Let’s get this out of the way so that my comment section won’t be filled with privileged idiots in the future if there will be one.

If you can’t tell already by now, I am not like other writers out there. I don’t believe in that author and reader bullshit. I am here to post my story, and you are here to read it, nothing less and nothing more. Support me if you want to, don’t if you do not. I do not care if you are my reader or my father; if you’re only here to complain, then go to another writer who is willing to put up with your privileged attitude, because I am not the one.

And let me make this clear.

I have NO obligation to post anything here, and there is NO responsibility for me just because I decided to post my novel here. If I so wish, I can disappear like a ghost within a heartbeat like many writers out there, or lock everything behind a paywall it does not matter to me.

I am not the one waiting for a chapter every day, you are.

I don’t care if I am writing for a hundred people or a hundred thousand people, this is nothing but a hobby that I somehow ended up sticking to and am willing to write at a pace faster than I want to for my so-called ‘readers’ out there.

I don’t work for anybody except those in Patreon. If you are not paying me, then you have ZERO rights to demand anything from me, hence why I am prioritizing Patreon.

I have been neglecting my Patreon subscribers to give you all bonus chapters for something like FREE power stones you get daily, but I am beginning to regret that.

Just because I’m getting money from others does not make this NOT a hobby, because it still is.

Ever since Webnovel separated the Translation and Original in Power Rankings, all power stones have lost all value to me as I am not here to compete with original content. (power stones only matters when there is a competition with a prize on the line) However, I did manage to get 10,000+ power stone at one point which would’ve made me #18 in the Translation Power Ranking(and some petty money that I have yet to receive), which already fulfilled my reason for being here.

And don’t act like I never gave you anything in return for those power stones. I gave you my time, effort, and enjoyment from reading.

Do I care about the Original Power Ranking? No, it is pointless to me.

Do I care about your threats of not giving me power stones? No, you can give your foul stones to someone else.

Do I care about your disappointment that I am not listening to all your demands? No, you shouldn’t even feel disappointed in someone you don’t really know.

Do I care if my reader-base cuts in half for this? No, readers, like life, come and go naturally or forcefully.

Do I care about your low ratings? No, they mean as much as the stranger 1,000 miles away from me: NOTHING.

Do I like money? Hell yes I do, don’t you? If you say no, then you’re a hypocrite and should slap yourself.

Schedules will never always be the same and will change depending on my real-life situation. If I say 1 chapter daily for one week, then it will only apply to that week. I will never have a set schedule that lasts forever.

I have been deciding on whether or not I should sign this Webnovel Contract that has been in my hands for the past few days, which would guarantee at least 7 chapters a week and completion of the novel with over 1 million words, but I am not so sure I should anymore. I’m not like others who are hungry and willing to do anything for a contract, and I am better off being free because I wouldn’t be able to do shit like this if I signed.

And just to throw out some facts out there: I never dropped Number One Under Heaven, hence what you’re reading now. Dropping and remaking is two different things. Even if you can technically call that dropping, so what? Am I still not writing it trying to fulfill my promise of trying to complete it? If you’re still using ancient news like that to complain, then you might as well drop now and use that time to write your own damn Number One Under Heaven because you obviously care very much about it.

Some wonder why many people stopped writing their novel Maybe because of stupid shit like this? I know it won’t stop, but if this has opened a few eyes, then good. If not, oh well, continue living life with that mouth that is obviously very precious with words that is worth as much as gold, because I will not be the first, nor will I be the last to go POOF like a ghost.

And don’t even get me started on you ‘authors’ trying to ruin this novel with your crappy rating and shit comments from your obviously fake accounts. You are better off using that effort to better yourself as a person, and your novel.
