I’ll Just Live As A Villain - Chapter 11
He recalled his mother, who stressed that securing power was more important than anything else.
‘Cassian, do you know how many times in the history of the kingdom that a crown prince has been crowned? Twice. Only twice. Many crown princes were pushed aside by the other princes. Of course I’ll make you the third case.’
His mother spoke confidently, but at the same time cautiously.
‘But remember, too. Being the Crown Prince isn’t all over. Until the moment you wear the crown on your head, the throne is not yours. You must gather your power and stand at the center of it.’
Oberon was the cream of the crop among many powers.
Honor, power, strength, money. A family with everything.
He couldn’t miss this.
The queen objected to Cassian’s breakup. But Cassian couldn’t give up his marriage to Catherine.
So he talked big.
Even if he break up his marriage, he can shake the heart of Yvesria, so he can get the Oberon.
‘It’s the affection I had once. It’s not hard to get it back.’

Cassian went back and peace came again.
A fragrant tea, a sweet cake, a warm fireplace.
The man who was talking nonsense in front of my eyes was cleaned up.
Is there more a perfect daily life than this? There is nothing that must be done.
I’m just wasting my time doing nothing, but nobody points that out.
It was a very satisfying day.
Except for the one demon who is pestering my hair with his fingers.
“Contractor, are you happy?”
“Yes.”
“Really? I see. Contractor is happy. I’m this depressed. Good, the contractor is happy…”
Harry murmured vaguely. He was eagerly sending a signal to ask why he was depressed, but I had no intention of falling for that.
‘I want to see blood, I want to kill someone. That’s probably what he will talk about.’
It will get annoying if I responded.
Harry began to exaggerate as he savored the tea, ignoring my pretense of not hearing it.
“For the happiness of the contractor! I’ve humiliated that stupid blonde! Contractor doesn’t care if I’m depressed! Oh, it’s sad. It’s sad! What’s wrong with my life!”
“I appreciate that you’ve humiliated him.”
I recalled the dingy faces of Cassian and the embarrased knights who supported him.
It was a pleasant moment to think again.
A smile came out of my mouth, and when I smiled, Harry quickly shoved his face in front of me, as if he had waited for me to do so.
“Why don’t you give me a prize if you think so?”
“A prize?”
“Yes! It’s an example of raising dogs, isn’t it? If you have morality, you should do that.”
“Morality. That’s what a demon is talking about? Maybe the demon is the most immoral beings.”
“I’m sure there’s one demon in the world who speaks of morality.”
“That’s Harry?”
“Yes.”
If it was a demon that seeks morality only when he had the advantage, it was evil.
Well, he threw Cassian on the floor before I asked him to.
‘Do you want a prize?’
“Yes, you did a great job, my Harry.”
I reached out and patted him on his head, praising Harry.
A fine silver hair trickled through my fingers.
‘The demon has a nice hair. His skin looks really nice, too ‘
I mechanically ran my hands in admiration.
Harry’s eyes grew bigger and bigger, and his face quickly turned red.
Harry pushed my hand back and stepped back.
“What are you doing!”
“You said you wanted a prize. That’s why I patted you on the head and praised you.”
“That’s a prize for a dog!”
“You said you wanted a reward for the dog beautiful behavior of yours.”
Harry began to fume with a red face.
“Hey Contractor, I don’t think you know anything, because I’m not such a demon to be treated like this!”
“Oh, yes, of course you are.”
I nodded understandingly and pointed to the sofa across.
“I know so let’s sit quietly and have a cake, Harry. It tastes pretty good. “
“What do you know? You don’t know anything at all. “
Harry grumbled and sat at the sofa across.
He lifted his plate and hurled the cake, he snorted with cream smeared around his mouth.
“Yes, I was wrong to expect anything from you. Give me more cake.”
“Okay. How about a chiffon cake?”
“……with no strawberries.”
Harry had a displeased face, but he had made sure of the sign and turned into a dog.
I swallowed a laugh inwardly and pulled the rope to call Emma.
Emma who came to my room not long after, opened her eyes wide as she looked at the empty table.
She looked in disbelief that all five pieces of cake had disappeared.
Of course, four of the five pieces went into Harry’s belly, but Emma doesn’t know that.
In the eyes of her and other servants, I was just a huge glutton.
However, Emma quickly adapted to my diet — though it is actually Harry’s, she is a professional after all.
She asked so calmly that I didn’t know when she looked surprised.
“Do you need more cake?”
“Yes. Can you bring me a chiffon cake? A circle without carvings.”
“Yes.”
Emma grinned as she arranged the empty plate.
“The kitchen is a little busy, but I’ll be happy to bake all your cakes. Would you like more tea?”
“Yes, please do so. By the way, why is the kitchen busy?”
“We are in the middle of preparing ingredients because we have to welcome many customers soon. It’s a familiar annual event for us, and it’s not something miss will have to worry about.”
