The political situation in the Sakura Empire been distracted by the news that brought by the Prime Minister, the Duke Takeda. My first husband, unlike the bad and infamous rumors about him, is the new threat of the noble faction in the future. Being the acting crown Princess, I been summoned to the palace for the emergency meeting between the royal and nobles. Even though I just arrived in the capital city, I have to rush and prepare for the sudden event happening in the palace without taking rest. All four main Duke and nobles attended the meeting without fail, which is the first time ever in this country. Usually, most of the noble only send their representative, including the main Duke side except the Prime Minister, Duke Takeda.

My father, now a haggard old man, the Emperor also grace the meeting with his appearance, along with me, who replace my royal brother. My step mother, who still maintaining her beauty, sit beside my father, as part of formality. The Prime Minister, Duke Takeda has reported about his visit to my fiance territory, Bavalotia and explain about his decision to bestow the Count title to Wu Tian.

“Nonsense! What can almost 7 years old boy done for this country? You even give him a region in our beloved nation even though in that isolated place and now a rank, the higher one too? You should shame with yourself!” Duke Fujimura, the nemesis of Oda clan shouting those insult to him. I did agree with him actually if I didn’t visit myself to the heaven.

“Hahaha… Nothing happened, huh?” Duke Oda, or should I said the Duchess Oda Haruka of Himawari Dukedom, as my trusted ally the only few who happy with those news. She staring at the Prime Minister, the Duke Takeda Shintaro of Tsubaki Dukedom, voice her sarcastic tone to the head of noble faction. Well, the neutral faction who hated Oda clan, Fujimura also uneasy with the change of this country political landscape.

Well, forgive me with my unladylike behavior, but I managed to secure a plate of rice filled with curry and some chicken. I joined him for the meals with father and mother. I apologized him for the dinner but he eat the meal without complaint and said that the food quite refreshing for him.

The next day, after the breakfast, Wu Tian been granted the audience with my father at the palace. After the audience, they signed the contract that prepared by Wu Tian, to make sure the agreement that been made are really legalized and can’t be argue by other nobles especially the Prime Minister.

After arriving the destination, I shocked about the news that Duchess Oda Hikaru on her preparation to attack Fujimura dukedom. Her officials who arrange our journey to Wu Tian territory from the port told us the whole story, and I guessed, no surely that Duke Takeda wanted to weak my ally by appointing Duchess Hikaru as Samurai Leader to attack Fujimura dukedom, after been labelled as the rebels. Duke Fujimura rejected the proposal of the Prime Minister to some of his people to migrate at Wu Tian place. The Wu Tian territory currently have 0 population, so as the nearest region, Fujimura dukedom have those responsibility to help him. Fujimura dukedom population actually far more fewer that other territories, even though beside the capital city. The reasons are the region doesn’t have the sea coast side, the mountains geographically situation and the most importantly, the taxes here quite high.

I even avoid to used the land route of the Fujimura dukedom because the existent of the road toll and special taxes in that place. Even I as the acting Crown Princess couldn’t be exempted from those regulations. I send the message to the Duchess Hikaru not to attack them yet, but to meet me at the Wu Tian providence and ask my future husband cooperation. “See you tonight….” I left Wu Tian after that and been guided to our designed rooms. It’s seem that we didn’t stay at the building of his office, but at his mansion, that have seaside view. From our place, I can even see the large ship port and the popular teleport gate device, as our rooms located at the 40th floor. Unlike the Yggdrasil Complex, the room here have the one side mirror wall and balcony for outside view, but the room been smaller and not as elegance. Nevertheless, the room satisfied us a lot, especially with the bath tub and beauty products prepared for us. Not to mention, delicious snacks before main meal, making me worries about my weight.

Later on, after we having our dinner, I sneak out from my room and when to his chamber. Luckily, all of my escort have retired early and fall asleep after tired all day travel to this territory. I feel grateful to Wu Tian after the room arrangement, which one person per room, make my sneaking to Wu Tian room far more easier. When I walk to his room, the maid that patrolling the building showing me his room without me asking. I put it in my mouth, not in my cloth because afraid of being spotted. When I arrived at his room, I heard the a loud noise, like a slurping sound, echoing in his chamber. The maid that guard at the room allowed to enter without any question, while smiling happily for me.

“Hey, what are you doing?” I enter my room and saw Maria kneeling on the floor while putting her face to his couch and doing something.

“She checking my health… Come and seat beside me…” After listening his voice, I come near to him without any question and sit at the bed side.
