Is That A Wisp? - Chapter 1534 Tiangou
Chapter 1534 Tiangou
Gruoong!
Rumbling energy fluctuations emanated from a terrifying spatial storm as Heavin flew through the Greater Universe, taking advantage of his status as the Extreme Soul God to fly alarmingly close to the spatial storm without being destroyed.
He spread his Mental Energy through it, extending it to the limit as his Mental Energy scan wasn’t entirely impeded.
Normally, the spatial storms were capable of destroying all manner of foreign energy and matter. However, his Mental Energy was somewhat different, representing a new height for Soul Cultivation.
Hence, it was as if the spatial storm itself was unaware of it, and so, its rate of destruction on his Mental Energy scan was slow, allowing him to probe through the region before retracting it.
“Huff… puff…!” He gasped in exhaustion, taking out the Satellite Soul Hub, his weapon that Krune had created, watching it absorb energy from the nearby spatial storm to fill itself with Mental Energy.
Heavin then absorbed the Mental Energy and recovered his expenditure, also healing some of his accumulated injuries. Even though he wasn’t damaged much by the spatial storms, he still suffered injuries, especially in cases when a spatial storm suddenly exploded in volume, slamming into him.
Any average God would have lost his life then and there. But thankfully, due to his unique being, the injuries he sustained weren’t enough to kill him. And once he got to safety, he healed himself.
Without his Satellite Realm weapon, he would have died by now. After all, he had been traveling for three thousand years in the Greater Universe, already surpassing all previous records for the longest a God had been roaming through the chaotic storms.
After all, even the biggest of Spatial Rings were smaller than Sub-Realms in size. Plus, there was a limit to the wealth of God Stones one could bring with them, even if they were a God. Hence, they would run out of Godly Energy sooner or later, having no other choice but to turn back if they hadn’t been killed by a spatial storm by then.
But with the Satellite Realm weapon, travel for extended durations was possible. This was a terrifying advantage that the more developed realms used.
However, they were only able to do it like the Mong Realm, using the mobile Satellite Realms as vehicles.
It was only thanks to the presence of Hazak and Gegrafikan that Krune could weaponize the artificially created Satellite Realms. With Zamura around, awakening the Satellite Realm Spirit wasn’t even an issue.
Heavin could experience first-hand the benefits a God obtained by wielding a Satellite Realm weapon. Not only did his strength receive an explosive increase, but his weapon also supplied him with strength instantly, as it was solely filled with his Law. In other words, he had complete control over it like it was a part of his body, which obviously was the same, as only his Law formed its makeup.
Moreover, as a Satellite Realm, it was capable of absorbing energy from the spatial storms, acting as a buffer against them while also storing up a massive reserve of energy that he could harness naturally.
And he didn’t even need to hold the Satellite Realm weapon to do this. As it was composed of his Law, the energy could be transferred directly through his representative Law and into him, thereby becoming his best pal at battles.
It was like experiencing the same advantages as a Champion, only very minor.
Krune was able to channel the entirety of the Kun Realm’s energy through him. The only thing holding him back was his capability to handle it. So, he was only able to siphon the amount of energy that he could handle. A realm was just too vast, after all. Plus, a Greater Realm like the Kun Realm Cluster was even beyond.
As he continued to travel, a terrifying voice resounded all of a sudden. “Stop!”
“Who goes there?”
The voice was thunderous, resounding throughout the region, causing the surrounding spatial storms to tremble in response. Heavin froze up in shock as a tremendous presence washed over him, feeling like he was staring at a realm that was targeting him.
‘Wha… what is this?’ He was alarmed, fear rooting in his heart as he almost lost control over his Mental Energy.
“Who the fuck is this bug?” Suddenly, what seemed to resemble a creature’s nose exited the nearby spatial storm, stopping before Heavin to smell him. “This bug smells funny.”
Heavin was unable to even see the ends of the nose-like structure before him, for it was just that vast. As to the entity hidden within the spatial storm, he was unable to fathom its size.
Primordial Beast—Tiangou!
“Is this bug deaf?” An irritated voice resounded in Heavin’s mind. “Why the fuck are you here?”
“I came to meet someone.” Heavin riled up all his strength, shouting with all his spirit. “I’m here to meet Zule!”
“Zule? You mean that Kun Peng brat?” The Primordial Beast snorted, inhaling some of the spatial storm through its nose before saying, “Turn around a little.”
“Is this much fine?” Heavin asked, doing as told.
“A little more.”
“Is this fine?”
“A bit to the left.”
“Okay?”
“Perfect!” The Primordial Beast said in response. “Now, head straight in this direction. You should be coming across Zule in a couple of days. You’re in luck since he’s heading towards your home realm.”
“Really?” Heavin was excited.
“Don’t become excited yet, bug,” the Primordial Beast said in irritation. “Zule is chasing after an enemy that wishes to attack the Kun Realm to test its strength.”
“What?” Heavin was alarmed upon hearing the words, just about to ask further when a mysterious presence moved towards him at terrifying speeds.
The surrounding spatial storm suddenly hardened to form a protective membrane around Heavin as the Primordial Beast snorted. “Careful, you bug!”
Thump! Thump! Thump!
Heavin’s heart thumped erratically as he almost fainted from fear, sensing a terrifying Primordial Beast move past them, its eyes glaring at him before shifting over to the Tiangou that had protected him on time.
It didn’t say anything and continued to fly past.
“W-What is that?” Heavin was alarmed because, unlike the Tiangou, the being before him was filled to the brim with a terrifying craving for destruction.
“The destroyer of all…” The Tiangou said solemnly. “It’s the Primordial Beast…”
“Taotie!”
