La Serpiente, Foxy cursed bride in CEO Ghost’s lair - Chapter 176
[ Past Life Event ]
Lord Sinclair MacLaverty had been wedded to Princess Syna of Rosario kingdom, although the wedding between two enemy kingdoms was meant to bring peace.
Thus, unwillingly Princess Syna accepted the proposal of Lord Sinclair, the recently crowned prince of Wizardry kingdom.
She didn’t know what the King looked like, either was a handsome hunk from Cinderella tale or an ugly creature, as everyone presumed from Beauty and the Beast tale.
Trapped in the midst of what to do and what not to proceed, Princess Syna could not bring herself to decide anything. She had to choose wisely as not to bring shame to her father, the king of Rosario kingdom.
She decided to run away but to escape from heavily guarded and secure walls was such an insane attempt, which was supposed to fail anyway.
Princess Syna, the troublesome and trapped damsel in distress, wanted to escape from the cage of the castle. She thought every possible way to run, the lady wanted to change her fate which was written by her father.
After all, apparently she was being sacrificed to keep peace between two kingdoms. Who had wanted such a terrible life, it was possible that the princess’s would be killed soon after the wedding.
Or perhaps, Lord Sinclair would use her as a s.e.x toy for his own needs and pleasure, and when he would get tired off her, the princess would be discarded to some distant cold palace.
Holding the reputation of being cruel to everyone, Lord Sinclair was known for his tyrannical rule and ruthless behaviour. Although, holding such a notorious labels with his name, people of Wizardry kingdom loved him and he was praised more likely worshipped as a God.
Unknown to everyone outside his kingdom, that the mighty Lord wasn’t a man upto his name rather King Sinclair was an open book. The people were cooperative and intentionally spread such rumours about their king, of course, the strategy was suggested by Lord Sinclair, himself.
Wasn’t it a good strategy to keep up the fear within surrounding kingdoms, that they refrained from disobeying the rules and break any peace and trade pacts.
Nevertheless, Princess Syna could not come up with any solution to escape, despite her trials of trying to sneak through the hidden tunnels, through magic portals in the gardens.
Soon the auspicious day arrived that Lord Sinclair himself came to take her hand in marriage.
Princess Syna’s eyes were darted on the vast stretched bridge made of rocks, the lady was nervous about her bridegroom. Sure enough, she was going to see Lord Sinclair for the first time.
It was a great deal to her, that what her bridegroom looked like and how he was individually, although she had heard his tales of bravery but all those stories held cruelty within them.
The trumpets were blowing loudly, informing about the arrival of someone who held a terrifying and imposing personality. Along with every loud beat of the trumpets, the heartbeat of Princess Syna was also rising.
Standing in her terrace guarded by silk curtains, the bride peeked from the folds as a devilishly handsome hunk appeared in her sight. Riding a white sturdy horse the man was dr.a.p.ed in the royal signature dress of the Wizardry kingdom.
Princess Syna could not comprehend what she had just seen, because the prior sketch of her about Lord Sinclair crashed down like a sand castle alongside a beach.
The bride hadn’t expect her bridegroom to be…handsome. princess Syna expected Lord Sinclair to have a huge scar on his face as tales narrated his stories of valor, having a scary face like barbarians.
But everything turned out to be opposite to her expectations, the man in front of her, the King who was going to be her husband, was sinfully handsome and decently dressed.
The beautiful sight of the King fastened her already running heartbeat, that Princess Syna could not comprehend that her cheeks had already gone redder.
The ceremony was about to begin soon that Princess Syna almost completely forgot that she had earlier planned to run, instead the charm of Lord Sinclair had already melted her heart.
The princess was taken to the altar by her friends and personal maids, where Lord Sinclair and her father was waiting impatiently.
The rumoured ruthless man greeted her with a bow and then passed his bride a genuine smile, Princess Syna felt herself hearted up with unknown strange emotions.
Whereas, Lord Sinclair became whipped at the first sight of his bride. He didn’t expect Syna to be a beautiful damsel, to him she seemed no less than a goddess.
He could feel his junior jumping in his boxers, but it was certainly not the right moment because they were getting engaged on that day.
Did he have only l.u.s.t feelings towards her?
Definitely not.
He felt an utter affection towards, the strong urge to protect the princess with all his might yet he had some other urge towards her. Along with the love, Lord Sinclair felt his l.u.s.tful desires poking up, which were sleeping.
He knew that she was the only one to tame his desires yet he was also aware that he would always find his home in her arms!
He knew that her soft touch would have the intensity to wake up his wild self yet her eyes would always become the reason to soothe his soul!
Meanwhile Syna’s eyes were shamelessly stealing glances at Lord Sinclair, her blonde hair strands which had dared to escape from her leaf shaped golden pin were provoking the Lord.
Lord Sinclair was barely holding back, his cold image which he had built in those years was going to crash down, all because of that woman in front of him.
He felt the strong urge to wrap the lady in his strong arms to hug her for countless minutes, then to steal her from those people there and take her to his bed as soon as possible.
But of course, firstly he had to abide by the formalities of attending the guests and receive the gifts, then drinks and the feast. Lastly, after all the rituals and hectic, never ending things he was supposed to pay a visit to his bride.
