I’m Harry Potter - Chapter 18
While Mimsy took care of Damon’s room, I called another elf to watch Him secretly. After all, he’s the key to my vampire army, and I can’t have him disappearing while I’m not paying attention. I also can’t forget why I went on this vacation in the first place, so I went back to being a tourist. Damon didn’t join me even though I invited him, but he’ll come around sooner or later. The idea for my goal came to me on the last day of my vacation. I’m building an army of elves and hopefully vampires, but why am I doing that. That’s when it came to me, I’m not building an army to fight Voldy, I’m doing it because I like the power that comes from leading people.
This self-realization scared me at first, but that’s just who I am. You can’t change who you are, and even if I could, I don’t want to because I like the way I am. With the realization that I’m probably a little messed up in the head, I came up with my goal. I would work towards taking over the Wizengamot and become the Supreme Leader of the Wizarding United Kingdom. No that sounds lame Emperor maybe? No that’s a bit much, I guess I could go with the British Monarchy and be a King. The King of the Wizarding United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
What a mouth full, but if I do become King my title may be longer than that. I could go the political route, and use my fame to get elected as Minister for Magic. Then use that to slowly take over the government like Palpatine, and call for a vote to name me king or something. I could also go the more messy route, and recruit persecuted races like I’ve been doing to build an army and overthrow the government. I’ll try the political route while building my army at the same time, just in case the political plan fails.
It shouldn’t be hard to take over the government through war. The Wizengamot has made many enemies through the years with there classification of creatures. Creatures are things like magical animals, but that list also includes werewolves, vampires, Veela, centaurs, etc. Because of this classification, these races can’t get jobs and are usually shunned by the community as a whole. Most of the Veela have already left to settle with their French cousins. Centaurs have separated themselves from society and formed herds living in forests. Vampires formed sects to protect themselves, and Werewolves natural form packs.
A good portion of these ‘creatures’ served Voldemort during the war because he promised them rights. Obviously, Voldy wouldn’t keep his promise, his main supporters the death eaters consists of the family’s that made and voted for the creature classification. After joining Voldy’s army, they learned this the hard way by being used as cannon fodder. Tom’s past transgressions may hamper the building of my army. Would any of them want to serve another wizard after being used and mistreated by another? Probably not, but with my fame as the slayer of Voldemort I may be able to talk them into it.
“Mimsy!” I called, and my favorite elf popped next to me. “Can you bring Damon to the living room please.” She nodded and popped away. Walking into the living room a minute later with Adelle wrapped around my neck. Damon was already waiting there.
“~Is this the one you want to make your minion? He doesn’t look like much~” Adelle said.
“~That’s because he’s young~” I said.
“~You’re young and your not weak like him~” she said, but I turn my attention to Damon.
“Hello Damon, I take it you have an answer for me.” I said, sitting opposite of him.
“Yes, I’d like to stay and have you train me please.” He said, getting up and bowing his head.
“Good, we’ll start your training when we get home.” I said
When we got back to my penthouse apartment, I started coming up with the perfect vampire training program. The most crucial part that will make Damon a beast is his healing factor. When you workout your muscles you’re tearing and damaging them, and given time and rest they heal back stronger than before. The amount of time a normal person would have to wait to heal is astronomical compared to Damon, so my plan is to push him to the limit every day. He’s still young now so we will have to start out slow, but slow to a Dhampir even a young one is beyond my current body training.
Another thing that would help his training is a strict diet. Food is the fuel of the body, and if I give him higher quality food his training should improve. Before meeting me, Damon would use his hypnosis on muggles for their blood. Who knows how those people treated their body’s, or what diseases they had. Now the question is what type of blood should I have him drink, or maybe a mixture of different kinds? Then an idea hit me, I could make a potion from the blood of different magical creatures. So I looked up any potions I could modify to fit my purposes.
The best one that looks compatible with my idea is a nutrient potion. A nutrient potion is pretty much an amalgamation of healthy foods that are condensed into a fast-acting liquid. It’s usually used in hospitals when patients can’t have solid foods, or when someone is malnourished. I’ve been taking a nutrition potion once a week since learning about them. They taste disgusting, but I think of it as magical vitamins.
I experiment a bit and replace some ingredients with the blood of magical animals, and came up with what I call a vampire protein shake. It took me a bit and getting the blood costs a bit of money especially dragons blood, but it would help make my future minion into a powerhouse.
After the training plan was made, I had Mimsy get some workout equipment, and magically enhance them as to give Damon a challenge. The kid does have superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, senses, stamina, and endurance. Although for now, his powers are weaker than a vampire, that’s still above the standard of muggle exercise equipment. I was planning on upping my workouts this year, so I was going to get this equipment anyway with or without finding Damon. I really need to start learning rituals, so I can enhance my body, or I’ll never be able to use the workout equipment while it’s enhanced.
