How Long I’ll Last [COMPLETED] - Chapter 1:How It Started
“I’ve got no time for breakfast!” She said as she put on her black leather jacket.
Kuroki Harue, female, living alone, daughter of the famous artist, Sybell Harue, and daughter of the famous athlete, Will Harue.
Kuroki ran as fast as her legs could take her. Finally, she arrived, to the most prestigious art school in Moorshore city, Dormeadow Academy: For The Gifted Youth.
Kuroki was only accepted because of her mother, Sybell Harue. Sybell Blackwell, as her name was before she got married, was the top student at Dormeadow Academy. Therefore, the staff and the principal, had high hopes for Sybell’s offspring.
“Alright, if I’m not mistaken, my class should be in room 218.” Kuroki thought to herself.
She walked up the stairs, and onto the second floor, of the huge building. Kuroki knocked on the door before going in.
Knock knock
“Come in!” Kuroki heard another voice from inside say.
“I’m sorry for being late!” Kuroki said as she walked in.
“It’s fine dear! Don’t worry! Take a seat.” Kuroki’s teacher said.
Kuroki sighed in relief. She was glad that she had gotten a nice teacher for once.

“You have got no talent. Put that waste of materials in the trash!”
…
End of flashback
“Alright, I’m guessing that we are all here now. Let me check real quick!” The teacher said as she got out her checklist.
“Yup! Seems like we are all here! So, without further a do, I am Mrs. Clinton, and I will be your art teacher for the whole school year! I want you all to get out your sketchbooks, and sketch something, anything, this will show me what you might need to improve on, or it will just be to see, by the end of the year, how much you’ve improved!”
“Nice!” Another student in the classroom exclaimed.
Kuroki got out her yellow sketchbook out of her backpack. She thought for a moment. She decided to draw a simple bunny, for the time being. She didn’t feel too inspired.
20 minutes passed
“Alright that is time! Let me see your drawings now!” Mrs. Clinton said.
“Nice! Extraordinary! Genius! Tremendous!” Mrs. Clinton said as she walked by every student. When she got to Kuroki, she smiled.
“That is very nice! Try to add more detail next time, but this is very good animal anatomy!” Mrs. Clinton reommended.
Kuroki smiled, she was never complimented, or yet, ever given constructive criticism. She was very elated.
