I Own A Sharingan - Chapter 30
Husun walked through the dilapidated buildings and quickly arrived at the tower, looking at strange symbols that covered the entire tower, which was covered on both sides with moss and lichens.
He touched the surface of the stones in the tower while removing a penknife from his backpack with which he began to carefully scratch the surface of the stone, removing moss and lichens, gradually picking up strange symbols.
The other people who approached and looked at Husun, who looked like a madman, remained speechless for a while before Raigo approached him and tapped him on the shoulder.
Husun who came to his senses turned around and saw Raigo looking at him strangely as if he had lost his mind.
He coughed in a slightly kissed way before saying in a calm voice that contained a tinge of excitement.
“I’m sorry I lost my temper, but do you know what we just found?”
“What?”
Raigo asked in all seriousness, Husun with a joyful air opened his mouth to answer the question when he was interrupted by Karla’s scream of surprise.
“Sacred symbols!!!”
She ran at full speed towards the tower before looking at the inscriptions with shining eyes and greedy like an old penny-pincher who had just discovered a priceless fortune.
“Please explain the situation.”
Daniel said in a slightly exasperated tone, looking at them with some curiosity, Raigo and Judi also looked at them with interest.
“Oh, sorry, I forgot that’s not your area of expertise.”
Husun said looking at the symbols with a look of overexcitement.
“The symbols you see are sacred symbols still called by some inscriptions, they’re extremely valuable symbols that can react to nen.”
“They are very easy to recognize especially because of their special glyphs, which are not found on any other ancient and almost inimitable symbols.”
“But why are you so excited?”
Judi asked as she touched the surface of the wall.
Husun was interrupted again by Karla, who answering the question.
“Seriously? What the hell are they for?”
Judi asked.
Husun this time responded quickly as if to avoid being interrupted by Karla.
“These symbols make it possible to create nen mechanisms, or to preserve the aura for a long time, or even to make the nen more complex.”
“Seriously?!”
Exclaimed Daniel and Judi, who then slightly understood the importance of these symbols.
“What’s the value of symbols?!”
Raigo asked bluntly as he backed away while admiring the tower.
“It’s priceless,” exclaims Husun and Karla, who drool like dogs over a piece of meat.
“To tell you the importance of such a discovery, if we manage to transcribe these symbols from this tower and it turns out to be a new sacred symbol, wee could all undoubtedly become a One Star Hunter, with almost enough merit to become two stars.”
Daniel, Judi and Raigo all took a deep inspiration, they now understood the excitement of Husun and Karla, it was truly a great discovery.
“How long will it take you to transcribe these symbols.”
Husun and Karla discussed for a moment before saying unanimously.
“Three days to transcribe the symbols to the two of us.”
“And two more days for us to examine the ruins.”
Raigo looked pensive for a short moment before nodding his head.
“Very well, we’ll stay here for the next five days before visiting the island more deeply.”
“Yes, boss!”
Raigo, after helping to set up the camp, climbed on a destroyed building and looked at the tower while taking some notes in his travel diary.
“I feel some kind of weird sensation emanating from this tower.”
He whispered in a low voice and used the gyô, but he saw nothing, an idea came to his mind unconsciously.
He opened his left eye and closed his right while looking at the tower with his sharingan.
“Incredible….”
He murmured with a surprised face, seeing a ball of dark purple aura slowly swirling above the tower suċkɨnġ in some kind of whitish energy from the surroundings.
The aura ball was extremely dense and was slightly blurred as if to prevent him from seeing what was inside. He concentrated and used the gyô on his Sharingan which he would never do in normal times because his Sharingan was like a bottomless well that swallowed his aura at full speed but it still allowed him to improve his extraordinary sight for a short while.
Thé next second, blood came out of his pupils, he saw inside the concentrated aura ball of countless human faces screaming in pain, then he felt a shock to the brain as if his head had been hit by a hammer.
His vision became blurred the next instant, he instantly lost consciousness, falling from the building on which he was perched.
