- Volume 2 Chapter 53 Serve Me With All Your Heart
Contrary to one’s expectation, the interior of the hut was rather spacious and cozy. Two yellowish lanterns of unknown origin illuminated the hut. The air carried a gentle warmth, giving one the urge to relax and feel comfortable.
A light scent blew in the air, it was Meng Delan’s odor.
There was a chair and a bed on the corner. On top of the chair, a few old books and ancient-looking parchment laid there. Aside from those, the whole interior was surrounded by shelves after shelves.
Glass jars of varying sizes were arranged on the shelves. One glance and anyone could tell the number of the jars surpassed a hundred.
The jars were filled with a thick viscous liquid of all sorts of colors. Some even had multiple colored liquids. Depending on the jar, the liquid was fully transparent or half-transparent. After a few careful glances, Tian Lang noticed small beasts such as baby dragon turtles, yang koi, or rainbow worms, along with beast organs Tian Lang failed to recognize.
Not all of them were dead either. Most of the koi, worms, and some organs still beat inside the liquid.
“What… are those?” Tian Lang couldn’t help but question in amazement. He felt like he had entered a whole new world.
“Awesome, right?” Meng Delan was satisfied with Tian Lang’s reaction. She added pride in her voice and explained, “They are creatures or organs with rare strong benefits on the body. I am preparing them for you.”
Tian Lang agreed that this view was more mystical than whatever he learned in the classes. He nodded and expressed his confusion, “For me?”
“Of course. What do you think I was doing till now? I’ve checked your physical growth thoroughly. Your body cultivation method is so flawless that I’ve never seen anything like that. But biologically speaking, your body still has room for growth. That growth can’t be achieved through training as it falls under a different category. So to support your biological growth, you need proper supplements and these, are all for you, my dear… student,” when Meng Delan started speaking, she got into the mood. Noticing the increasing look of amazement and reverence in Tian Lang’s eyes, she was more and more pleased.
Meng Delan turned around and closed her eyes to hide the satisfied expression. Gathering her thoughts she once again continued, “Actually, this isn’t a surefire method. Not only is it overly expensive but also arduous. However, this is all for my most talented student who wishes to reach the greatness that no one has ever stepped on. Can we miss a single point that will carve your path to greatness?”
Meng Delan didn’t forget to add words that would naturally heighten Tian Lang’s already high pride.
“T-teacher Meng,” Tian Lang’s voice shook.
Meng Delan opened one of her eyes and peeked at Tian Lang, “Naturally, you can’t eat them yet. They are still being processed, and I have to cook them with specific methods along with the proper herbs.”
As if not willing to let his teacher suffer more, Tian Lang gently added, “But Teacher, why go through such hurdles? Can’t I eat them directly?”
Meng Delan spread her arms gently and moved around the hut while explaining, “Well~ you can just cook and eat them directly but they won’t provide one-seventh of that benefit. Right, did I mention the balance provided by nature?”
Meng Delan had indeed dropped such incomprehensible lessons occasionally. Although they hardly made any sense, Tian Lang remembered them nonetheless, “Isn’t it that, the easiest way to avoid an unavoidable disaster is within that very disaster, and the easiest way to find an antidote is the snake or source itself.”
“Excellent,” Meng Delan praised in delight, “In smaller and little things such as these, they are extremely beneficial for your body. However, along with them a lot of things that aren’t beneficial are mixed in. While they don’t harm your body, they do lower the beneficial properties to maintain the balance in that organ. Processing in a special way can not only remove them but also heighten the beneficial properties!”
So deep, so profound! As expected, Teacher Meng is mighty indeed. Even her profound knowledge knows no bound. To think beast organs needed so much care…
Unlike his initial expectation of heating meat on top of the fire, cooking became something massive and profound.
Tian Lang suddenly jumped and grasped Meng Delan’s hand. He was thoroughly shaken and deeply touched. Just who else would do the same for him if not Teacher Meng, the Divine Teacher?! “You’re willing to go through so much for me. Just what, what can I do for you?!”
Meng Delan put on a straight expression and answered Tian Lang in a deep voice, “Student Sky Wolf, are you looking down on me? If you can reach the greatness that no one has ever reached, what else would I ever need anymore?”
Shocked and speechless!
So deep, so profound! Tian Lang instantly understood Teacher Meng’s underlying meaning. He hugged her tightly and spoke with emotion, “I understand, Teacher Meng! You want to serve me with all your heart, don’t you? Don’t worry, I’ll always have you in my heart and keep you by my side.”
Wh-what?! Is that a confession hu? No, this isn’t following the script! Although this is good, you should feel forever indebted to me now! Meng Delan forcefully calmed herself down and quickly voiced her confusion, “Student Sky Wolf, stop. Just what could you be… meaning?”
“Didn’t Teacher Meng tell me that females find happiness in serving males? Now I understand it fully. Even though I’m lacking, you want to serve me and lead me to greatness. You’re afraid that I’ll abandon you, but please rest assured. You’ll always have a special position in my heart! Tian Lang let Meng Delan free and said face to face.
Meng Delan leaned on the nearby big glass jar. From their first meeting to just a few moments ago, everything went according to her plan.
The sudden change in the script was already dizzying to her. To add his nonsensical assurance on top made it difficult for her to not bash her own head on a glass jar. No, she blamed herself entirely for the last one. Maybe she had gone a bit too far about the ‘benefits’ of being a male?
A part of her said that this early meeting was at fault…
Tian Lang noticed the jar Meng Delan had suddenly leaned on was actually the biggest in the hut. The organ inside was like a thick arm, it filled two-third of the giant jar. Bulging veins covered the whole thing as the liquids surrounding had a deep green tint. He couldn’t help but get curious, “Teacher, what’s that long and thick thing?”
“Hmm?” Meng Delan looked up, vigor returned to her body in a jiffy. She stood straight as her jiggling mounds attracted Tian Lang’s full attention. “This is a Piggy Dragon’s P.e.n.i.s. Piggy Dragons are mostly extinct so I had to use quite a bit of resource to get my hand on this part. But the effects of this guy are nothing to laugh at. Once it becomes a little less than half of its current size, it will be ready for prepared.” Meng Delan explained freely as if she explained something normal, and there was nothing to feel awkward about. She even went into detail to indicate that he could ask more.
“Oh~ what does it do?” Tian Lang was quite interested when Meng Delan spoke so highly of it.
“You know women’s b.r.e.a.s.ts are their physical defining feature, right?” Meng Delan made a face that indicated ‘it’s time that you learn’ and said, “Men’s physical defining feature is their P.e.n.i.s. This Piggy Dragon’s P.e.n.i.s will help your growth on that side!”
“Why let it grow bigger? Isn’t it already troublesome?” Although Tian Lang was interested in men’s physical defining feature, it was nothing more than a useless meat-stick. Sometimes it even buffed, making it hard for him to walk or concentrate. Unlike female fleshy mounds, it looked full of trouble to him.
Meng Delan was a bit speechless. Just what kind of experience did he encounter to have zero interest in this subject she thought he would’ve more excitement? Still, she gave him an answer, “You’ll attract more females to you and”
“What will I do by attracting females?” Tian Lang instantly asked. The description of Alpha already troubled him enough. Attract more attention? That sounded like a journey to the top, albeit in a different way.
“My student, do you not have trust in your teacher?” Meng Delan spoke in a tone that was full of threatening intention.
Tian Lang had his back straight as he spoke, “I have!”
“That’s right. As for the rest, you will naturally understand when the time comes.”
Although Tian Lang just went through a round of threat, he simply couldn’t contain his curiosity. So he asked about a few more jars.
“That? It’s just Flood-Dragon’s gallbladder.”
“That jar contains 12 Abyss Kangaroo’s tendons.”
When Tian Lang pointed at the topmost shelf, where the jars were filled with oval and circular shaped balls, Meng Delan recalled a bit, “These testicles are extracted from physique-attributed True Dragons. Out of all, they are hard to find. Thankfully I had them in my stash due to my journey with Master. If only I could explain to Master that it’s not my weird taste, but they are truly beneficial… Hmph, you can’t find them even with high commissions. Don’t ask about their effects, they are too profound for your current understanding!”
Tian Lang unconsciously cramped his legs. Testicles… he said prayers to the above mentioned dragons.
There was a reason for Tian Lang’s abnormal reaction. Since the lower part was so hard to protect and attacked viciously, Tian Lang had to check out where it got hurt. He realized his initial assumption was utterly false. His meat-stick had barely any reaction to pain.
Bored, he pinched one of his unassuming four testicles, immediately heart-crunching cry and repeated hits on the ground followed. Ever since then, not only did he consciously protect his lower body, he also concentrated on every inch of his body to leave no weakness, especially his testicles during cultivating [Unquenchable Mystic Body].
Meng Delan suddenly clapped. Dragging Tian Lang out of his somber world. “Right, don’t just ask questions. You’ll learn all about them in due time. It’s already quite late. How about we end our discussion here and end the night here? Let me cook something delicious for my dear student.”
You will even cook for me? Something delicious on top? That thought alone tempted Tian Lang. Surviving with wild fruits around Ivy Academy had its limitations. If it wasn’t because of his new constitution, he might’ve already been craving for crystals.
Tian Lang had yet to get his hand on a high-quality demon or beast crystals after his evolution. As for his stash, they didn’t even spark his interest. He did eat in the so-called cafeteria twice. They were quite refreshing, but Tian Lang avoided that place as they only served during certain times when it was most crowded.
In the end, he only said, “Thanks for the food?”
…
While the dinner was anything but fancy, it was delicious enough that Tian Lang wanted to give a wolfy howl, but he stopped himself as Meng Delan said, “Sorry, I could only prepare this much on such short notice. I’ll cook something fulfilling tomorrow.”
Tian Lang felt embarrassed. How could he set his expectation so low? To his defense, he knew little about food tastes. Tian Lang was an expert at elemental taste and amateur at cooked, mundane flavors. They might seem similar, they were entirely different.
Can any sane person compare fleshy mounds with meat-stick? Tian Lang similarly couldn’t compare elemental and mundane tastes. He decided to look forward to the next food.
Dinner and taste both, however, were irrelevant and minor things. They couldn’t be counted as a problem. The problem was, why did his teacher suddenly join him on the bed?!
No, he realized he asked the wrong question. It was Meng Delan’s house, her room, and also her bed. Only he occupied them. It was only fair that she, as the owner, would sleep on her own bed.
Tian Lang might lack a bad sleeping habit. He never had anyone other than the Shadow Leopard in his bed. No, even that was irrelevant.
The most crucial problem was the bed. It was cozy and made for a single person’s use. Now that two humans squeezed in it, naturally, they were touching!
Tian Lang sweated profusely.
Yes, they were touching!
He could feel the foreign pressure, softness, fluffiness, and uhm… the warmth… from varying spots…
