After the meeting, Tianlong attended when he got back a month had passed and with it, March was near and the previous bumpy dirt road had been made to a gravel-like substance that paved the giant road big enough to fit two big carriages.

As people walked down and up the road carrying their vegetables, meat, or even items of trade, a group of 3 horses trailed together on the road and the forefront horse held a beautiful woman with a silver dress with embroils of emerald flowers while a man wearing a robe of purple.

Meiyang: Brother Long where are we going?

Meiyang pouted at his response and pinched him which caused Tianlong to laugh out.

A few hours had passed, and it was around noon, and Tianlong, Meiyang and their guards had been traveling about 1thousand li out from Wuwei and were closing in on the mountains.

Tianlong had stopped his horse and got off and motioned Meiyang to follow after him and grabbed her waist helping her down.

Meiyang after blushing from Tianlong’s action spoke, brother long, do we have to walk up the mountain?

As Meiyang said that she hugged Tianlong.

Tianlong: hahaha! Of course, I said you would be amazed! Its beauty is just barley compared to you next to it though.

Meiyang blushed at his words but continued hugging him before they continued walking forward.

Tianlong with his free hand made a gesture to the 3 ferocious Demon cavaliers who caught the gesture and went back into woods leaving them alone.

After some time, Tianlong and Meiyang laid on the ground looking at clouds.

Meiyang turned her head to Tianlong who felt her action turned to meet her.

Tianlong saw her face blushing red and smirked before he moved his head forward.

Their lips met and they kissed till Meiyang couldn’t breathe.

Meiyang: huff, huff, brother Long we should start setting out before it gets dark.

Tianlong nodded his head at her proposal and kissed her again before he started to get up and helped her up.

When the guard heard rustling from behind, they turned with their spears ready and saw it was Tianlong and Meiyang and bowed at Tianlong before letting them walk ahead.

An hour passed the group arrived at the bottom of the mountain and started to ride home.

Finally, they reached Wuwei and the stars illuminated the sky as they rode home.

Tianlong and Meiyang returned to the city lord mansion and went their separate ways and went to sleep…

The morning had come and the sun started to rise turning the black sky a blue hue as it slowly rose into the sky as the moon started to fall.

Tianlong who was sleeping heard a knock on his door which woke him up, Who, is it? His voice was hoarse as he just woke up and got up.

Voice: my lord, lord Lu Bu has ordered the young lord with setting the foundations to attack Liu Zhang we shall attack two years from now.

Tianlong: you may go back I understand before you go send word to a guard to gather my deputies and the commanders.

Voice: alright young Lord!

After the messenger left Tianlong rose from his bed as he was naked and walked to his wardrobe and pulled out a pair of underwear and a white robe.

After washing up Tianlong walked out his room and to the kitchen.

Chief chef: my lord! Good morning what would you like?

Tianlong: bring me some tea with rice, chicken, and soup.

After saying Tianlong walked to his study and sat down and looked at the paper needed to be done.

Tianlong: hmm? A new inn grant to build on the outskirts of the city.

As Tianlong said that he looked to his left as a map of the city and where everything was and saw that there were only lumber yards, brothels, shops, and a barracks.

Tianlong: that’s a good spot! We should make that inn less expensive than the others since it’s in the slums.

As Tianlong spoke to himself his hand moved like a snake each time, he made a stroke and gave his writing a feel of imposingness, Arrogance, and that of a spear master.

After an hour, a knock was heard on the door and with it, the Chief chef came in carrying a large plate while his handheld a tea pourer with a cup.

Tianlong who was writing looked up and pointed to the table to the left of him, you can leave it there thank you.

After Tianlong said that the Chief chef placed the food down and gave Tianlong a bow before walking out and closing the doors.

Tianlong stopped working and started to eat…

Tianlong had finished his food and heard a knock on his door, who is it?

Messenger: My lord, deputies Fu and Chen and long with commanders Lu, Shi, Hou, and Ai have arrived in the city hall awaiting you my lord.

Tianlong arrived before the city hall and opened the doors and saw Chen Zuren, Fu Chen, Lu Lingqi, Ai Feng Shi Jun, and Hou Fengxian were gathered around a table and they all turned towards him and gave a bow.

Tianlong nodded at their bow before walking to the main chair and spoke.

Tianlong: I called all of you here because we shall lay the foundations to take Wu gate while pushing Liu Zhang back to the Shu lands!

When they all heard what Tianlong said they were shocked as they just finished attacking Huang Dan and his faction.

From afar on a mountain south of Wuwei an old man followed by a young woman and man saw the golden purple dragon roaring before rushing down and disappearing out of their sight.

Young woman: master! Did you see that?! Is that what you’re searching for?

Old man: within life as we travel down that mysterious road many encounters shall appear whether they are boons of evil or good so long as you keep walking through that road you shall arrive at a better place. while you may not know what you’re looking for but when you find it you will find the truth.

After the old man said that he continued forward towards Wuwei as the other two followed behind him.

The Young man laughed and spoke, junior sister although his riddles of talk are complicated in my 25 years everything, he said led towards me finding myself in a dark road but turned to light after following the master.

Within the city lord’s mansion Meiyang who was walking towards Tianlong’s courtyard and knocked but there was no response, so she opened the door.

As Meiyang opened the door in the yard she saw Tianlong laying on the ground as a spear laid next to him

Meiyang rushed to Tianlong’s side when she saw he was unconscious and arrived by his side to see his face donning a smile of happiness as his hand clutched the spear which had some traces of blood.

Tianlong who felt he was laying on something soft slowly opened his eyes as he saw a jade porcelain face looking at him with loving eyes.

Tianlong sat up and saw that they were in the main bedroom as he was wearing a new robe and was cleaned.

Tianlong: Mei’er did you clean me?

When Tianlong spoke Meiyang had a face of red but shook her head and spoke with a mosquito voice, y…your mother did.

Tianlong with his enhanced hearing could clearly hear her but teased her.

Meiyang: your mother did!

After saying that she ran out of the room which Diao Chan and Nanyang Shi were listening to.

As Tianlong spoke, he swung his spear behind him as a clang was heard.

Tianlong saw the assassin was a male using the sword and spoke, since your so bold to try to kill this young lord you shall leave your life! Arrgh!

Arrgh! Ha!

As Tianlong and the man swung the sword and spear, they quickly exchanged 100 moves as they kept going.

Tianlong: Boas Rushing Curl! As the spear and sword were about to clash like a snake his spear wrapped around the sword aiming for the Young man’s heads which forced him to drop his sword and retreat backward. Tianlong saw that and struck out again the young man was about to get pierced I the head.

Tianlong jumped back as he looked at the two and kicked the man’s sword towards him and slowly spoke…Since the day I’ve been born besides my father and my rival Alexander forced me this far but since you two are intent to take my life I shall send all three of us to the depths of the yellow river!

After Tianlong spoke there was no wind in the still night as the moon waned over the three figures his hair and robes started to blow as a dark goldish-purple formed around Tianlong and his spear.

As the two saw Tianlong turn serious and the aura that bared down on them, they turned serious. As a green and violet aura formed around the two.

Tianlong: we shall end this in one move! HA!

As Tianlong said that his heroic aura and scholarly aura poured out and a flood dragon image formed behind Tianlong as he struck out! [The Flood Dragon’s mighty Roar!]

The two also released their moves with a giant sword flying to the snake while a cobra struck out as well.
