I like them big, do you? - Chapter 159
“Revo Company is utterly fucked,” Aria said while staring at Reylin.
Her boyfriend was melting one of the rainbow scales. He needed a lot of time to process through just one scale, so the couple sat down and talked about the recent events.
It was also quite hot, so Aria threw most of her clothes.
She crossed her arms beneath ample chest in just her panties, then turned her eyes toward Reylin, “A few of them confessed what they knew. Nothing… They know nothing! Haha! I can’t believe it went through, you know? This game that is.”
“It’s not a game,” Reylin replied without turning his eyes to his beauty.
Lioness just gazed into his eyes, then nodded, “That’s what I’ve been thinking. I found it ludicrous and laughable at times… But recent events… and you telling me this… I must believe in that theory.”
“Did I make a mistake?” Reylin asked as he took out the melted scales. In its liquid form, his Flame Artist Class used flames to hold it and form a piece of equipment.
Lioness sighed, “Maya’s case? It’s a peculiar situation… You did a good thing by giving her a choice, but you went overboard by telling your friend to blast her face.”
“I will apologize later,” Reylin nodded and thanked his girlfriend.
Aria just faintly smiled.
She knew of Reylin’s loss and how much that situation had influenced him. He was much quieter, and it showed.
She patted his hair, then glanced at the item.
It was armor for the forearm. It kept changing colors even after Reylin had equipped it.
“Well done,” Aria said softly.
“Why do you play this game?” Reylin asked as he stared at the piece of equipment, “You have successful life on Earth. Your companies topple over others throughout our continent… What’s the point of risking your life here?”
“You,” Lioness immediately replied.
“Because of me?” Reylin asked.
He was well aware of Aria’s reasons. He didn’t need her to tell this, but due to the recent events, and his fear of losing more friends, Reylin asked this very question. He was also quite at a loss with just himself and her being around.
Countless thoughts ran across his mind, but all those halted.
Aria nodded, “I like this world… but I love you more than it. If you want, I can give you more reasons. Real people are dying, and we are a few players who hold enough strength to contest the dark matter, and those selfish ascended… Yes, that’s a good reason. An exciting one… A challenge, I, Lioness like.
But that is still nothing before my love for you,” she smiled and cupped his face between her soft hands.
Staring into his eyes, Lioness sharply said, “You aren’t responsible for Yuki’s death. You also won’t be liable for any of your friends’ deaths… All who come here now know the consequences of facing the dark matter.
If you keep that burden, you will look down on your friends and people who have come here to help the residents.” Aria ended her speech and remained in close contact with her boyfriend.
At last, Reylin’s lips curved up, and he smiled widely, “I love you too.”
He passed his newly created item to her.
Aria checked its stats while Reylin’s hand wrapped around her arm. He then squeezed her naked breast and kept fondling with light and gentle touch.
She chuckled, “Is it relaxing?”
“It is,” Reylin replied.
Her laughter rang out, then Aria lay her head on his shoulder. Her eyes stared at the system messages appearing before her!
[Rainbow Forearm Guard.]
[1000% X Resistance.]
[The guard randomly flashes with resistance. You can’t control its flow nor wear the item.]
[Red – Fire. Blue – Water…]
“I can’t wear it,” Lioness sighed.
“My hands will protect that body,” Reylin whispered.
“Haha! I don’t need your protection yet,” Aria chuckled.
After some time, Reylin let her chest go. He felt his hand warm, clenched it a few times, then prepared for a solo trip.
“I am ready for a serious talk with that woman,” Reylin said.
He had been doing his best to move forward in the game world, but once alone, Yuki’s sacrifice and the coma event assailed him.
Lioness solved that problem, and his confidence genuinely showed on his face!
Aria smiled, “Return by evening. And… Reylin. Even if you have your own system, don’t let yourself get killed by Princess Rose or anyone with unique status. You don’t know much about your system yet.”
Reylin replied, “I won’t die.”
–
“You are… really… idiotic woman,” King Julian’s son said as he stared deeply into Princess Rose’s eyes.
As Princess Rose made a pretty rebellious expression, he chuckled, “You believed no one. Your family, the ascended, and us, to say nothing of the players… In your eyes, all of them would bring endless destruction to your country.
Alas, you were forced to make a choice. So? Why do you suddenly plan on going against us? Aren’t we… good friends already?” He asked.
Princess Rose bit her lips, “I’ve had enough… I am done with living.”
“Oh? So you want to kill yourself… Just like that stupid woman! Haha! That’s why you injected yourself with that failed ice mana,” King Julian’s son laughed at the princess’ futile attempts to get strength on her own.
Within her heart, Princess Rose’s had conflicting thoughts.
A part of her wanted to just die… She saw no future for herself or her people… Once her kingdom’s Black Rose turned to be more significant than ever, the dark matter people stole all her loyal people and probably already made a few experiments on them.
Rose had no way of protecting her kingdom… She took a risk… A risk that all kingdoms either forcefully or willingly took.
Still, her hatred toward dark matter people and players stopped the dark matter’s influence. That had been her last hope to somehow overcome those dark times!
Unfortunately, her forces just silently disappeared, and Rose no longer could use any of her hope… She also failed to properly wield the dark matter energy that brimmed her heart halfway.
“You called my woman stupid?” A sudden and unexpected voice rang out in the princess’ chambers.
Princess Rose’s eyes rose…
King Julian’s son turned around…
And both of them widened their eyes at the Crimson Dragon suddenly appearing within those chambers.
“Shit,” King Julian’s son cursed.
He promptly grabbed Princess Rose’s body, then flew out the chamber.
Reylin turned his head to the side and stared at the dark eagle beneath King Julian’s son’s feet.
“Let the chase begin then,” Reylin whispered.
[You have used Crimson Dragon.]
