The old man Chang coughed loudly to let everyone be free from the daze they were in. The people in the line and the remaining guards who had come to greet felt like they were put out of a heavenly trance.

The captain of the city guards had come to greet Elder Chang of the Luo clan. Even the emperor of the great Red Rain Empire would come to greet the old man and the young lady.

He was going to use her to gain knowledge about the world he didn’t know and find out some dangerous areas in this region so that he could go and explore it. I will visit few places and then leave the city heading through the mountain range to cross over to the Feather Peak City. You grace should not waste her time on me and enjoy your free time in the city.” Zou declined her immediately and bowed to her then turned around to leave when he heard cold sweet enchanting voice call to him.

“Then I will accompany you on your short time in the city instead. You can go where you want, and I will just walk next to you. After than you can leave me at the mayor’s manor in the city where Elder Chang is in. This should work for us both.” She replied quickly even faster than him like she knew how he would react to her offer. She walked and stood next to him, implying to him that she would never leave his side. She would chain him to her if thought of voicing his true plan out to her.

‘Who spoilt her, how did this Luo clan raise her. This girl is stubborn and does not give up and I am no match for her to escape her.
