Invasion Of Planet Gizmo - Chapter 1 Ralph The Invader

In a mountain filled with colorful flowers a young man of 21 or 22 years age was standing and enjoying the view. He had a charming face with a handsome body; he was fairly high with a height of 1.8 meter. He was wearing a red color casual shirt with his chest exposed and blue jeans that fit him perfectly. His body was well built and his eyes that blue were gazing at the mountains with excitement written all over them.

A cool breeze was blowing through his dark black hair; the wind carried a sweet fragrance with it which he had forgotten since his childhood, this was the fragrance of flowers. Ralph had forgotten how it felt to have cool breeze with the sweet flowery fragrance caress his face, yet today he was feeling it again in Gizmo the planet he was on a mission to Invade and capture.

Yes he had been given a mission to invade and capture Gizmo from the MRIF headquarters as his first assignment just after getting recruited. This was also fine by him; the planet was remotely located in one of the boundaries of Milburg Galaxy. And the remotely located planets tended to be easy, and he would also be awarded with the right to rule Gizmo if he could successfully capture the planet.

Well he also knew that he had to pay heavy taxes every year to the Milburg Sovereign from his earnings from Gizmo, but still this was good news for him as he would still obtain the right to rule this planet where he was standing upon.

“Ralph, it would be dangerous if you expose yourself to the inhabitants of this planet by standing in the open. Please re-enter the spaceship and activate the invisibility cover mechanism. Otherwise you may expose the mission” came a mechanical voice from behind Ralph.

“Sorry Cynthia, I coming back. I was just happy to find cool breeze and flowers in this planet, you should also remember that it has been 4 years since I have visited any environmentally protected planet” replied Ralph towards the spaceship as if speaking to the spaceship itself.

Yes he was actually speaking to the spaceship, more accurately he was speaking with his super computer that was installed inside his spaceship.

He did not expose himself to the breeze any longer and moved inside the spaceship. The spaceship he carried was shaped like an UFO; the engines were below the ship only the upper portion of the ship had a more hunched look.

This ship was the private property of Ralph. It was not common to find private spaceships in possession of 22 year old young men, but he was special. He was the young master of Adams Clan; Adams Clan was the ruler of a powerful planet called Remin.

Remin was the planet that was won over by one of his ancestors who was an Invader the same as him. It was this ancestor that encouraged Ralph to become an Invader himself.

Though Ralph looked happy actually he was always burdened with heavy pressure. Ralph had lost his father when he was just 16. His father was Robert Adams the captain of Divine Tiger Squad one of the 25 elite squads of the Milburg Royal Army.

His father had been killed during a fight with the revolutionaries, even his body was blown into smithereens reportedly. Now he was 22 and was determined to win glory for his clan.

He had graduated from the Milburg Interstellar Academy in Planetary Invasion and Settle-mental Sciences. His motivation to gain glory for his clan had helped him become the honor student of his class. He had been newly recruited by MRIF or Milburg Royal Invasion Force one of the most prestigious organizations under the court of Milburg Sovereign.

Ralph was assigned his first assignment just after completion of his training of a year. He would have to invade and capture Gizmo for the royal Sovereign of Milburg and will obtain the right to rule the planet in return of a tax of 15 percent of Ralph’s income from Gizmo every year.

This profession that is Invader was created by the then Sovereign of Milburg 10000 years ago. This profession allowed the royal clan to earn a big chunk of taxes and also granted them a wider scope of influence in the Milburg Galaxy.

Today after the start of the profession of Invader, most of the planets in the galaxy has already been colonized by the Invaders and only remote planets were now left. He had been lucky to have received this mission as Gizmo had been recently discovered and there was very less chance that any intergalactic force would have ever stepped in the atmosphere of Gizmo. This also means more profit for Ralph, as he would be able to enjoy the full resources of the planet if he could successfully capture it.

Ralph had just entered the spaceship and invisibility spread to the whole spaceship. The interior of the ship did not look as small as it was from the outside. Inside the spaceship looked to be a size of a big penthouse. The first room where Ralph entered already had a space larger than a 100 square meters. If the room was observed it looked like a drawing room of sorts, there were sofas and bean bags placed in the room with a large metallic table in front. There was even a large screen in one end of the room, the overall look of the room felt like a drawing room or reception room of a house.

Ralph sat in one of the bean bag which was facing the large screen. He then issued a command. “Cynthia please send a message to mom that ‘I am safe and have reached Gizmo successfully. I will be starting my mission after observing the situation of the planet for a while. Do not worry about me’ also get the message through the clan please” ordered Ralph.

“Toooot toot…. Ok Ralph the message has been sent, do you need me to contact anyone else” asked Cynthia.

“Not now, I will have some rest first. I am feeling very sleepy. Do start surveying the planet while I am sleeping, and while you are at it please send me to my room” ordered Ralph.

The bean bag that Ralph had been sitting in suddenly rose and moved on its own. Ralph was hovering while a door opened up in the left side of the room. The bean bag then flew towards the door and disappeared while the door to the room closed up.
