Last Shelter Online - Chapter 205 Duo Party is Back
In a few hours, the Gaming Capsule pod that Hiro bought finally arrived at the hotel where he was staying.
The Gaming Capsule pod could be folded into a cube shape, making it very easy to move it from the lobby to the hotel room.
Hiro and Alice quickly unboxed it. He really couldn’t wait to try it. He could not rest peacefully and just took a nap because he was waiting for the most expensive thing he had bought so far to arrive.
After setting the Gaming Capsule pod according to what was written in the manual, Hiro and Alice checked it once more to make sure that it was completely safe to use.
“They’ve added a lot of new features to this thing. Well, that is great,” Alice muttered after she finished examining the body of the capsule carefully. She helped Hiro to connect the pod with the electricity and activated it.
“I’ll wear it,” said Hiro, while stretching his body first like an athlete. As usual, every time he had to log into a game, he had to make sure his body was in perfect condition so that it wouldn’t affect NightFall’s progressive stats too much.
Hiro got into the gaming capsule and positioned his body like he was sleeping in a sleeping capsule that was usually found in international airports.
The glass door of the pod closed automatically when it detected someone was inside. Then, when Hiro said the keyword ‘launch the game,’ the machine immediately sprayed a thin white smoke that felt very cold inside the capsule. It covered Hiro’s body as if he was being sterilized.
The smoke was cold, yet felt cool in his lungs as if it contained the refreshing, pure oxygen. However, inhaling too much white smoke made Hiro’s eyes feel heavier, and he finally closed his eyes and fell into a deep sleep.-ɴ(0ᴠᴇ)ʟ.
Beep!
The light around the capsule’s glass cover changed colour from white to red. Besides, the capsule door was locked by itself automatically.

…
Hiro was back in the game. He appeared in the Everlasting meeting room with no one there at the moment.
At a very early hour like today, Everlasting members might still be asleep in the gathering room or offline to do some work or activities in the real world so that they could continue to play games because playing games cost money.
Hiro rushed out of the meeting room, and he met Cara, who looked surprised when she saw him. The girl didn’t greet Hiro as usual. She just turned away and immediately left the place, like she didn’t see Hiro at all.
Hiro arched an eyebrow. “Does she remember what she did that night?”
Ding!
[Liberty has tried to contact you!]
Just logging into the game and getting a call notification from Liberty made Hiro extremely happy.
“Hey Hiro!” Liberty exclaimed, activating a video call so Hiro could see what the girl was doing at the moment.
He looked at the background behind Liberty. It looked familiar. Meanwhile, the girl continued to smile until her eyes could not be seen.
“I’m waiting for you outside, come out!” she said excitedly while waving her hand.
Hiro couldn’t believe what the girl had just said, but he immediately rushed out of the room to make sure of the girl’s words.
“Over here, Hiro!”
Liberty was sitting at one of the bar tables while waving at Hiro with great enthusiasm. She immediately ended the video call and got up from her chair.
Hiro looked around. Several members of Everlasting, including NightCrawler, were at the bar, looking at Liberty with strange expressions on their faces. Hiro was sure that they were admiring the girl’s beauty.
“Hi, Libe. Good morning. Is there anything you need here?” Hiro deliberately lowered his voice because he didn’t want to sound like a seducer in front of his guild members.
Liberty pouted her lips. “I wanted to meet you. I miss you! Do I have to have a reason to come see my boyfriend?”
“Ahem…” Hiro cleared his throat stiffly. His face felt warm because Liberty’s words were too sweet. He still hadn’t gotten used to it.
Liberty chuckled, amused by Hiro’s expression. The man was so adorable that she wanted to pinch and pull his cheeks.
“Come on, Boss. Have a room for you two!” NightCrawler exclaimed from the bar table. He purposely teased Hiro, who looked shy, like a typical Japanese guy who was not used to showing affection in public.
“Follow me.”
Hiro grabbed Liberty’s hand and pulled the girl away from the Everlasting guild base before the other members arrived. He took Liberty to a fairly quiet place and made sure that no one was following them.
“Libe, I’m sorry about last night. I have no other choice but to kill you.” Hiro clearly still remembered his guilt towards the girl.
Liberty smiled broadly, “No problem, I know you have to do it, Hiro. You’re still my boyfriend, don’t worry. I won’t cut you off because of that trivial thing.”
Hiro’s face turned red again.
“Ah — I miss going on adventures with you again, Hiro. What are you going to do today? Can I come along?” Liberty pleaded, staring at Hiro with puppy-like eyes.
Hiro took a deep breath. It seemed that he had no other choice but to take the girl to go with him. After all, Liberty had grown quite a lot from before. It seemed like Ace intervened with it too.
“I’m going to the haunted house’s dungeon. But there are a lot of ghosts there. Are you sure you want to come along?” Hiro hoped that his words would make Liberty change her mind. However, the girl was even more excited than before.
“Good! It was like the first dungeon where we met! I can also reminisce about that time, Hiro. Ahh— and I’m not afraid because you’ll save me,” explained Liberty, pulling Hiro’s hand and holding it tightly to her soft breasts.
“Alright then, I have to go to the merchant first to buy some potions.”
Liberty nodded and walked beside Hiro, still with her hands wrapped around Hiro’s left arm. She didn’t loosen it up one bit.
The Beginner Town was getting busier. The Last Shelter Online players were growing rapidly, and they still started from the bottom.
They never gave up even though they had to catch up with other players. Not a few of them even bought double EXP items to be used as an asset.
Besides, hunting for LSC through the Last Shelter Online game could already be considered an occupation to be able to make a living in the real world. Just like Hiro was doing right now.
After buying potions for him and Liberty, just in case something unwanted happen Hiro invited Liberty to move to the Moonspire City.
The City of the beast.
As usual, the Moonspire City was indistinguishable between morning, noon, and night because the sun did not appear in the sky of the city.
Hiro’s destination was one of the Moonspire City’s northern forests. He walked from the gate of the Moonspire City with Liberty. This time, Hiro was already wearing a thick robe, so he didn’t have to shiver from the cold.
In the forest where the trees were completely barren, the two of them saw a chimney from a distance.
Hiro was sure that the chimney was his destination.
