“What happened Morpheous?” She questioned.
“Everybody turned against me Caroline!” He said and sighed. His eyes looked distant as if he had been lost in the maze of memories. Memories that haunted him.
“Before any of this had happened, my brothers adored me. Especially brother Nubeous. He took care of me more than father did but he changed. He changed all of a sudden Caroline.”
“Did he want the reigns of the universe? Did he bear a grudge?”
“I honestly don’t know what he wanted for real. Because if he would have just asked, then I would have requested father, to change his decision. But overnight, everything changed. He told father that I didn’t deserve to be his heir because I had darkness inside me.”
“Did you Did you have” And Caroline couldn’t even dare to finish that sentence for she could see his eyes turning all misty.
