I’m Naruto But Why Can I Use Magic - Chapter 11
After my fight with one-eyed Hiashi Hyūga (Hinata’s father) reached us along with a squad of what I assume to be Hyūga elites. After arriving his first action was to send one of them to inform the Hokage of this, shall we call it an incident, and ordering another one to check on Hinata and to bring her to her room.
************
After Hiashi and his elite team alongside me walked to the Hokage’s office, we entered to find that alongside The Third Hokage in his office the head of the Yamanaka clan, Inoichi Yamanaka and the commanding officer of the Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force, Ibiki Morino were both present and accounted for, if there is one thing I’m surprised by it would be the lack of another certain leader of a special force that can also be called ‘fake’ one-eyed. We entered the room and we waited for about 5 minutes for the head of the Nara clan, Shikaku Nara to enter I assume he was sleeping judging the trail that seems to be drool that is still on his chin.
Hiruzen: “Okay, it appears everyone has arrived, now which one of you wants to go first?”
Naruto: “Judging from the looks that everyone is giving me that question seems, I don’t know, redundant doesn’t it? So I’ll start at the beginning, I was relaxing in my apartment when I heard from the people walking by that the Hidden Cloud Village had sent a delegate to sign a peace treaty between our villages, what followed me hearing that was a splitting headache and a ‘vision’ of the future, shall put it, so I intervened so that the natural course of action wouldn’t occur.”
Hiashi: “And what did this ‘vision’ entail?”
Naruto: “I was fighting a Hyūga by the name of Neji in what those in the audience called the final part of the Chūnin Exams and after we reached what could be called a temporary stalemate and my repeated pestering of why he was so hard on Hinata during there fight. He explained that he doesn’t particularly have any hatred for Hinata he simply has what could be called a very strong dislike for the main branch of the family, not because he is a side branch member but because he is angry with and hates you, the head of the family for sacrificing your brother, his father and he explained that today, the day that Hinata becomes Three years of age, the day the Hidden Cloud Village had sent a delegate to sign a peace treaty between our villages. That night said delegate attempts and nearly succeeds in kidnapping Hinata the only reason that he failed is that you killed him before he could run too far and obviously they demanded the head of his killer, you, but instead the head that was sent was his fathers. So I intervened to mitigate the hatred between the main branch and him.”
Hiashi: “Is that all that you ‘saw’?”
Naruto: “More or less.” (I say whilst shrugging)
Hiruzen: “If that’s all you may go home Naruto.”
**********
It’s been about 2 months since the attempted kidnapping of Hinata and what’s quite interesting for me is the fact that Hiashi’s treatment of the branch families has improved he is still very stern but it appears that him treating them better has caused a snowball effect throughout the Hyūga clan that has caused an improvement in the atmosphere at the very least when I go visit them for tea they seem to be much more relaxed, this goes for both the main and branch families.
In other news, an Anbu came to my apartment door and told me the Hokage wishes to see me. So I go to the Hokage’s office to hear what he has to say.

Hiruzen: “Thank you for coming, Naruto. The reason I called you here is to tell you that you have been allowed to interrogate the prisoner under the supervision of Ibiki Morino.”
Naruto: “Thank you, Hokage and I know I asked to be allowed a chance but if you don’t mind me asking why have I been allowed to interrogate the prisoner.”
Hiruzen: “That’s simple, you see the Hidden Cloud Village has denied that they planned any abduction let alone kidnapping for any Hyūga child and it doesn’t appear like he will willingly admit to this abduction/kidnapping so if you will testify that he tried to kidnap Hinata whilst under scrutiny of the Raikage and his most loyal subordinates you are free to do as you please whilst interrogating him as long as you don’t kill him and that’s why Ibiki Morino will be supervising to make sure that you don’t accidentally kill him.”
Naruto: “That’s all, sure I don’t mind testifying whilst under the scrutiny of the Raikage and his most loyal subordinates.”
Hiruzen: “Thank you, if you need anything, speak to Ibiki and he will prepare it for you.”

(Ibiki pov:)
Ibiki: “Wake up you are being transferred.”
One-eyed: “Finally I can leave this place and return home.”
Ibiki: “You’re not going home.”
One-eyed: “So you still haven’t given up in gaining information, fine, where to?”
After I escort the prisoner to the outskirts of the village to a relatively small abandoned shack what awaited us inside is something completely different from how this small shack was a few hours ago, the small shack looked completely the same outside but the inside changed to something completely unrecognisable, for one the wooden floor that was falling apart has turned into an alternating white and black tiled floor and the walls are made of cement that go higher than the original shack’s height and the entire room is about the size of the training academy’s training field not to mention the strange pattern that the ceiling has.
Naruto: “Welcome, come in, come in.” The child is in the strange outfit that he called a ‘suit’ (AN: imagine Kagetane Hiruko’s outfit) and next to the child is a metal chair and a metal table with chains and cuffs and a larger than usual pair of pliers and a few syringes with a transparent liquid inside of it, if I remember he said it’s called oxycodone and it’s used to treat pain and that it’s similar to some of the medicines that are used to relieve pain in the hospital and next to him is a few buckets with various carnivorous bugs the majority of which are Centipedes and Millipedes what he plans to do with all of that, I’m sure only he knows.
After the cuffs and straps have been fastened to the prisoner which he continues to call ‘one-eyed’ even though I’m positive that I’ve already told him the prisoners name.

(Naruto pov:)
Before they entered I used another card [032 Parrot Candy B-30 S.u.c.k.i.n.g on this candy enables you to produce any voice. The effect lasts until you next ingest something. A set of 10 packs, 50 candies per pack.]
Naruto: “Now do you know why you are here?”
One-eyed: “Because you want information, am I wrong?”
Naruto: “Yes, you are sorely mistaken if you think you were brought here for the purpose of gaining information, in fact, you are currently worthless so they deiced to give you to me because in fact I love torturing people, oops I mean interrogate, so do try to keep me entertained for as long as possible. I do suppose it’s time to start, (imagine Madara’s voice from this point forward) count backwards from one thousand by sevens out loud.” As I say this I reach for the syringe and the vial containing oxycodone. Naruto: “I suppose 20 mg will do for now, do you know there are several ways I can get this into your body but my favourite way to do this is through the mucous membrane in your eye, don’t worry it’s not poison or something, in fact, it’s medicine, medicine that relieves pain in fact, I’m not hearing you counting.”
One-eyed: ” nine hundred and ninety-three…. nine hundred and eighty-six…”
Naruto: “That’s good, continue counting.” I reach for the pliers and I start to slowly break this trained killer in front of me.
Naruto: ” What number have you reached?” As I ask this question I put one of his feet in a bucket full of carnivorous bugs and I direct my gaze to him.
Naruto: ” You’re struggling aren’t you should I increase the dosage, I won’t do it unless you ask for it?”
One-eyed: “Y, y, y, yes p, p, p, p, please.”
Naruto: “You have already reached 50 mg, you should be careful you can become dependant on this stuff you know.” As I say this I heal him up until a certain threshold which is where the pain is still sufficient to make him require some pain-relieving. After all if you are torturing someone with a high threshold for pain you don’t increase the pain/sensitivity to pain, no, no, in fact, you dull the pain with medicine, to a certain degree, because that way when the pain-relieving effects start to lower it comes back with waves upon waves, especially if the way they learned to ignore the pain is to direct there focus elsewhere.
