Last Age: Space in Hand - C16 teamwork
Hearing that, Li Mu became silent. That’s right, we were driving all the way there, and all the way there were Zombie s. Even though the Southern region was a rich district with a large number of people, it still wouldn’t take that long to drive here, and we didn’t see a single Zombie. An abnormality was a demon. Something must have happened to the Southern region.
Li Mu immediately turned around and returned to his car, wanting to discuss what to do with his comrades.
As soon as he got close to the car, he heard the girls were scolding him.
“What is Li Mu doing, he’s almost home, and he’s stopping here.”
“Yeah, I think he’s probably jealous. We’re going to be safe, hmph!”
“Why do you say that? The class monitor must have his reasons for parking the car here.”
Then a chuckle. “Yes, yes! You’re the one behind him. ”
As if nothing had happened, he walked back to the car. The girls who were discussing about him curled their lips, feeling embarrassed to be grabbed in the slightest, but they did not continue to chat.
Li Mu gathered the other students in the carriage and explained the situation to them.
After everyone finished listening, some of the students thought the same way as him and felt that something was amiss. But another group of people felt that Li Mu’s idea was too ridiculous.
“Please, Class Rep, this is the Southern region, it is not like a market. There were only a few people who could afford to live here. No Zombie is very normal, no, who would normally use this door. ” After he finished, he looked at Li Mu as if he was looking down on everyone. How much money does the family have? So what if it’s the squad leader? He is still a general among the dwarves. He is short-sighted.
Li Mu did not waste any more words with them and directly asked, “Which one of you wants to go in?” Seeing that everyone had an understanding look, Li Mu counted: 9 people. The strange thing was that Song Xue chose to stay.
Song Xue also knew that they were very close to home and that once they got home, they would be safe. However, she always felt uneasy in her heart, and her instincts told her not to go back, it was very dangerous inside.
Li Mu continued: “We will not be going in for the time being. There are four carriages here, two of you. “Do your best!”
Lin Lu and the rest looked at them with disappointment in their eyes. He was not too pleased with Song Xue who was left behind, as if his own faction had betrayed them.
Song Xue wanted to persuade them to stay, but when she saw Lin Lu’s attitude, she stopped herself and bit her lips. She did not say a word and looked down at her dirty shoes.
During this time, there was a tall boy who still wanted to persuade them, but Lin Lu thought that this place was very close to his home, and in ten or so minutes, the road was clean without any Zombie s, and was extremely safe. He did not listen to their advice at all and only thought that Li Mu and the others were jealous. He picked two cars and assigned his men to leave quickly.
Amongst the remaining people, other than Class Rep Li Mu and the remaining Song Xue, the other four people, three men and one woman were from the provinces.
The tall Cheng Yun who had a buzz cut. Beside his, there was a slightly plump person with a pair of glasses named Sun Yi. The other one was called Su Xu who had a baby face and a pair of sweet dimples when he smiled. Because his grade was excellent, he jumped several levels in a row, and was admitted into the school in advance. As for the only girl amongst the four, he was tall and had phoenix eyes called Xue Mingjia.
Watching Lin Lu and the others leave, Cheng Yun then asked the class monitor, Li Mu: “squad leader, this place is obviously not normal, why don’t you advise them to stay?”
Li Mu looked at Cheng Yun with a smile that was not a smile and said: “It’s not that you’re trying to persuade me, but if they don’t listen, what can I do?”
After saying so, he shrugged his shoulders and spread out his arms, helplessly saying.
In fact, in his heart, he had long since cursed at Lin Lu and the rest for not being tactful along the way. Idiot! A path of death! He was just the class monitor, not their parents. He was in charge of food and drinks. Along the way, he jabbered on and off, because he also had a temper.
Song Xue looked at Li Mu, her heart feeling even more afraid. Li Mu might have known that it was dangerous, but he still watched as Lin Lu and the rest left without any sort of obstruction.
Regarding everything that happened around Su Xu, he did not have any objections, only a smile, with a pair of dimples, he looked harmless.
Sun Yi merely pushed his glasses with his index finger. As for Xue Mingjia and Cheng Yun, they did not realize that anything was amiss, but they were helpless towards Lin Lu and the rest who insisted on leaving.
Once they left, Li Mu felt the surroundings become much quieter, there were no complaints, and his emotions were slightly at ease.
He told everyone about Guo Lin’s situation and planned to form a small team and leave the city together. He said to the remaining five people, “We’ll think about leaving the city first and see if we can return home or what we can do.”
On the way, they encountered a car in front of them that was driving into a Zombie. It was truly cruel and merciless. To them, although they were Zombie, there were still some obstacles in their hearts.
However, the car in front of them, continued to charge recklessly at the Zombie blocking their way, and knocked them several meters away with every collision. They suppressed the Zombie lying on the road. This was also why when they followed Li Mu and the others in their cars, even though they did not directly crash into the Zombie s, they were still covered in blood.
Li Mu knocked on Guo Lin’s car window again, telling her about her thoughts of going out of the city together with her. She was slightly perturbed in her heart.
Guo Lin thought for a moment, then nodded in agreement. It was not safe to be alone in the apocalypse. Although she had space, she could not rely on it too much. Furthermore, when it was inconvenient for more people to enter or leave, she could not expose the existence of space.
Li Mu looked at Guo Lin and nodded. For some reason, he instantly felt a sense of security. Strange! Shaking his head, he waved at his classmates, gesturing for them to come over and introduce themselves.
When the remaining five people saw Guo Lin sitting in the car so young, their bodies stiffened as they compared her bloody actions to the road ahead.
After everyone got to know each other, Li Mu asked: “This place is a little strange, everyone has seen it, let’s discuss it together, what should we do next?” With that, he turned to look at Guo Lin.
Although it was a discussion for everyone, Li Mu still wanted to hear Guo Lin’s opinion. Seeing that the class rep was looking at Guo Lin, the rest of the group followed suit.
“I’m going to stay here for the night and see what’s going on. “We’ll leave the city tomorrow.” Guo Lin said.
The rest of the people nodded in agreement. They found a nearby villa and stayed there to see what the situation was.
As this villa was newly built and was still being sold, and it was located at the outermost layer of the Southern region, everything inside the villa was brand-new. Many people felt that living here was shameful, so they didn’t sell it out for a while.
The group directly opened the door and drove in. It was already noon. Li Mu took out a few packets of instant noodles, looking for a pot to boil.
Guo Lin sat there coldly, not paying attention to Li Mu’s actions at all.
The other three boys were probably not skilled in cooking either, so Xue Mingjia sat on the reclining chair to rest. What happened today, to her, exceeded her knowledge of the world. Especially those Zombie that were covered in blood while walking down the road, even if they lost their legs, their intestines would gush out and they would have to crawl back up. When she thought of all this, she felt weak all over. Moreover, she was a girl, and the boys beside her still had to take care of themselves in some ways. As she thought this, she continued to rest in peace.
Song Xue who was at the side also felt powerless, her face turned green and white, but she gritted her teeth as she walked into the kitchen. The Zombie was scary, but as long as they thought about it, the class monitor Li Mu knew that there was something wrong with Southern region, and still allowed Lin Lu and the rest to leave. When Cheng Yun asked about it later, he smiled helplessly, as if he was afraid.
She was afraid that one day, Li Mu would treat her like Lin Lu and the others. She had to stand up on her own, and she could no longer be like before. No one would be like her parents, unconditionally indulging her.
With that thought, Song Xue turned to Li Mu who was in the kitchen and said: “Squad leader, let me help!”
Li Mu replied without turning his head, “Sure!” Honestly speaking, he didn’t know much either.
As for Song Xue, who had never entered the kitchen before, she did not know what to do. Li Mu was boiling water. Although the villa had not been sold, there should be something inside that was not lacking.
As for Song Xue who had never eaten instant noodles before, she looked at Li Mu with a blank expression. During the past few days, everyone had been staying in the supermarket. The most they had been eating was bread, milk, biscuits and cake. As such, she had no idea how to handle the instant noodles.
After Li Mu saw this, he understood what was going on. He picked up a bag of instant noodles and tore it open. After that, Song Xue buried himself in his work.
Seeing Song Xue going to the kitchen to help, Xue Mingjia felt that she was simply causing trouble. “Hmph!” She made a sound.
Guo Lin, who had been thinking, looked at Song Xue in a different light when she saw this scene.
At the beginning of the apocalypse, there were not many people who knew their own limitations. Just like Xue Mingjia, haha! Let’s not talk about it.
After Li Mu finished cooking the instant noodles, he brought it to the living room and invited everyone to eat.
It was just a simple instant noodles with some sausage and soy egg added in it. However, for a person who had just eaten dry food for a few days, it was simply too wonderful. He ate in big mouthfuls.
Guo Lin ate a big bowl of instant noodles.
Everyone kept praising Li Mu’s cooking. The big pot of instant noodles had been cleanly eaten up. Everyone was still eating.
After eating their fill, everyone sat in the living room and started discussing. Guo Lin decided to go out in the afternoon to take a look at the situation. Li Mu had a couple of boys with dimples, Su Xu. The three of them went together, leaving the rest behind in the villa.
Seeing that no one had any objections, he decided. After resting for a while, the three of them drove off in Guo Lin’s car.
