K – Seven Stories - Chapter 23
Now, I haven’t seen Circle Vision movie yet, so I don’t know details of the plot, but the GoRpenned pieces for it (at least Kuroh’s, Shiro’s and Neko’s) are clearly AU where Kokujouji and Claudia are alive, so don’t be surprised. The original text is provided by .
K ~ Seven Stories: 24 Pieces
Piece 23: Neko (The Meowsterious Person)
by Takahashi Yashichirou
She is a strange and meowsterious woman.
She doesn’t get surprised by anything I do. Just wears that slightly troubled face, and that’s it. Unlike Kurosuke, she doesn’t get angry or shout ‘Hey, you!!!’ at me.
She resembles Shiro, but not all the way through. If it was Shiro, he’d laze about with me and then sleep soundly like me if we happened to bask in the sun together. But she’s not like that: she lets me use her lap as a pillow while she herself only nods off lightly, and you can tell that she’d be wide-awake instantly if anything was to happen.
“Nooothing at all is gonna happen, so why are you like that?” I asked her once.
“I just am,” she replied.
She might be even weirder than Shiro. But I don’t really mind because the lap pillow is warm and it lets you sleep really soundly.
Come to think of it, she pets my hair a lot when I sleep. It feels really good, too. Her hand is warm, too, and somehow very gentle.
Also, when it looks like I’m about to get scolded, she steps a little in front of me and hides me from others. I can escape then, and neither Kurosuke nor Lieutenant can say anything anymore.
So she really is a very odd and meowsterious woman.
Ah, but sometimes, she can also be scary.
“Neko-chan, you know, I’m wondering what kind of power your perception manipulation ability is. I’m really interested in learning how perception aligns with physical manifestation,” she said when I turned into a cat as she started doing things like raking my fur to the hair roots and hugging me to check the size of my feline body. She had that meowsterious power compelling you to listen, so I was unable to run away even when she started pulling on my whiskers.
“Gosh! Will you please stop that already!”
If Kukukuri hadn’t stepped in to save me, she would probably continue “checking” me up to the very tips of my fangs and claws.
When I complained to Shiro, he just said, “Ahaha! That’s just the person my sister is.”
Geez. I don’t get it what kind of person is ‘that kind of person’, but then again, maybe I do get it, in a way.
In other words, Claudia Weissmann is a very, veeeery meowsterious and strange woman.
