Heaven Destroyer - Chapter 213
“How dare you!? Do you know who I am?!”
Ayaan glanced ahead of him and saw two ladies walking out of the brushes with a grinning face. Each of them clutching a man through their collars. And when Noor loosened her grip. The man started to threaten her.
“Slap!”
“Do you know who I am?” Noor asked when the man fell silent after receiving a palm print on his cheek
“N-no,” he replied.
“Slap!”
“I also don’t know who you are.”
Ayaan chuckled and shook his head, looking at this comical scene. After that Noor turned toward Ayaan and her eyes shone with excitement and she threw the man in her hand towards Isobel. “Catch!” then dashed into Ayaan’s arm. “I missed you.”
“Me too.” He said and patted on her silver hair tenderly. He eyed the two man’s and frowned because they were at the Pupa Realm. “Who are they?” he asked.
“How would I know?” she replied. “We found them spying in the surrounding.”
“Alright,” Ayaan said. “I will make them vomit everything.”
After leaving Ayaan’s arms, she glanced towards everyone else, and when her gaze fell on Bara. “What is he doing here? Has he also came to spy on us? Let me take care of him.” Just when she was about to move, Ayaan grabbed her tender wrist and shook his head. “He isn’t here to spy.”
“Then?”
“It’s a long story. We will talk in a short while.” Ayaan glanced towards Isobel and she peered at him, and he stared into her maroon eyes before speaking. “Let’s go.”
The group sat together and talked and explained the things that occurred with them. The two men had been tied and thrown at the corner of the room. Though Ayaan wasn’t stupid enough to tie them with just simple rope. He broke their limbs first, only then bound their broken bones in rope. He eyed them grunting and moaning and continued to talk with others.
“Actually we have a gift for Sister Rebecca.” Noor suddenly veered at Rebecca and a smile blossomed on her face.
“What gift?” Rebecca asked in confusion. She had no idea. Noor and Isobel exchanged glances, and Noor flicked her hand and a man fell out of nowhere. This was the space ring that could contain life inside. Leafwhisk made one for everyone.
“Thud!”
“Arghh!’ with a thud, a man fell on the ground and grunted in pain. However when he examined his surroundings, he became alert and stood up vigilantly. “I’m telling, you will pay for…” before he could finish his sentence, his gaze fell on the two familiar faces in the corner, clutching and hugging each other and shivering in fear. “Seventh? Eighth? What are you guys doing here? Didn’t you go to search for… Ayaan?”
He eyed the surrounding people, and his eyes widened when he saw Noor and Isobel standing along with them. He had heard them speaking that they were Ayaan’s women. Then who are these people? He saw Bara in the crowd, standing in the palace’s dress. However he did not recognise him. So he didn’t bother and checked other faces. When his gaze reached Ayaan, his body went rigid and his face paled. He knew him! He had seen his portrait!
“Ninth? You came here to join the party?” the one Del called Seventh mocked. They say dying isn’t a terrifying thing, but dying alone is, so now they have found one more companion to die with them and felt an unnatural relief.
“Yo-you are Ayaan!” Del completely ignored his so-called companions and pointed towards Ayaan.
Ayaan frowned at Noor and Isobel, and Rebecca did the same. None of them knew who this man was. So why Noor said it was a gift for Rebecca? “Who is he?” Ayaan inquired, and everyone else had the same question written all over their faces.
“His name is Del,” Noor said.
“So?”
Noor eyed him, speechless. Looking at his face, she realised he was indeed clueless about the identity of this man. However more baffling was that even Rebecca appeared unaware after hearing the name. “He is the former Leader of Life temple.” Isobel informed, seeing everyone’s blank faces.
Suddenly Ayaan’s eyes went wide, and he cried. “He’s the Leader of the Life Temple.”
“Yes, indeed, honey.” Noor nodded vigorously.
Rebeca’s face, however, turned frostily as she peered at Del. The man felt the weird atmosphere inside the wooden house and the chill ran down through his spine. He had no idea what was going on. “What do you want to do with me?” he blurted and his body trembled while face looked paler than ever. “I am the elder of the palace. I’m warning you, this won’t do you any good. If you want to live, leave me immediately.”
“SLAP!!”
Just as he finished his sentence, a clattering sound echoed and filled the hut. Del was smashed on a wall and the wall broke, a hole similar to the body of a man formed. Rebebca shook her hand and blood dripped from her palm. It wasn’t her blood.
The two poor elders gasped at the scene and swallowed hard. Now it seemed their treatment was indeed far better than Del. And they had no intention of being butchered like this—Rebecca didn’t stay and walked out of the hut. Ayaan and others remained inside. However from time to time they heard screams and pleading and begging, but Ayaan knew no pleading would help this guy today.
And indeed after some time the moans and pleading stopped, and Rebecca came into the room, her hair scattered all about her face and blood dripping from her hands, painting her clothes. She looked relieved, yet sad. Who said you won’t feel better after killing a murderer of your loved ones? He must be a coward who failed to get revenge and made such a lie.
Ayaan walked towards Rebecca and stood in front of her. He grabbed her right tainted hand and settled her messy hair speaking nothing and embarrassed her. The room was silent. No one dared to make a noise.
