“This is good.” Deus looked at his surroundings and he knew that they were in the middle of the human settlement.

Deviate’s warp ability was different from other super-humans who had spacial abilities. A blue light would surround a person or an object when she subjects them into teleportation, she could instantly teleport them all, but if she were to teleport more than twenty objects or people, then the teleportation would take awhile but it would only take within five seconds.

“Those three would definitely be alerted by now.” Deus looked at the people around his group.

They were all running while screaming. The moment they saw the Sentinels and Deus’s mechanical body, they knew that they were going to be killed.

Some were even pushing each other and many just abandoned their belongings just to focus on getting out.

Deus and his group teleported themselves in the American Airlines Arena. This was the place where alot of survivors were sheltered. There were others roaming or staying in other buildings in Downtown but this was the place where everyone would stay, as the space were very huge and others would stay comfortable seeing other people.

Deus intentionally started the attack in the time when the sun was high up in the sky. If the survivors escape then they would have a hard time because of the heat, which allows the Sentinels and the incoming machines kill the remaining humans quickly.

He willed it and two hundred Sentinels flew out and began blasting every humans they see with Plasma Shots. Some Sentinels flew towards their target humans and did a killing punch towards their heads.

Screaming, Running and Explosions can be heard in the Arena. The people settled in other buildings outside was confused on what was happening, until hundreds of Sentinels made a hole on the arena’s huge ceiling and poured out from it.

Deus and the rest walked outside, he was waiting for the three Class-5s to appear. The rest of the three hundred Sentinels scattered and also began killing humans, but if they saw a super-human then they would immediately changed target.

The super-humans in the area also began fighting back, but the Sentinels were quite durable and it only took one shot for them to take out or cripple a super-human.

They were all made with Super-grade alloy, and Deus has been doing remodelling and upgrading on the Sentinels as he was working on his other activities. Their Plasma Blasts from their hands were more powerful and their physical strength has increased.

Deus received a message and in the same time he saw the Sentinels in front of him getting crushed in a bizzare way, as if a hand were crumpling a piece of paper.

He then saw a woman levitating outside Freedom Tower and doing some hand motions, and with her motions, tens of Sentinels were thrown away and some of were crushed.

“She’s here huh, but where’s the super man.?” Deus then did a mental command and Deviate activated her ability.

“Huh, what’s happening?!”

Alexandra’s body was enveloped in blue light and in the next micro-second, she disappeared. Deviate had her teleported in the bottom of the Bay nearby the Arena.

“Well that was quick.” Deus saw the Class-5 defeated just like that and now he really thinks that he was doing an overkill by bringing along five hundred Sentinels on dealing with the three Class-5s in the human group.

“Wait she will probably resurface. She was levitating earlier, she must had alot of metal wear on her body that she can use her power on to make her fly.”

‘Go to the location in where you teleported her and deal with her if she ever resurfaces.’ Deus commanded mentally and Deviate flew out and she went towards the Baypath Walks, her eyes vigilant and her telekinetic senses scouring the waters for a fast moving object.

Deus saw in his HUD that the he was losing Sentinels every second and he immediately assumed Dennis going on a rampage in destroying his machines.

‘Find him and capture him. I don’t care how you do it, as long as he lives.’ Deus commanded mentally and Atom jumped with great strength, his leap was followed with a loud boom and the ground cracked.

He was going towards the location in where the Sentinels were being destroyed and after several seconds of searching. He was now in the streets in front of the Travel Store and there he saw a man in his twenties wearing a police uniform. That man was Dennis and he was currently holding a Sentinel that was torn in half.

He was muscular with his biceps showing. His physique was well-defined and he had short black along with deep-blue eyes.

Dennis was a policeman before the nuclear holocaust. In the initial events he was saving people from the machines together with his cousin Alexandra. Then they managed to survive the earthquake and keep some people safe.

Their place has been attacked dozens of times, but Alex would just take care of it easily. But now she didn’t act for some reason and the people are now getting killed by the machines.

“Where the hell is Alex? This could’ve been over quick!” Dennis threw the other part of the Sentinel and he prepared himself to jump off to trash the other machines.

Atom’s green eyes shone and he waved his arms. A wave of nuclear blast shot out towards Dennis and it made a huge explosion. The ground shook and everything on the blast site was destroyed with radiation now present in the area.

Atom can create, shape and manipulate the forces of nuclear reaction, including fusion and fission. Because of this kind of power, it can also grant him the ability to create electricity, magnetism, heat, radiation and many other kinds of forces that can be created from nuclear reactions.

Atom eyed the area with cold eyes and he threw a powerful punch in the air. The sheer might and pressure of the fist created a powerful wind that was thrown towards Dennis’ location. Dust and smoke was cleared and there he saw Dennis having his arms block his face, he actually survived the nuclear blast.

The power of that nuclear blast was like a mini-nuke but this man actually survived with only some of his police uniform being torn off.

“Who the hell is this guy? If I was someone else, even bones wouldn’t remain. Is he a Class-5? Is he new? Why did he attack me?” Dennis’ eyes met Atom’s shining emerald eyes and he thought with confusion.

He was confused at how things turned out. He already sensed Atom’s presence earlier and he thought this guy would help him out, but instead this guy actually attacked him.

“Hey buddy I already took care at this robot, there’s some other ones over there.” Dennis was holding the torn torso of a Sentinel and he pointed at the other Sentinels flying around at the Arena and shooting Plasma Blasts.

Atom didn’t say anything and he just charged at Dennis with great speed and sent out a powerful fist.

“Holy…” Dennis’ eyes widened, this speed was similar to him doing a charge the same as to what the other guy just did.

“He has the same power as me?” Dennis straightened his back and decided to not think about it for now, and he focused on defending himself.

The ground shook and the road was cracked all over as he charged in a similar fashion against Atom. He also threw a fist to meet Atom’s punch.

Their fists collided and a powerful shockwave was produced from the impact, the shockwaves affected everything from hundreds of meters. Glasses shattered, winds blew out, the ground trembled and the buildings nearby was damaged.
