Impenetrable Dungeon - Chapter 4
As the light died down everyone in the room could finally see the two figures clearly. On the left was an angel with ten pairs of golden wings. She emanated a holy and purifying aura. On the right was the exact opposite, there was a demon with ten pairs of black wings and he emanated a dark and ominous aura. The two of them turned to each other at the same time and said in unison, “By the laws passed down by Heaven’s Will, an angel is not a Messenger of God if not born in Heaven and a demon is not a Devil if not born in Hell. Therefore, I hold no grievances with and hope to fight alongside you for the benefit of our master!” With that, they smiled at each other before kneeling before Marcus, “Marcus Draecus we deem you to be worthy to be our master and as such humbly ask Your Honourable Self to grant us a name!”
Seeing them Marcus took a deep breath before saying, “I shall be going to war against Heaven and Hell. Are you sure you still wish to serve me?”
“By the laws passed down by Heaven’s Will, an angel is not a Messenger of God if not born in Heaven and a demon is not a Devil if not born in Hell. Therefore, we do not belong to neither Heaven nor Hell and have no grievances with attacking those who gave master grievances.”
“Good! Then from now on, you shall be Dralthashiel,” Marcus said to the angel.
“And you shall be Mimphralgos,” he said as he turned to the demon.
“We are grateful to master for giving us a name!”
“Stand to the side.”
“Brother your luck…”Gaia speechlessly said, “You know what? Why don’t you open the last four at the same time? Here use this.” It summoned a funnel that had four holes at the end.
Marcus happily laughed as he moved to open the last four eggs, “Even if the last four aren’t very good I will still be happy!”
Even though he said that he still wished for more powerful allies. After all, he plans to make these ten his personal Honour Guard. It seems fate heard his wish and granted it because he soon realised that he had already poured eighty drops of blood into the eggs and it still hadn’t hatched. Only when he poured 150 drops did they finally start showing signs of hatching. However, they only fully hatched after 200 drops of blood.
BOOM!
The four eggs shells disintegrated at the same time and gusts of wind blew out from the eggs. Gaia hurriedly cast a [Mana Barrier] in fear of the entire dungeon crumbling due to the wind blasts. Soon a terrifying aura that commanded obedience spread from the four beings. They suppressed everyone in the room apart from Marcus, their master.
A female humanoid with scales the colour of maple leaves in autumn emerged from one of the eggs. This was a member of the long-extinct Feng Clan. They were rumoured to have the blood of a pure-blooded True Phoenix running through their veins and it seemed like she had royal blood. Marcus named her Pharos.
From another egg emerged another scaled humanoid. However, this one was male and had alternating red and blue scales. This was a long-extinct Draconian who was rumoured to have the blood of a pure-blooded True Dragon running through his veins and from the looks of it he was of royal blood. Marcus named him Xako.
From the next egg emerged a blue male humanoid with long horn-like ears. This was a Draenei who were known for their powerful magic strength and the ability to teleport without the use of a spell. Marcus named him Azzid.
The last one was also a humanoid. It was completely black except for its white eyes. It had long silver hair and pointed ears. This was a member of the extinct Void Race. They were known for their impeccable assassination abilities due to their insane speed. However, they also had powerful strength that could rival the average dwarf. They also had magic capabilities that could shame most elves with the exception of high elves. Marcus named him Asura.
This was probably the most powerful force ever assembled by a dungeon. Such as force could without a doubt threaten even the Gods, Devils and Buddhas. Especially with Marcus, a Primalborn.
Unfortunately, all of them, even Marcus, was not at the peak of their might. Marcus hadn’t awakened his battle form yet and the others aren’t even one-day-old yet. So no matter how high their potential, they were currently only able to take out a small human city at most. This was incredibly embarrassing. Fortunately, in the future, they would become a force to be reckoned with.
“What do you think Gaia? Your brother is pretty lucky aye?” Marcus boisterously laughed.
“Yes, brother you are extremely powerful,” Gaia replied, “Where should we get them to live? Here or a floor below?”
“Make this the living quarters for my Honour Guard and anyone else who I deem worthy to stand by my side. Below this floor, the 99th floor, make that the training ground for my Honour Guard and I. Then the floor below that should be split into four sections: the training ground for Boss Rank monsters, Mini Boss Rank monsters, Chief Rank monsters and then the cannon fodder.” Marcus commanded. “Also start making plains and lakes on the first floor. Then place wolves, lions, tigers, eagles, other birds of prey and big cats. Just get the ones from the planet C195. Just make them more aggressive and make them be able to survive some magic and attacks. That should be enough to hold off the first wave of adventurers.”
