telling the truth?” Eilene asked herself
“Hey Eilene, we’ll be going now. Watch over the library, okay?” one of the club members said
“Sure” Eilene replied softly. She watched her club mates leave the library
She opened up a book but she’s not reading it. She remembers her strange nightmare
“…You better say something to him, before it’s too late”
Eilene remembered the question she heard from the lady of her dream. Eren instantly flashed inside her mind and closed her eyes for a moment “I’m… going tell Eren” Eilene blushed a bit
“… that I’m in love with him”
Eilene suddenly feels drowsy due to lack of sleep. She finally fell asleep on her table in the middle of the library
The lights started to flicker and caused the library fans to short-circuit. Sparks flew out the machine as the sparks landed on an opened book that Eilene left after falling asleep. The book blazed into a flame as the fire spreads to the bookshelf while Eilene still sleeping on her table. The whole bookshelf in on fire as heat and smoke starts to build up in the library. Eilene started to feel discomfort from the heat of the growing fire
“EILENE!” Eren shouted causing Eilene to wake up
“Eren…” Eilene stared at Eren’s panicked face, still drowsy
“…what’s wrong?” she feels a bit of heat as Eilene turned her head around
Eilene froze in fear as she saw the big inferno in front of her
May finally catch up to Eren “Eren, why we’re yo- FIRE!” May shouted as the whole library is now up in flames
“May! Grab the fire-extinguisher!” Eren instructed. May nodded as she looked for the mentioned item
Eren looked at Eilene, trapped at the middle of the library. Eilene’s eyes full of fear
Time froze…

Eren gazed on the warning. He was full of dread as soon he saw this
“What? What do you mean choose?!” Eren is at distress right now
But before Eren can choose an option, Eilene eyes mysterious glowed blue
Eren’s panel suddenly disappeared and time moved forward again
“What the hell?!” Eren was shocked that his power suddenly gone
Eren looked over Eilene crying in the middle of the fire. Eren gritted his teeth “Don’t worry Eilene! I’ll save you!” Eren yelled
May came back with the fire-extinguisher “Eren! Here!” May gave the tool to Eren
Eren used the fire-ex to the fire. Part of the fire was doused but the whole library is now on fire. The heat is unbearable and the smoke started to suffocate Eilene, coughing violently
“Eren watch out!” A bookshelf weakened from the fire, started to tip dangerously to collapse onto them
May’s eyes turned red as she jumped in front of Eren and using her newfound strength, held up the whole bookshelf with both of her hands preventing it from falling any further
“GO! SAVE EILENE!” May shouted as held up the bookshelf. Eren stared at May for a bit before saying “Stay safe! May!” as he continued to approach Eilene
Eren ran into the fire using his fire-extinguisher to put out the fire along the way. “Eilene!” he exclaimed as he was almost to Eilene
But, due to the intense heat of the fire. The floor collapsed under Eren causing his foot to be trapped underneath the floorboards. Eren tried to pull his foot out but it won’t budge as the fire started to creep over Eren “Damn it!”
May started to weaken due to the smoke accumulating to the library. “E-Ei *cough* lene!” May coughed at the smoked
“Eren!” Eilene watched hopelessly as 2 of her friends are struggled to save her
“No, no no! This all wrong!” Eilene cried
Eilene covered her ears and closed her eyes as she cried even more. Eilene’s tears started to change color, turning into deep blue
“All I wanted is to…”
“MAKE IT STOP!!!” Eilene yelled as her eyes glowed sky blue full of tears
[BOND with Eren has increased, Serene Paradise unlocked!]
[Serene Paradise activated!]
Eilene’s blue panel appeared in front of her. Eren widen her eyes as he saw her panel
“No way” Eren uttered
Everything started to slow down, the whole library covered with a blue aura. Time slowed down in the whole library
Then time finally stopped
Eren looked over the library, the fire is even frozen. May removed her hands off the shelf she’s holding, the shelf remained frozen in mid-air, “What the hell?” May said
Eren looked over Eilene still crying and oblivious to what she did to the whole library
Time started to rewind, as objects moved backward. Eren’s foot became unstuck as the floor repaired itself. Fire rewind also, shrinking smaller and smaller. May’s shelf uprights itself as the library started to recover
“Eilene!” Eren ran towards her as he dodged object in his way
Eilene started to feel drowsy as collapsed to the floor. The blue aura was dispelled as time moved normally again
The rewind was unfinished as there’s still fire in one bookshelf. Eren used the fire extinguisher to doused the burning bookshelf
PHOOOOSSSSHHH!!!

The fire was out. The library committee stared at the damage. Although Eilene rewound the time to lessen the fire, the damage is still big. The whole bookshelf was incinerated and all the book contained in it. Some neighboring shelves we’re bit charred
“This is a bad turn of events” August commented
“If Eren and May weren’t there, the whole school would have burned down” August said in a concerning fashion
“Not to mention the books that were destroyed was the school records of the festival’s activities” the school president said
May gasped, “Seriously?” Eren said in disbelief and most of the committee reacted as well. Eilene eyes were shadowed by her hair, expressing despair
“Who was in charged at that time?!” one of the members started to get angry. Eilene flinched a bit
“Last I left, it was…” the other member stared at Eilene, as the crowd stared at Eilene also
“Eilene, were you in charge at the time of the fire?” the school president asked with his cold smile
Eilene kept silent, still expressing despair to her face
“Eilene…” Eren said full of concern to her friend. As the whole committee stared at Eilene’s frozen figure
“I just wanted it stop”
