May is waiting at the park entrance. “That idiot is late as always” May grumbled, “That’s why l always wake him up all the time”May thought as she starts to remember their first meeting together.

“You should n,t hurt people weaker than you!” 8-year old May defending 8-year old Eren from the bullies.
With May’s surprise, Eren punched May’s back.
“Hey! What are you doing you idiot! Don’t you see I’m trying to prot-“May was cut off short by Eren saying.
“Who said I’m weak?”Eren said with a cheeky grin as he punched one of the bullies and May was speechless as she also joins in the fight.
In the end, both children are walking home full of bruises and scratches.
“Um, thanks”Eren said to May,”For what?”May responded
“For being brave even if your scared”Eren said. “How did he know that?”May thought, “No one stood up to me like that since forever. So thanks for being brave for me” Eren said with a smile. May lightly blushed in response but she tried to hide it away by saying “W-well, you better explain these bruises to my mother when we reach at my home ” May said in a typical tsundere fashion. “Sure” Eren said “I’m Eren by the way”, “May, my name is May” May said to Eren.

“May!” Snapping May out of her daydream. She saw Eren running towards her. “May, I’m here. I’m not late right?”Eren gasping for air. “Your late for 10 minutes, dummy!” May said. “S-sorry” Eren apologized. “Come on, let’s get in already,” May said as she walked inside the park.
“You’re maybe an idiot, but your my idiot” May said to herself as she smiled.

“Eren, let’s buy some ice cream!” May pointed at an ice cream van parked at the side of the park.

The 2 bought their ice creams then sat down a nearby bench. Eren looked at May licking her ice cream cutely. “She looked like a cat” Eren blushed.
A drop of her ice cream suddenly dripped between her breast alerting Eren. But May remained oblivious to the drop of ice cream. Eren continued to stare at it as the drop deeper between her breast. Eren started to panic, “Okay Eren, you need to warn her without you getting killed by May” Eren thought nervously.
May noticed Eren’s gaze, “What are you looking at-” May stopped and her face turned red and an angry face formed.
“W-WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT, IDIOT!!!” May screamed. “May!Wait!”Eren braced for impact.
Time froze…

Time suddenly unfroze without him choosing a response, “What”Eren sees a hand hitting his face with an angry May.

“F-Fine, let’s just go already. I’m g-getting bored anyways!” May running the opposite direction, “May, wait up!” Eren followed her.
The remaining date went normal. They wandered around the park admiring the greenery. They played with the kids they met in the park. This kind of experience really melts your stress away.
It was late afternoon now, the 2 sitting on a beach looking at the sunset.
Eren enjoyed the date and May did too. He looked over May still looking at the sunset. Her hair flows with the wind and the orange tint of the sunset creates an afterglow around her.
Eren would be lying if he didn’t say she wasn’t beautiful.
“Hey Eren, can I ask you a question?” May suddenly asked snapping Eren out of his trance.
“Uh, sure” he said
“Do you hate me?”May said still looking at the sunset.

“I-I understand, I should go now” May said as stood up the bench. Trying to hold back her tears, “I’m an idiot, of course he’d hate me after the way I treated him” May thought.
But she felt a hand wrapped around her wrist.
“But, I don’t hate you. Despite all of that, you stayed the brave girl I met years ago. The one who puts others before herself, and to me that’s really cool” Eren said.
May blushed in response to Eren’s response.
“You’re special to me” Eren smiled. May blushed even redder.

Her smile was amazing as the sunset rays makes the scene even more beautiful. Eren was speechless

A bus appeared at full speed going straight to May. May’s eyes widened as she realized that she was in the middle of the road.

Suddenly, the bus’ front wheels hit a bump in the road causing it to move right. Giving Eren a small amount of time to save her.

The bus crashed into the side of the road as Eren tackled May in the middle of the road. The 2 fell down the other side of the road.
“May, are you okay?!”Eren inspected her for injuries
“Eren” tears formed in May’s eyes
“Eren, I WAS SO SCARED!!!”May hugging Eren crying on his shoulder. Eren just hugged her back trying to comfort her as people started to surround them.
