So, Tsurugi killed quite a few of them. Takashi then climbed the wall with Alice still on his back. He then made his way to the bike. Tsurugi fired her rifle, killing a dozen more zombies. But there were still a lot of them surrounding the bike.

Suddenly, he had an idea. He whispered to the walkie – talkie saying, ” Tsurugi – San, I’m going to throw the walkie – talkie a bit of a distance away from me. I’ll increase the volume to the max so after 10 seconds, I want you to talk through the walkie – talkie. It will attract their attention. They’ll crowd around it. Takashi then threw the walkie – talkie a bit of distance away from him in the opposite direction. After ten seconds, Tsurugi’s voice was heard through it. This attracted the attention of the zombies, who then made their way to the source of the sound. This removed all the zombies surrounding the bike. Takashi then covered Alice’s mouth with his hand. He then slowly made his way to the bike.

Reaching the bike, Takashi got on it with Alice and rode away The bike’s sound attracted the zombies attention but by then Takashi had already created some distance from their group. Takashi then made the travel halfway up the mountain. He then abandoned the bike there, as he didn’t want to lead the group of zombies till the hot springs, where their group resided. Taking out a flashlight, Takashi then made the rest of the way on foot with Alice in his arms. His palm still covered Alice’s mouth, so as to not make any noise.

Reaching the hot springs, Takashi saw Tsurugi, Rei, Busujima senpai, Saya, Mikoto and Mio waiting for him in front of the hot springs. Saya, Mikoto and Mio had been awakened by the sounds of Tsurugi’s bullets. They then heard the situation from the others. They felt worried for Takashi’s safety but also believed in him to return safely. Takashi was touched at this scene and also felt bad for worrying Saya, Mikoto and Mio.

So, after introducing Alice to the group, he left the girl in Tsurugi’s hands and made his way over to Saya and the rest. Reaching them, he then individually kissed each of Saya, Mikoto and Mio as an apology for worrying them and also to assure them of his safety. Seeing this, Tsurugi blushed a bit, while Busujima senpai smiled at the sight. Rei was jealous at this scene.

Takashi kissed the others in front of Rei as one of his steps to make Rei completely forget about Hisashi and to make her completely fall for him. He needed her to believe that as he had other women, he might abandon Rei for them. While he would never do that, it was required for Rei. This would make Rei earnestly try to seduce Takashi, temporarily forgetting about Hisashi. Takashi also used this as a chance to punish Rei, for betraying his feelings and for choosing Hisashi over him. The group then made their way inside.

Alice slept with Tsurugi, at Takashi’s suggestion. This would alleviate Tsurugi of her loneliness and she would focus on taking care of Alice. Thus, Alice would also see her as a mother figure. Takashi then decided to introduce Alice to the rest of the group the next day and allowed everyone else to take rest while he alone kept watch over their surroundings. At Takashi’s insistence, everyone else from the group returned to their respective rooms to sleep as they were still tired after all the events that took place.
