“But sir, she’s a dangerous mutant.” The Officer says

“Of all things the word mutant stuck. Why not enhanced or meta humans.” Sandstorm says with a sigh.

“I mean in most branches of government we actually use those two classifications. Mutants are people that are born with the powers while enhanced are people given them. Like captain America.” Phil says

“So mutants just being used as a racist term by the populace. I’m starting to regret leaving behind the apollo plan for the government to find.” Sandstorm says with a smile.

“Right. Thanks for that, the colonization plan for Mars was also well done.” Phil says

“As long as Skylab is still up.” Kyra says with a smile hoping the station is still going.

“It kinda is, it was combined with the international space station.” Phil says

“Your telling me they made an adapter for that.” Sandstorm says surprised.

‘Thank god the shuttle program never happened. As amazing as it was it wasn’t as renewable as it was lead to believe. Not to mention the tragedy of challenger and Columbia didn’t happen.’ Sandstorm thinks to herself.

Sandstorms pulled out of her thoughts as her handcuffs are taken off.

“Also those rockets we have going currently are really efficient. Then the government also recently opened up the last letter and did exactly as you asked them to.” Phil says

“So they contracted Elon musk to make the falcon-9 rocket series.” Sandstorm says with a smile happy he’s still around.

“Yes, Tesla and SpaceX are household names now.” Phil says

“So who runs shield now?” Sandstorm asks

“Why don’t we wind out when we get you there. It’s only a few hour drive.” Natasha says coming out from the watching room.

“We have a newer one back at the triskelion.” Phil says

“Yep that’s Lola.” Phil says proudly

“So, could I drive?” Sandstorm asks

“I wanna say yes, but shield agents have a track record of destroying vehicles.” Phil says

“Anyway we have a 3 hour or so drive. How about you tell us some stories.” Phil says

“You realize there probably 2 other Howling commandos that are still able to fight right?” Sandstorm asks

“James and Victor?” Phil asks

“Yeah, they were also meta humans. I wanna say they were older than me but that would be lying.” Sandstorm says with a smile.

“Are you really a god killer?” Phil asks

“Well, that’s hard to say, there are several races out there that are like gods. Only a handful fall into that category and not many of them are left.” Sandstorm says with a smile.
