“I am bad at running away!” She muttered and closed her eyes and let his breath sing a silent symphony in her ears.
“Aren’t you afraid?” He whispered into her ears after contemplating for a second.
And his question made her lean back and look into his eyes. “Afraid of whom? You?”
He nodded lightly to which she scoffed a smile and replied, “You are probably the one person whom I trust more than anything else in the world. Before you, I just lived my life like a mission. But after meeting you I learned I can be happy. I can have all those things, that I had once dreamt of. You drive me crazy Morpheous!”
“What if being with me turns your world upside down? What if you regret it someday?”
“I do I regret it right now. Do you know what I regret?” She paused for a second. “I regret for not listening out to my heart sooner. I regret for even letting you walk away… when I could have been in your arms like this all this time.”
