Heaven Destroyer - Chapter 215
“They are here.” Leafwhisk peered out of the window and saw people roaming around the inn in black clothes. Though they tried to hide their auras, she could feel their powerful breaths. However she also found something strange. Some of them had given her an eerie feeling. Strong but suffocating. Though she had already reached such a high level. She could feel pressure from them, and she found this feeling strangely familiar.
“They are ghouls.” Ayaan who was standing beside her, replied. “Now things becoming clear.”
“What do you mean?” asked Rebecca from behind.
Ayaan turned around and smiled towards her. “I have always thought, if ghouls were weak then it won’t be hard for the people to uproot them, no matter how cunning they were, and if they were so strong that they weren’t afraid of anyone on the Central Continent, then why did they remain hidden?”
“I don’t understand what you mean by that?” Noor’s voice, her face plastered with confusion.
Ayaan smiled and walked over and sat on the chair. Others also sat, waiting for him to finish. “Someone is controlling them…”
“Boom!!”
As Ayaan finished, a rumble sounded from out. He looked at his companions and chuckled. “Let’s go. I want to see what kind of power Heavenly Palace really has.”
They had already sent Ifre and Akash to a safe place. So they could fight without worrying about those two. “Alright, let’s go.” Leafwhisk was the first to exit the room, and everyone else followed closely behind her.
Ayaan’s group arrived out of the inn and saw an enormous crater in front of the tavern. He didn’t bother to glance at the ditch on the ground and looked beyond. There stood three men at the very front. Ayaan couldn’t help but smile, looking at them. It looks like their plane was a success. Top three elders of the Palace were here. He would make them vomit every detail about their leader.
“I would suggest you surrender with no resistance.” The man at the very center spoke in an arrogant tone. “If you submit with no struggle, I assure that you companions will leave alive.”
Ayaan sneered, hearing his words. “Old man, I think you have lived too comfortably in this world, and are accustomed to command everyone around you. But let me tell you, you are nothing but an arrogant old foggy.”
“How dare you speak to the first elder like this!?” the man on the right side shouted. “I am warning you, do as we tell you if you don’t want to regret it later.”
Ayaan completely ignored him and frowned because just a few minutes prior he had felt the aura of ghouls, but now he could not feel them. What are they trying to do? He peered at the trio and shook his head. “Do the elders of the Heavenly Palace only know trash talking?”
“First elder, second elder, let me see how strong he is.” The third elder said with his shining eyes. Eager to show his pros to his seniors. He looked towards Ayaan and said. “Your opponent is me, brat. You have made a terrible mistake by making us your enemy.”
He said and dashed at Ayaan, then took out his sword and, just as he was about to slash in Ayaan’s direction, he froze. The third elder eyed ahead of him in disbelief because without even realising Ayaan had arrived in front of him and grabbed him through the neck. He could not even move.
“Such a disappointment.” Ayaan shook his head. “You are only at the early stage of the butterfly realm and you think you can match me?” he said and threw the body towards Leafwhisk. She clutched the third elder by his long hair and hung him in the air. “We will talk later,” she said and threw him inside her life ring.
Other two elders gawked at the scene with their bulging eyes. They could not perceive what had happened just now. Before they could even react, their companion was in Ayaan’s grasp. Only now did they realise how wrong they were about him previously. He was no sheep; he was a vicious tiger who could slaughter them.
“Humph. He was just at the early stage of the Butterfly Realm. We will see how powerful you are.” First elder sneered and moved towards Ayaan. However this time they didn’t make a previous mistake and attacked together.
Ayaan smiled and brought out his sabre. “Come!” he shouted, and their weapons collided.
“Boom!”
He took a step back and the elders also pushed away. “You are in the middle stage of the Butterfly Realm?!” First elder shouted he was himself at the middle stage of the Butterfly Realm and knew how hard to advance after becoming the Butterfly. However someone as young as Ayaan had become so powerful in such a short time. He looked at Ayaan and his eyes shone with greed. He wanted his secret.
“Huh!!”
“Bang!”
Both sides attacked each other, but no one could take an upper hand. Ayaan’s women stood behind, expressionlessly. It was strange, as none of them attacked. It looked like they were waiting for something—both of the elders drenched in sweat and their breathing became hurried, but Ayaan still avoided all their attacks leisurely. Ayaan some time was fast wind, some time sturdy as a mountain, some time flexible as water and some time solid as iron.
“You bastard, stop there if you have courage!”
Ayaan eyed at the second elder and chuckled. “Moron.”
“You…” The second elder’s face flushed red. He was supreme elder of the Heavenly Palace no one dared to talk to him like this before—alas, being the elder of the Heavenly Palace won’t help them in front of Ayaan.
“Die, you bastard!!” he shouted and attacked with rage, and at this moment a shadow appeared behind Ayaan with two daggers. Ayaan curled his lips and said. “I was waiting for you this entire time.”
“Puchi!’
Second elder’s head separated from his body like butter and Ayaan disappeared from his position and appeared ten meters away from the shadow.
